To bring the world to the way it was before the Kumo Invasion and to bring peace and Tranquility throughout the world.

~Organization History~

After going to Iwa and staying there a plan for an organization, was being created in Sato's head. He wanted to end the fighting between the resistance and NCIA and restore peace. Making plans and schemes, along with an Organization title, Sato managed to begin the organization with himself. Somehow managing to get to the outskirts of The Country of Lightning, Sato made his way toward an abandomed Factory that was left behind. Fixing and reorganizing the factory, it was transformed into a base for Shouhei Shinobi. A dense fog was created around the area to hide it from Citizens and Shinobi. Walls were mounted around the newly redone base to protect it from outside intruders.
