- Added "Path of the Shaman" to the main site; Skills: Basic Paths

- The skill "Strategist" has been changed to compensate for confusion from AoE and Multi-target jutsu; Skills: General

- The skill "Mountaineer: Rocky Terrain Bonus" has been nerfed to bring its power level more in line with the other skills in the set; Skills: General

- The skill "Gate Alignment" has been removed from the site as it is no longer needed.

- The following status effects have been updated due to clarification of rules needed; Afraid, Bound [Arm], Bruised, Burned, Charmed, Enlarged, Enraged, Numb, Petrified, Scared, Shrunk, Terrified, Tired. Please see the next post for more info!

- A Pinned topic has been created explaining a new policy when submitting additions to a bloodline. Link to the Pinned Topic

- The following two rules have been added to the "Regular Training" rules under the Leveling System; Leveling System: Regular Training

- When training for a jutsu, skill or any other ability that requires 'Training' to unlock or obtain, you do not gain any EXP, Money or any other reward aside the object the training is trying to give you. This means that while training for "Iron Skin" you do not also gain EXP.

- In Character posts that are not missions, GM arcs or battles do not automatically default as training. It is entirely possible to write a post that will gain you no EXP. Staff may decide that training does not gain EXP based on content.

Afraid: Character targeted tries to avoid the one who caused the fear or the location that the fear is centered around. If forced to confront the object of fear, the ninja has a -10% to damage and -10% to accuracy to hit chance against target (i.e. not the stat itself). May only be used twice per battle per enemy by a Gennin and five times by a Chuunin.

Max Duration: 3 turns

Bound [Arm]: No Taijutsu or basic attacks which require two hands may not be used in battle until effect has worn off. Weapons which require two hands may not be used in battle until effect has worn off. No seals could be used unless the target has the "one hand seals" skill. Defend and parry weaponry skills are 50% to fail. Opponent is not affected by bound if used consecutively after the previous attack which used it went to its maximum duration.

DP: 40/turn

Bruised: Shinobi suffers a 10% increased to taijutsu damage that specifically target the bruised area (face, stomach, etc.) Includes basic and weapon attacks.

Burned: The target takes 120% damage from taijutsu, basic and weapon attacks and takes 10 damage per turn.

Charmed: When hit the opponent rolls a 10 sided die. If the result is 1, 2, 3 or 5 their damage is only 75% effective and effect durations are cut in half (rounded up). Once per turn, the opponent rolls a 10 sided die, if the result is three or below they are "immobilized by love" and may not attack the user.

Once per turn, the target of this effect must roll a 10 sided die, if the result is three or below they are "immobilized by love" and may not attack the [Character] for that turn.
