Main: Rikka stood arms crossed just as the fight had started. This time she uttered the words "Kyuusho Chikara." With this phrase a large pool of water began to bubble and spring to life just behind Rikka. Out of this pool erupted a gigantic dragon, composed entirely of water. The dragon soared into the air and bore down on Toushu, hoping to swallow him whole. As her chakra began to grow a slight breeze began to swirl around her body. The wind grew stronger and stronger as her chakra hit it's peak. Main: Rikka began to release her chakra into the air propelling it all around the arena with her body current. Rikka focused the chakra flow at Toushu hoping that her tecnique would take effect, sending him into his worst nightmare.   4. I'll be playing a Lv6 Scout/Rogue, CN. It is built to be a tank so we may still need a true rogue for trap detection and opening locks.

She looked quite relaxed in her current stance but it was her normal stance for combat.   7. Rikka turned and looked over her opponant. He seamed to be a worthy advacery. A sparkle of hope grew inside her body at the thought of a challenge. "Rikka, Uindo Rikka. You up for a spar?" OOC: I'm not sure about the new speed stuff but I will post the relivent stats.
  8. Could u draw my Character? ~Appearance~ -Height: 4'6 -Weight: 70 lbs -Hair: Rikka has short, spiky white hair. She has slightly longer bangs that frame her face stopping at about her chin. Her hair is very stiff, looks as if were frozen. -Eyes: Rikka has large, round eyes. They are a very light blue almost white color; sometimes it is hard to see a color at all. Her pupils are extremely dark. -Clothing: Rikka wears a long white overcoat, with he clan symbol displayed on the back, over top of a normal, black sleeveless shirt. She sports black Capri style pants, with small pads over each of her knee caps. It has also been noticed that she always wears the hood of her coat over her head. -Physical Description: Rikka has a nice build for a girl of her age. Nice defined arms and legs but not too muscular. She also has a very flat stomach; she has been known to have an obsession with sit-ups. Her skin is slightly tanned, complimenting her white hair very nicely. She has no dominating scars that can be seen, a few small scars from the hazards of being a ninja.

The trauma will cause light damage and leave the opponent vulnerable for the following turn. Description: User uses their own chakra to penitrate the targets mind. The user then causes the target to imagine that they are spinning in a circle at a high rate of speed.
