Clan Info: The Furousha clan is believed to have been started in the Snow Country to the far north. Records say, they were a small clan that spent most of their time to themselves, not bothering with the outside world. One day, the leader of Snow Country was overthrown by his brother and a large group of Snow Ninja. The Furousha clan was the first to meet the call to arms to defend the country against itself. Kunais clashed, Heads butted, and egos shattered during this expanse of time. The little Furousha clan fought fearcly, but was nearly wiped out as the brother of the feudal lord sent his troops against their home-caves. After this raid, a single group of children emerged from the rubble, apparently missed by recklass ninja. The group of children set off for the border mere hours after the tragedy. A few died on the way, leaving them with only four remaining. Upon reaching the border of the Snow country, the four argued about where to go. This split the four heart-torn remainders up. They took off in four directions, some say One went East, One went West, One went South, and one went back north to try and serve the new feudal lord. The only one of these four currenty known, traveled to the hidden village of Kiri. She was accepted as a refugee and was placed into the Kiri Academy.

This girl's name was Furousha Yuki. During her travels, before she reached Kiri, she developed a technique to hide her cat-like features, because she quickly learned that "Different" people weren't as widely accepted. Upon reaching Kiri, she adopted the name 'Sanada Yuki' to hide her identity. She was placed in a large estate, living with a single boy and his family. Before the final exam of the Academy, the boy Yuki lived with discovered her secret, as he had walked in her bedroom in the middle of the night to "look her over". Yuki did not know the boy knew her secret, until they were placed in the same Genin cell, and he mentioned something about it. She made him swore secrecy, which he did happily. They did mission after mission together, with their third team-mate, a Hisame Boy.

Four years later, on Yuki's Eighteenth Birthday, their Jounin took that particular team on a A rank mission before the Chuunin Exams. The Hisame of that team was slaughtered, along with the jounin. The boy Yuki lived with returned carrying a weeping Yuki in his arms. When he explained what happened to the two deceased members of their cell, the Kage ordered the pair to go to Konoha after the Chuunin exams. Both of the remaining cell passed the exams, and moved to Konoha to perform secret operations to crash Konoha. During this duration or two years, they were promoted and conceived a son.

Again, a Time Skip. 5 years after, a daughter was conceived. Once their son had become a genin, Yuki's now-husband took him on a mission. Two weeks later, they were labled M.I.A. Once again, Yuki wept and wept. She could not bear to lose another close person, so for her safety, Yuki contacted her brother, and delivered her only daughter to him. When she returned, Yuki retired as a jounin. The current whereabouts of Yuki's Daughter, and her sibliings is currently unknown.

Idenshi No Nekomata.;. Gene of the Fork-tailed Cat

Little is known about the Furousha Clan's genetic mutation(As it is incorrectly called by many). Outwardly, it appears to give the gene-carrier a feline appearance. This includes razor-sharp claws in the place of finger-nails, fangs, tails, and feline ears. It has sometimes been seen to produce a layer of fur over the entirety of the Furousha's body.

The Gene of the Fork-Tailed Cat is rumored to have been originated by a splinter cell of the devious organization "Akatsuki" within the confines of a number of laboratories within the mountains of Yuki no Kuni. This Splinter cell, now no longer, was called "The Circle" by its inner most trustees, and produced several experiments on the human gene, going so far as to imbue it with the alleged chakra of the two-tailed bijuu. This, however, has never been confirmed, as the Furousha clan destroyed their creators after realizing that they had been toys to some inhumane experiment. Despite this lack of evidence, a recent trend has developed within the few clan members that remain. When pressed to a point of near-death, a chakra of varying color(Depending on the character) has been noted to emerge from the pores of the feline combatant. This chakra covers the entire Furousha's body and glows with a certain radiance. While in this state, it has appeared that the combatant's personality is withdrawn into the most primal of situations - It fights entirely to survive, and will not hesitate to attack anything that it judges as a threat.

The Will of the Cat God

Effect: Upon taking this skill, all of the taker's basic attacks are treated as if they were performed by medium weapons who's level is the same as the wielder's, at a minimum of 1. These weapons (Claws) May not be destroyed or rendered unusable, as they are a natural extension of the body. Despite these being considered "Medium weapons", they follow the following attack rules:

--At Gennin Rank, two attacks may be performed with these weapons per turn

--At Chuunin Rank, Three attacks may be performed with these weapons per turn

--At Jounin+ Rank, Four attacks may be performed with these weapons per turn

In addition to the above, the taker of this skill may not be rendered blind via means of natural darkness and may perform in the dark just as they would be able to in the day. The taker of this skill must roleplay as a feline-human hybrid, and these features will be expanded upon with later skills.

Cost: -2

Restriction: Must be taken at character creation.

Chakra of the Demon Cat

Effect:

Passive//Charge

Whenever the taker of this skill takes damage, 1/4 of the total damage dealt is pooled into a seperate stat located beneath the taker's three tank pools, called "Chakra of the Demon Cat". Full damage is still dealt to the taker. (This means that if 100 damage is dealt to the taker, the skill-taker still takes 100 damage, but records a gain of 25 Chakra of the Demon Cat). This chakra may not total more than the taker's three tank stats added together. Chakra of the Demon Cat gained in this manner persists through battle.

