-Physical Description:

Rasa is built like your typical male teenager, in the midst of puberty and developing his muscles, his body is very much like the average size for his age, he was not exceptionally tall nor was he particularly short, a happy medium between the two rather. He was born with a condition known as Hetrochromia Iridum, which meant that his Iris' were different colors, his case was a rather extreme form of it as well, one of his eyes had a completely black toned Sclera, the other being a bright white. He had a mask that would hide his normal looking eye that he would sometimes use, he often thought of just wearing it all the time and taking on a new identity with it, he had no surname, and because of his glowing red iris his name took on a whole new meaning, the Sand Demon. It was a title his mask would help him live up to, a leather mask with a mouth formed into it, that had a zipper running between the teeth, stretched out into a wide Grinning Smile. A black patch of leather obscured his left eye, the normal white sclera'd one from view, giving him a very sinister appearance. His clothing was a contrast to his hair color, all black colored and uniform, it was a mix of armored plating and leather belts and buckles that ran across his chest and abdomen.

Personality:

Rasa was a very introverted individual, ever since his early childhood, he usually spent most of his time reading books. Growing up not knowing the true identity of his parents had taken an emotional toll on the boy, and some particularly traumatizing events being combined with this had an effect on his overall personality. Rasa willingly takes blame and punishment from others so that he can be someone who doesn't hurt people, but rather "the person getting hurt". However, this lack of assertiveness normally gets him bullied and taken advantage of, until his teenage years when that changed entirely. The pursuit of power and strength drove him to become not only the person who takes the blame or pain away from others, but the person inflicting it as well, he was tired of being powerless and unable to do anything to protect those close to him and as a result he became more ruthless and brutal with his combat style, all the while maintaining complete composure and control. He becomes much more cold and withdrawn as time moved on, and his circle of friends seemed to dwindle into almost no one. The fear of being alone had set in again, and Rasa would do anything to stop himself from having to be completely alone like his younger years, anything.

The Path of the Shaman

Their chakra is naturally in sync with the elements, granting them control over all five building blocks of life at a younger age than most. With artistic potential, these Shamans bend the world’s elements in magnificent and awe-inspiring ways. These ninja grow up to be spiritualists and peacemakers, traveling the land to repair the war-torn world.

RP Guide:

- Pacifistic in nature, these characters can rarely lust for blood, nor will they out of their way to cause needless death and destruction. They can almost never bring themselves to inflict harm upon the earth, so wildly manipulating the elements to destroy the land would harm their deep connection with the world, and also cause their consequences to resonate through their own bodies. These characters have a deep respect for all things living and deceased, and can occasionally be rumored to commune with spirits long passed as they age.

Shiva The Destroyer
Description: Sometimes it takes the form as a blessing on unknown origin, sometimes as a hardened ideology crafted from an early age, and sometimes its seen as an innate ability for Ninjutsu. Regardless of its origin, the results are the same. You take to Ninjutsu techniques like a fish in water, but Genjutsu simply evades or does not interest you. Some may come to fear the power you possess, but you know that it comes at a vast cost.
Effect: Ninjutsu from the user will deal an additional 20% base damage and cost 10% less Chakra, rounded up. This multiplier, in this case and this case only, allows you to break the base damage cap. The taker of this skill may not use Genjutsu and may not have any skills that give negative effects towards Genjutsu abilities.
Ex: 100[base Damage] * 1.2 = 120 + 100[Ninjutsu] - 80[Defense] = 140 Damage.
Cost: -1 SP (Shaman)

The Jiton is a powerful advanced chakra nature, using the natural flow of magnetism in the earth, and controlling it via chakra. More than simply controlling magnetism, however, the Jiton enables the anything the user’s chakra touches to exhibit magnetic properties. Mostly reflected in metallic substances, the Jiton has been known to give magnetic properties even to those objects that normally cannot sustain a magnetic charge. By using these newly magnetic elements in conjunction with a more controllable medium, like water or sand, the user is capable of transforming their nature based attacks until they become something far more deadly. While Jiton has been known to appear in familial bloodlines, there is no base blood connection to ninja who are able to use its effects. Many of Suna’s Kazekage have mastered the art to one degree or another, causing many to suspect it is in fact not blood related, but just a matter of skill.

 

Jiton; Genesis

Description: Unlocking their Magnet-aligned Chakra dormant in their blood, a ninja can utilize the push and pull of magnetic forces in the earth, throwing enemies off balance and providing a new piece to their arsenal.

