Usable twice per battle. On the user's next turn only, reduce their speed percentile by 15%. For each Lotus charge spent when using this technique, increase the fail chance of Response Phase Techniques used against it by 10x%. Description: The Sunset Eagle was a technique developed in the wake of the Fourth Shinobi World War by Taijutsu specialists who dreamed of living up to the legend of Might Gai and his advanced techniques. Though many fell short, never able to open the gates and climb to the great heights he attained, their efforts were not fruitless. Sunset Eagle copies the same philosophies of Might Gai's greatest techniques. After opening the fourth gate, the user of this technique rushes forward with a burst of speed so great, they appear to vanish into nothingness, only to appear again and strike with immense fury. The technique is named for the great arcs of air pressure that erupt from either side of the fist, creating the illusion of mighty eagle wings. Jutsu Points: 7 idk about the name. i fully expect that it say fart eagle or some shit :c i took a stab at the pricing for the effect based on something i had previously submitted. i was trying to work with something speed base bc speed is the fourth gate's thing, yknow. anyways i just wanted to make some like... lower level stuff based on gai's endgame stuff that i will never get to use because i am not touching the eighth gate with a ten foot pole.
