How To Make A Signature

Recommended Posts

First off open up a document of 300x150 pixels. Now what you want to do is ifnd a stock or image that you think wil fit the sig. Stop and think about what kind of sig you want. Abstract/Light? Or Grunge/Dark? You have to invision what you are about to do because thinking while running with the sig is hard. For me I chose a cute anime girl and decided on a happy type atmosphere.

You should have that if you dragged the stock into the 300x150 document.

Now... what do we want to do? Oh yeah! We want to make a BG... how do we do that well for starters go to Filter>Render>Clouds make sure you colors are black and whtie and you should have something like this.

Looks nice? Needs color. So how do we do that?

Well to get color we do this...

Go to single marquee thing, and then go to the layter that you have your stock/render. Now what you do is click on a part that has lots and lots of different colors. After that press copy+paste and you should be on a new layer type thing. Then press Cntr+T and then stretch it out to cover the whole sig. You stretch out your single layer copy paste thing.

You should have that now.

Next stop is to do some brushing. Take out a ncie brush pack and then do random brushing on the cloud layer. Remember to make it overlay/soft as the brush opacity type thing. You should get this now.

After brushing you should get that.

Now just add a border with Cntrl+A then go to Edit>Stroke 1px Black.

That should be your result now

Now if you want to go further do this. Take some colors black and yellow and then go to your maple leaf brush and do some brushes. Set it on overlay/soft and then make it look nice. After that sent some white and some other stuff that I can't explain... and then your name... and you should get this...
