  1. For the wording, I may not have made it clear, but the user pays 25% of the base cost (if 100 chakra, cost becomes 25 chakra). 1. This skill is a "must" ability, and is mandatory for any clan member. 2. This is strictly for pure Fire Ninjutsu, and does not apply to any combinatorial element. 3. Ideally, the burn damage is a 1 turn effect applied when the jutsu is used.

Bloodline Genin Ninjutsu Violet Slingshot Type: [Ninjutsu | Fire | Clan; Fenikkusu] Rank: Genin Cost: 8 per fireball, max 40 Damage: 8 per fireball, max 40 Effects: This skill may be used to launch multiple fireballs. Each fireball beyond the first becomes progressively easier to dodge; +5% to dodge when attempting to dodge any fireball beyond the first. This skill may also be used to target multiple people. One fireball per target suffers no negative penalties, but if ever multi-targeting and striking any target with more than one fireball, that target receives a bonus of 30 to the relevant stat to dodge each fireball. The user must have a sling, javelin, whip, trident, staff, spear, scythe, nunchaku, morningstar, or flail type weapon equipped. Description: The user twirls or spins their weapon around at high speeds, letting their chakra flow into their weapon and form flames. They then sling the end of their weapon forward, releasing a flurry of violet fireballs at their opponent(s). Tamashi no Hono is a bloodline that derives its power from the user's own soul, leeching his or her life force in order to strengthen and manipulate Jutsu, alter perception, and even restore the user's physical body, chakra, and level of fatigue at the cost of a portion of their total life force. However, this bloodline's power comes at a cost, as the user is generally only able to use Flame Ninjutsu. If the user does manage to surpass this barrier and specialize in another element of Ninjutsu, the passive effects of the bloodline do not apply to that element. Flaming Soul Description: As long as the user is adept at using Fire Ninjutsu, their soul passively strengthens their Jutsu techniques, granting flames that burn hotter and hit harder, as well as a temporary boost in Chakra for the duration of the Jutsu, at the cost of their soul force. For RP purposes, if not specified, any Fire Ninjutsu used is purple on coloring. Effect: As long as the user has the "Subtle Elements - Fire" and "Elemental Mastery - Fire" skills, any Fire Ninjutsu deals additional burn damage equal to the user's level (which stacks with any other burn damage effects), and requires 25% of its base cost to use. However, the user suffers 75% of the technique’s base cost in ghost health. Cost: 0 [Mandatory upon joining Clan] Feeble Phoenix Description: The user, through force of will and the strength of their soul, rises from the ashes for a mighty final blow. Effect: When the user drops to 5% or less of both their Health and Ghost Health, they may choose to activate this skill. When activated, the user regains their max Ghost Health at the beginning of their turn, and receives an additional 20% chance to hit on their next attack (still capped at 90%). He made sure he had everything he needed for the match, and once he was ready, stepped into the courtyard.     Colored Powder

    Name: Pouch of Purple Powder (Re-useable) Item Slots Taken: 1 Effect: This powder, when combined with any flame, will cause the flame to burst into a violet hue. Description: The pouch is made of crude black cloth, and tied together with a purple string at the top. The powder itself is dark purple in color, and takes the form of a fine dust.
