  1. Thanks tw33dle and almonds. I believe everything is accounted for and corrected. Se funciona, creo .. edits: some wording in the tags was reworded, brought to my attention via almonds discord pm and also the requirement section for the weapon techs was taken out bc .. it was redundant. Everything else remains. edit #2: another discord message revealed that the first technique can receive a -10 stamina discount due to the weapon being unequipped during the attack. Thanks again, almonds. :)

  3. sorry for the overpriced bleed techs. looked at the wrong ratios for those calculations. other stuffs been fixed. And yes. the first technique does unequip your weapon. clarified it by adding something in the description. this way it can unequip it while the user still maintains possession of it.

Quicksilver Pill While most believe the pill to actually be made of quicksilver, the actual ingredients of these metallic tasting capsules include a cocktail of different herbs and synthetic metallic molecular compounds to give the user a quick rush. This rush provides the user with a level of focus that is surpassed by none, however an overdose of such metallic compounds can put a strain on the body, so beware in taking too many. Type: Consumable Item — Medicinal - Rank 1 [両90]: User's Evasion is increased by 100 for 3 turns. Only 1 of this type of item may be used per battle. - Rank 2 [両210]: User's Evasion is increased by 200 for 3 turns. Only 1 of this type of item may be used per battle. - Rank 3 [両360]: User's Evasion is increased by 300 for 3 turns. Only 1 of this type of item may be used per battle. - Rank 4 [両540]: User's Evasion is increased by 400 for 3 turns. Kunai Kick Type: Taijutsu [Lotus | Weapon; Medium Dagger] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 67 Stamina Damage: 30 Effect: 50 Bleed Damage for one (1) turn; the weapon used to perform this attack is unequipped. Description: With enough practice and creativity, the user becomes limber enough to throw a kunai into the air as they are battling their opponent. From there, a well-placed frontflip kick will send the kunai careening toward this jutsu's victim. The goal of this jutsu isn't to kill, but to maim and bleed the opponent in order to weaken them. As the opponent is distracted with their wounds, the user typically has enough time to square their weapon away and quickly get back into the fight. Jutsu Points: 3 Bloodletting Strike Type: Taijutsu [Lotus | Weapon; Medium Dagger] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 70 Stamina Damage: 0 Effect: 75 bleed damage for one (1) turn. Description: The user simply gouges their dagger into the chest of the recipient. Nothing flashy, just slashy. Jutsu Points: 3 Yamanaka Barrage Type: Taijutsu [Lotus | Personal Hijutsu: Yamanaka Fuguai ] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 75 Stamina + 17x Stamina Damage: 25 per strike Effect: This technique has x strikes, where x is a maximum of two. The first strike of this technique inflicts one turn of ‘Prone’ and 'Shackled; Paired Legs.’ Description: The user sends a flurry of quick movements toward the opponent, lifting them into the air. When the time comes, they perform another acrobatic move in order to send them crashing back into the earth below. While the strikes themselves aren't exactly powerful, their precise placements will shatter the opponents equilibrium, allowing for a better chance of the next combo or attack to strike. "Ya-ma-na-KA!" Jutsu Points: 8

  11. Yo. So, Princess requested that the skill is limited to shields and that the skill should say so, and I DID apply those changes. They were deep in the cut, but nonetheless there for all to see. (See below) That said, I've taken a look at switching the words around as you've requested and I like your wording a bit better than my own. Therefore, snatchies. I think this is finally an approvable skill.

