Description: The user covers their hands with flames, which take the shape of a blade on each of their hands. This combinned with extremely fast agility, and by moving faster the user is able to release more chakra into the blades to increase their destructive capabilities, by the time the user zigs and zags towards their target, theyve built enough chakra and momentum for a devasting fiery explosive slash.

What I stated in this thread also applies here. The JP cost for the jonin tech is off by one, but JP may change altogether depending on what cost we decide on for increasing Fire's effect. (Also, if you want the jonin tech to evolve into the sennin one, you should fix that up now)
