I would but I am not that nice of a person (read: I torture retards) and my computer isn't that great to be hosting a vent server (read: you bastards would make me lag in BF2). A suitable host should have: -Cable (or T1 if your friggin' loaded) -A good computer (processor and ram) -You'd pretty much have to leave your computer on at all times (not really but people tend to get bitchy) -Did I mention anyone but me?

There is a difference between summoning a sentient being and A FROG. Sure the frog can talk, thats what makes it "mystical". I mean if we could just summon people I'd freaking summon RN or Grey to ream you.

For every target outside the second, it costs an additional 5 Chakra and has its base damage cut in half per a target. Description: Gathering the impulses of the nervous system and momentarily agitating them with a flow of chakra, the user begins generating a pool of electrical energy within. Shaping it and focusing it through near intuition alone, the mixture of chakra and electricity is twisted throughout the body. This abnormally altered string of electricity is then channeled into the fingers of the users and unleashed through the chakra openings on the finger tips. Arcing to the target without hesitation nor relent, it courses violently through their body and immediately lunges to the next hostile, as directed. You have given me the means to make a fool of myself ^__^ Clan: Uchiha Character Name: Uchiha Kama (The one and only) Gender: Too much testosterone for his own good ~1~ March 11th, Tis been a long two and a half decades, all of which has wrought nothing but the searing pain of boredom against mine own brain. The mere thought of wandering aimlessly through the dull and filth ridden streets of Konohagakure brings back the painful memory of chronic pubic lice and raging fiery hells of burning hemroids. Those who read this memoirs of pain and suffering may wonder just why mine own outlook is so filled with hate and deprived of all that brings joy. Description: A rather comedic jutsu in which the user makes the opponent hallucinate into believing that several albino bloodsucking chipmunks attach themselves onto the opponent and began to drain his or her life giving blood.
