This may only be applied to inanimate objects; weapons, items, places, etcetera [not people, animals]. The seal is applied by touch and cannot be copied by any means. The same 'object' may not be marked more than once. This seal is permanent and remains until it is removed by means of "Seal; Jutsu Formula Release ( "Jutsu-shiki Kai"). If used in battle, this may be done as a free action in the Setup Phase. Description: A perspicuous mastermind seasoning to garnish as one of the many greats, Uchiha Nevan, top class Jutsu engineer has adopted a rather untouched property of the construction or rather, assemblage of the maltreated Technique process. Without mentioning of the forefathers of this ability, this design requires a more condensed manipulation of Chakra. That being said, rumor has it that an untraceable schema permits an epitomized furrow of Chakra to seal itself effectively into an inorganic matter. It appears that this establishes an impeccable range of connection between the two components. Cost: 2 Rough idea, mainly for purpose of setting up other Jutsu and Roleplay purposes. Nappers Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 Sealing-type jutsu is forbidden. Seals however are not. Like, our Divine Seal, or the chakra seal thing Tsunade has, or the Hyuuga seal on their forehead.