Effect: User receives "Combinatorial; Magnetic" at 0 SP regardless of requirements. When using jutsu with the [Magnetic] Tag, the effects of “Combinatorial; Magnetic” are doubled, and the user may use the effect of "Combinatorial; Magnetic" in addition to one other elemental ability present in the jutsu. If "Combinatorial; Magnetic" is used in this way, you may NOT also use one of the elements used to create "Combinatorial; Magnetic."

Jiton; Potency

Description: Becoming aligned with their Magnetic Chakra, a user wil slowly find the forces of the Earth itself bending to their will, lending their strikes greater power.
Effect: User may purchase two ranks of "Ninjutsu Mastery; Magnetic" for -1 SP. This may not cause "Ninjutsu Mastery; Magnetic" to exceed 10 Ranks, but this does not count toward the standard 10 Rank Limit for Ninjutsu Mastery.

Description: Naturally aligned to the element of the earth, this character has a natural tact at using and manipulating earth to their bidding. This chakra is thick and well suited for the manipulation of physical jutsu, making it perfect for the creation of barriers.
Effect: User has a -15% to base damage (rounded up) for incoming Ninjutsu -or- Taijutsu attacks (choose one when this skill is learned). Earth Jutsu cost one less JP to a minimum of 1. This effect may stack with other skills, to a maximum of -2 JP per technique. User receives the skill “Subtle Elements: Earth” for free and may purchase an additional rank of “Subtle Elements”. Effect: Character may never swim in RP, any attempt to and they must be saved by an outside source. When effected with the status effect 'Drowning' by way of water, the character's speed is at 20% and they take double damage caused by this effect.

Advancement Seal (Taijutsu)
Description: Ever since you were a youngster just learning how to be a ninja, you've been just piss poor at this one area. No matter how hard you work, you just have some inability to learn this effectively. You may be tender about the situation.
Effect: You are considered to have 80% of the base stat points in the chosen stat, rounded up. May only be taken once per stat.
Cost: +1 SP

 

Unmotivated

Effect: Characters with this skill must train for an additional 2 posts, when training for techniques or skills.

Description: Some ninja don’t do well when left to their own devices. No matter how skilled they are, they don’t have the motivation to train as hard as they could if they had somebody there to psyche them up. In groups though, these ninja are able to perform just like any other shinobi.

Skinny

Effect: When targeted by any attack that has a chance of inflicting the status effect ‘Prone’, characters with this skill have a 100% chance of being inflicted with ‘Prone’ for the duration indicated by the attack.

Description: There’s a good chance that any skinny person you encounter is going to be swifter and more agile than their bigger counterparts, but it is equally true that when a tough guy hits a scrawny person they fall down.

Bisexuality

Description: Physical attraction, although typically gender-oriented, remains a subtle facet of the human psyche, and as such, some people are less restrictive of what appeals to their tastes, allowing them to grow attentive of either gender non-specifically

Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. You can only use this 3 times per battle.

Effects: Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques.

Description: Creates an illusionary replica of the user. It is unable to attack or interact with other objects, but can serve as a good distraction.
Effect: Adds +5x evasion and +5x accuracy for each clone. Once a clone is hit it is destroyed, and the bonuses with it. A bunshin is considered to have 0 evasion and rolls to dodge whenever it is targeted in the user's response phase. The value of x is the number of clones you have made. Maximum of 8 bunshin can be made.
 
Henge no Jutsu | Transformation Technique 
Type: Genjutsu

Effects: Change your appearance. A character 25+ levels above the one who uses this technique can see through it.
Description: Wrap chakra around your body to change your appearance. You take that physical form, but only to a certain extent, such as body shape and size. You cannot, for instance, turn your arm into a bow and start firing ammunition at an opponent.

Effect: A very hard to dodge and especially penetrating attack. +2% chance to hit with this attack.  
Description: A sword of wind that forces compressed air to cut through the target. Since it is so fast and hard to see it is hard to avoid, and the wind goes right through all defenses. Due to the tempermental nature of wind the blow only maintains enough force to be dangerous with ten feet though.

If only we could all be so lucky as to be given a Harry Potter-esque tub of money when we became a ninja-wizard... Harry. I suppose I'll approve the use of Village Royalty... I suppose.

Anyway... fix the coding on Fire Specialty, you accidentally brought along the dark background code with you when you pasted it in. You can't see it, but my light skin sure can. Otherwise everything looks pretty good.

Fixed the stats, and the formatting issue that was causing really tiny font, (thats what I get for doing this whole thing on a small resolution laptop over the weekend @_@ Sorry about that)