Active//Release

Whenever the taker of this skill would be dropped to below 0 HP, their three primary stats become struck out for the remainder of the battle. The taker returns to life with x Chakra of the Demon Cat in-stead(X is the amount currently recorded). They may continue to fight, though only with genin-level taijutsu or basic attacks. Whenever damage is sustained or an attack is performed that would drain stamina (As, Chakra-based attacks are NOT allowed to be used in this state), that amount is instead reduced from Chakra of the Demon Cat. Whenever the Chakra is reduced to 0, the user returns to their normal state, and may be slain or saved as if they had 0 HP. After this skill expires (Either with the Chakra of the Demon Cat expires, or the battle ends), the taker must spend 1 Real-life day resting, otherwise, they enter combat with 1/4 all of their tank stats, other than health. This skill may not be used consecutively without at least a one real-life day rest being taken in between uses. The character may still Roleplay" while resting, however, they may not train or spar.

Cost: -5

Note: A Furousha member may create techniques that draw from this chakra only with my express permission. Such techniques will almost always be considered Ninjutsu for the purposes of modding and defense.

Requirements: This skill must be taken by level 10, otherwise, it may not be taken at all.*

*The exception is given to currently existing Furousha above level 10 during the time of the revamp.[/s]

Titanium Bone-structure

Description: In some Furousha, a very unique mutation can be found. The calcium within their bones as hardened to an extreme level, making them seem to be made from an incredibly sturdy, light-weight metal.

Effect: The Furousha Takes 10% Less damage from Taijutsu attacks. The taker's limbs may not be rendered unusable due to total removal, bone removal, or bone breakage by equal-or-lesser rank techniques. The taker now gains a modifier of 5 towards taijutsu damage per 40 defense, to a maximum of 50 damage.

-3

Tail Wielding

Description: Some Furousha have developed dexterity within their posterior appendage and find themselves able to perform small tasks or wield small weapons with their tail.

Effect: The Furousha may throw one small weapon per turn in addition to their normal actions. If a throwing weapon is drawn using the tail, no setup phase is taken - However, taking a weapon from the tail requires an entire phase (In other words, you can't draw with the tail, then switch to your hands to save your setup phase). This ranged attack only applies half speed modifiers, as opposed to half tai/half speed.

-1

Advanced Tail Wielding

Description: After training and gaining experience with combat using the tail, a Furousha may extend the abilities of their tail to wielding small melee weaponry.

Effect: The Tail may now wield small melee weapons (Meaning Daggers[though treated as medium] or some such weapon who's base level is not above Five). The Furousha may attack with this weapon once per turn in addition to their normal actions. Drawing a weapon with the tail for this purpose still takes an entire phase.

-2

Requirements: Tail Wielding, a 5 post training.

Feline Superhuman Sensory

Description: One of the many perks of being a feline-human hybrid is the ability to rely on more feral aspects to survive. In this, A Furousha may perform deeds otherwise suited to felines such as tracking by scent and sound.

Effect: The taker of this skill is immune to the status effects of blind and impaired eyesight. Impaired Smelling/Hearing and Deafened lasts 1 turn longer.

-1

Tama no Nekomata

Description: After learning to control the release of their innate Nekomata chakra, it is not uncommon to see a Furousha clan member with a two-tailed feline companion. These pets seem to communicate masterfully with their master, and even emulate some of the master's baser personality traits. It has been speculated that this is the embodiment of the Furousha's inner nekomata.

Effect: Allows the taker to gain, post-free, a small feline pet as if they had tamed it. This companion grows as a tamed small animal would. For every turn in combat that this pet takes, the owner generates 10 Nekomata chakra. This fills the nekomata chakra in addition to the normal method of gaining nekomata chakra. Whenever the active state of 'Chakra of the Demon Cat' is engaged, this pet is taken out of battle until the activity has ceased.

Requirements: Must have taken 'Chakra of the Demon Cat' and 'Nekomata Controlled Release; Stage one'.

-1

Nekomata Controlled Release; Stage I

Description: After a strenuous training session, a Furousha clan member may learn to control the release of their innate Nekomata chakra. At this level in their mastery, the forced release of their chakra causes a significant strain on their normal body.

Effect: User of this skill may forcibly engage the Nekomata chakra's active state. Doing so drains 5% of the total Nekomata chakra, as well as 5% of the user's total normal chakra, per turn of upkeep. If the active effect is forced in this way, the Nekomata chakra may not reactivate upon being reduced to 0 HP.

Restriction: Must have taken 'Chakra of the Demon Cat'

Requirements: This skill requires a 10 post training to be made with a single partner to draw out the nekomata chakra. This training will detail the taker mastering the base and primal instincts while in this form, allowing them to remain conscious while using it; in addition to the aforementioned, this training will also detail the Furousha learning to manipulate and release their nekomata.
