Exodus
Bored Kaze Misairu (Wind Missile Skill) ミサイル Type: Ninjutsu [Wind; Uchiha Nevan] Rank: Jounin Cost: 140 Damage: 100 Effects: May choose to release the technique this turn or the next. If technique is used on the turn thereafter in conjunction with an additional technique, then this one is not considered to fall under the multi-attack technique rules (must be treated as a separate technique). Defensive techniques against this will cost an additional x1.5 to use. Opponents that are hit suffer from the effects of Poor Chakra Manipulation and Poor Stamina Manipulation for two turns, except the fail chances are on a one, two or three. If the opponent is an inheritor of either of those skills, then the fail chance is doubled for the respective hindered skill. This technique cannot be used a second time if the effects are still in effect, or if the technique is still reserved. Description: The technique features a strict manipulation of minuscule air particles, almost unobservable with normal visualization. At foundation, the air particles will round with a composition of vacuumed space and then carves itself into an unfastened pocketed sphere of air. The accumulation and concentration of the indiscernible weapon will assemble and tether into a fraction of essence in the palm of the hand and then is compressed into the chest of the user before it rockets forward from the mouth towards the chosen destination at will. The upshot of the tethered chakra will not impact, but pass into the target, imploding and then igniting to distribute uncommon injuries from within. Matthias Drake
I like it. I'd call it approved (though the prose is violaceous). Edit: Be honest. Did you look violaceous up? Edited December 14, 2009 by Matthias Drake
