Tsu Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 gennin would have a hard time manipulating an opponents bloodstream. I would suggest altering the description to not do that until later levels.
K Mitsuhide Posted August 22, 2011 Author Posted August 22, 2011 They don't use their opponent's own circulatory system but instead use the chakra- infused blood which they put into their opponent's body to do the damage.
K Mitsuhide Posted August 23, 2011 Author Posted August 23, 2011 There is another technique that has already been approved called "crimson needles" in which newest are created from the user's own blood, and can then be thrown like senbon. When they cUse damage to the opponent, the blood enters their bloodstream for 3 turns.
Azure Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 Maximum of level 20 as well. Typically Chuunin techniques are where weapon/item creation begins but I'll be okay with it if it stays within limits. (I realize it says 50% of user's level, which I like, but I'd rather see an additional cap please.)
K Mitsuhide Posted August 23, 2011 Author Posted August 23, 2011 (edited) I had originally thought to put a cap on the whip for gennin rank, so it's perfectly fine by me. XD Doneface. Edited August 23, 2011 by K Mitsuhide
