Sunset Eagle copies the same philosophies of Might Gai's greatest techniques. Jutsu Points: 7 idk about the name. i fully expect that it say fart eagle or some shit :c i took a stab at the pricing for the effect based on something i had previously submitted. i was trying to work with something speed base bc speed is the fourth gate's thing, yknow. anyways i just wanted to make some like... lower level stuff based on gai's endgame stuff that i will never get to use because i am not touching the eighth gate with a ten foot pole.

Posting here to get it moved back. I've edited in Tony's suggested wording as it accomplishes what I was getting at. I tried searching to see if anyone tried porting this while I was gone and didn't find anything but lmk if that's not the case.

This was made dead by some new rules on gaining charges but as far as I can tell it follows said changes? EDIT: Please correct me if I am wrong though. It pays the 40, only targets self, isn't set up...
