As the speical chakra is released, it becomes semi physical and turns black and silver. The black chakra forms a tail and wings, the silver chakra forms claws, taking place of the fingers, two horns on the clan member's head, and the fang like teeth will become more fang like. This bloodline does physical damage to the clan member's opponent. Requirements: Clan Membership Ranks: 5 Costs 10% of Chakra per turn to maintain. Rank 1 Cost: -1 Black chakra for dragon tail... can activate/deactivate Dragonform in the Main Phase Effect: Character may make an Area-Effect attack with basic attacks (does not effect user). Usable X times per battle where X = rank in Dragonform. User applies Taijutsu OR Ninjutsu (whichever is higher) and targets apply Defense or Ninjutsu (whichever is lower). Rank 2 Cost: -2 Black chakra for dragon talons... can activate/deactivate Dragonform in the Setup Phase Effect: For every extra chakra spent, an attack deals 1 more damage. The chakra is spent after base damage is calculated and before opponent rolls the dodge roll. Rank 3 Cost: -3 Requires: Chuunin Black chakra for dragon's horns... can activate/deactivate Dragonform in the Response Phase (before dodge roll) Effect: Opponent must spend double chakra/stamina when using Jutsu to dodge/prevent damage from user's attacks. Rank 4 Cost: -4 Requires: Chuunin Black chakra for dragon's scales... Effect: Jutsu that is used to prevent damage is doubled in effectiveness. When all of the damage from an attack is prevented, character does not suffer the other effects of the attack. Rank 5 Cost: -5 Requires: Jounin Black chakra for dragon's wings... Effect: Area-Effect Jutsus may be dodged normally. May 'take flight' using the chakra wings (does not take up a phase). While 'in flight' may not be effected by close-range attacks, but may not use close-range attacks. Apply a +50% bonus to all dodge rolls. That's the original bloodline. I'll be tinkering with it for a bit and posting what I've done with it piece by piece. By the way, Draiko did give her permission for me to be clan head, which I will give up if she asks. Over time, the chakra is said to have permenant, almost unworldly effects on the those who master it, or perhaps, some say, it masters them...for their bodies assume more and more of an ageless, and draconic quality. Requirements: Clan Membership Ranks: 3 Gennin: 20% Chakra per turn to be paid in the loss tag phase Chuunin: 10% Chakra per turn to be paid in the loss tag phase Jounin+: 5% Chakra per turn to be paid in the loss tag phase First Rank:Ryuuko (dragon child) effects: the user may now activate Dragonform in setup phase and access the following draconic feature skills. However, I do believe that I should point out the name "Garyuu" is currently taken as the name of the chakram in use by my current character. I know repeated names are rather frowned upon, so I might suggest that you change the name of your second rank.
