Come, all ye. Up north, past the realm of twilight and snow there lies a land where the winds blow coldest and the fires rage hottest. Travelers to these lands report an oasis of good cheer appearing for only a small window of time on earth before being masked in a snowstorm for the rest of the year. Some brave souls report that during the time where the storms pound the land, the little cottage that holds great power isn't even there anytime except now. The trees that surrounded the cottage were alight with candles that glowed a mix of every color imaginable. Fresh snow glittered the ground, reflecting the twinkles from the auroras dancing overhead. Gingerbread and chocolate filled the air around the cottage, pleading for visitors. The door was cracked open yet the warmth clung to the wooden walls asking for travelers to come in. Who would arrive? Rules: Have fun! Bring your favorite character(s): PCs/NPCs/animals/famous figures. Go nuts and give us cheer! Notes: (1) Topic title is Arabic, in keeping positive energies towards the Syrian crisis. (2) Self, you are not a terrible person for missing the 2014 thread, it was overshadowed by NA's 10th anniversary, a gift of itself.

Ding Dong Ding Dong The clocks struck midnight throughout the warm wooden cottage. On this night of nights, the portals between mortals and ethereal forces lapsed allowing souls to enter its presence. Warm food and dink delight lined the homestead, ready for guests to arrive and make merry. Though the time here would be forgotten, there was one who always knew what transpired in this land. All roads led to this cottage without a name, governed by a large, jolly toy maker. All would come to be judged, naughty or nice. It was a time where all could come. A cozy little cottage resting up north in the twilight lights found fire once again lighting its halls. Smoke pillared out from the brick chimney, puffing clouds into the chilly, clear night. This age old cottage had seen many a face and many a memory. It danced with music from an unseen location and the tables were littered with candy canes and food. This place had a grade allure to it, a calling that none could deny. And the man who was thought to live here all year round was rumored to have hijacked an IAF airship to deliver presents to all the little ninja children in footie pajamas.
