Kyokujitsu, or 'rising sun,' is an all-female organization run by an unknown head. This gathering of woman, all who are often accused of being idealistic dreamers, seek to not only restore peace after such a a dragging an extended period of violence and bloodshed, but also to soothe those who have suffered and promote the status of women in the world, moving the stereotype away from self-centered eye candy. Governed only by a loose set of rules, for members always catch on to the basic moral codes of their fellows, they conduct themselves in an orderly and calming fashion. Separate from both sides and yet welcoming to anybody - NCIA, 'Resistance,' or otherwise, Kyokujitsu remains a black horse in this world. IT hardly matters how 'kind hearted' this horse may be.
