Warr Posted August 31, 2007 Share Posted August 31, 2007 (edited) As you all know, during the invasion of Sunagakure no Sato by Kumogakure no Sato three years ago, the reservoirs under Sunagakure no Sato were tampered with and no water could be gained, nor could any repairs be done. We all know that this was just trickery by the former Daimyo, Takashuri Shiro, because he wanted to profit from our suffering. He let the Kumo-nin hunt down loyal Kaze no Kuni citizens simply because they could mold chakra! He used his own army to make it seem as if his caravans to bring Sunagakure no Sato water were being attacked by true Sunagakure no Sato shinobi-nin. To make it so that he could charge huge amounts of ryou for water the most necessary element in the world! He tricked us, and let us be pushed around by the Empire and it's 'Ninja Crime Investigation Agency', -Nemesis Creating Instigating Agency, more like-. He let them kill loyal Kaze no Kuni citizens, shinobi of Sunagakure no Sato, and civilians allied with those shinobi alike simply to appease the want for dominance by the 'Empire'. So we did as nature dictates, with righteous fury we arose, arose! We arose and under the wise direction of the Sandman, Kazeshin Keito, heir to Kazekage-dom and to the seat of the Daimyo in a single swing, we arose and eradicated the NCIA and the agent of the empire and his own greed that was the former Daimyo.[ -Tushiki Mao, bard residing in Sunagakure no Sato, and speaking this news to the groups all around Sunagakure no Sato, anyone who will listen, and likely being repeated word for word. What does this mean? NCIA shinobi who are from Sunagakure no Sato who are created henceforth must have been in the NCIA previously and stationed in Fang, when the invasion happened. Travel to Wind Country is closed off aside from Earth Country, movements into it through Fang will be met by force. Resistance-nin within Sunagakure no Sato are allowed unrestricted movement in the type of training, etc, that they were restricted from doing openly during occupation.
