Yurane has decided to step down from her duties on staff, as a moderator and as a GM/Artificer. As a staff, we want to recognize the hard work she has put into our community and who has really helped us out in the creation forum. The user is immune to the effects of 'Mist' and the effects of 'Mist' are doubled for those with an active Doujutsu as long as the climate was applied by this technique. Description: A Hisame adaptation of the trademark Kiri Jutsu. With it they create a similar thick mist using the air moisture, however it differs in that in addition the this the weather itself is super chilled with the Hisame's general profeciency of manipulation of their element. Some notes: I've cleaned up the wording to make it flow better and clarify the prerequisite of activation. In noting restrictions, the reason I say Himotohai may only be activated with Kazanshin but may be activated independently is because in our rules only one advanced system may be active at once. I thought this was the cleanest way to declare them both advanced systems, but allowing for situational flexibility. Added in caps.
