As a ninja, you are able to summon spirits and whatnot from another plan of existence. Well, for those of you who stuck with naruto long enough, remember when he went with the frogs to their place? Teleporting exists within the world but we don't want to encourage teleportation techniques at low levels because travel constraints are already pretty lax from a RP point of view.