  13. hi there! i see you're taking advantage of our creation forum which is nice, but i see that you're missing a few bits of information. This seems to be more of a 'jutsu' or 'technique' rather than a skill and staff would like to keep it organized with others like it. Though once respected as Healers throughout Hi no Kuni, many view the clan as traitors and scoundrels. This family also has an intense one-sided rivalry with the Haruno and Yamanaka Clans for the same reason. (Almost like the Guy/Hatake feud) Clan Bloodline: to be continued ... Clan Element: Plant Clan Emblem: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Clan History: The Fukumoto Clan is a more recent one that hasn't existed that long, however, they are known for their exceptional medical jutsu capabilities. The leader/founder of the clan was named Daiki by workers in the orphanage, he'd been given his surname by others, due to being lucky enough to be granted natural abilities. He was found outside one day and taken in as many were before him. Nobody knows of his lineage or who his parents were. Regardless, he grew up to live to his name and was highly intelligent. Daiki got his unique kekkei genkai by infusing chakra on animals in wildlife. He'd use them as test subjects and lab rats essentially. He was a shy and introverted man who would 'blend in' with the background. Seemingly seen as weird for experimenting on low IQ animals, the man was working towards something highly advanced in the era. He'd not grow up noble, but he came to become a weapon merchant. Eventually, he'd marry and have 7 children- 4 sons and 3 daughters. Daiki was a good father, but some of his children had issues. One of his children turned to be a defective ninja after attempting to overthrow the Kage. It was foolish and stupid, and was ultimately caught before he even had the chance. He failed and his strange cult of followers would flee with him. Eventually, he'd be caught and murdered during the war. To redeem themselves, and to excuse their missing-ninja brother, the young clan decided they'd fight for their village and for their honor. In turn, every member was required by the head of the clan to become a ninja if young and eligible enough as a tradition. This way, they'd look better and less malicious to other Konohagakure citizens. Even though this may have happened years ago during the NCIA takeover, many Konoha citizens still remember what they did...

Teisatsu | 偵察 | Recon Squad Level: 0 Family: Mosquito Scourge Appearance: With beady black eyes and long proboscises, these summons wear tiny black headbands and black clothing in order to mask their movements. Make no mistake, although large in number, this is no more than a small cloud that can barely mask a portion of the summoner's movements If summoned correctly, however, it's enough for their summoner to weave a few hand signs in order to make a quick getaway. Personality: Usually, a recon squad isn't motivated to be on the field but will help out of sense of duty to the contract undertaken by the hive and its summoner. There are individual summoners that this squad can take a liking to, but these are few far and between. (Usually, if you give them sort of snack they'll like you..) -Stats- (Health Power) 90 (Stamina) 5 (Chakra) 5 (Taijutsu) 0 (Defense) 0 (Ninjutsu) 0 (Genjutsu) 0 (Concentration) 0 (Speed) 0 (Accuracy) 0 (Evasion) 0 Skills: None Techniques: N/A Equipment: N/A Special effects: When summoned, the summoner gains +100 evasion.

Ka no Sangeki (Mosquito Scourge) Species: Mosquito Element: Chiton (permission granted by @Hardcore Skittlez Family Information: This mosquito swarm zips in and out of the battlefield at astonishing speeds, specializing in chiton medical ninjutsu and blood transfusions. Each individual is no bigger than a fingernail, and while each member can have its own thoughts and agendas, the swarm acts as a hive mind as it blankets entire battlefields when summoned. Typically living in tropical regions of the globe, this scourge scours for whatever victim it can in order to feast. This isn't to say that each individual member is aligned away from the law. Although some choose to remain as pests, a few can be trained to align themselves in a shinobi's best interest. Usually when under contract, this family has adopted a preservation contract with its shinobi, that allows a few thousand of its members to remain in Myoboku at all times in order to reproduce. While their life spans may be similar to normal mosquitoes, it only takes mere moments for millions more eggs to hatch and pupate into adult mosquitoes. Family Habitat: Mount Myoboku, though some scouts are sent into the shinobi world. When scouts are sent, they are typically sent during a country's summer months, in areas where heat and water are aplenty. Recently, an insane amount of scouts have been sent off to the otogakure and konoha regions in order to find things to feast upon and bring back to mount myoboku, where they have found plenty of victims to the former's ongoing drought situation.   20. hi! Nice to see a new member so passionate about the forum! While I may not be artificer, you should know that there are some general things i would like to address with your jutsu. To begin, it doesn't seem to have a mechanical effect, which means you'll have to cost it and give it some sort of value that will affect your opponent. Click here to view our basic jutsu rules! If you want, you can check out our other rules here! Otherwise, it sounds like an interesting jutsu! Personally, I would try and translate the name into english, or give some equivalent beside it as well, but that may not be my place. For that I'll let artificers, mods and admin make the call. Otherwise, good luck!
