Exposed: You get -50% to base Defense. [40 DP] Petrified: You try to avoid the one who caused you fear or the location that the fear is centered around. If forced to confront the object of fear, you have a -30% to total damage and -30% chance to hit against the target. [50 DP] Description:The various myths that had developed through the ages of alternate dimensions with alternate gods, and religions that were alike, had kept Shinji interested to a degree, his favorites were that of the King of the Lightning Dimension, Odin, a god that was powerful enough to harness the strength of lightning itself, generated by planets and galaxies, and harness that to do his own bidding. Shinji exploited this knowledge and created a technique that would have the victim thinking that they were being confronted by a three hundred meter tall being of pure lightning energy, the outline of his battle armor sword and shield protruding into the skies above them, as he lets out a mighty roar, the sound nearly blowing out the victims eardrums at the intensity of the decibels. They are assaulted by this lightning being for several hours of time in their mind, actually just a few minutes in the real world. Exposed: You get -50% to base Defense. [40 DP] Petrified: You try to avoid the one who caused you fear or the location that the fear is centered around. If forced to confront the object of fear, you have a -30% to total damage and -30% chance to hit against the target. [50 DP] Vulnerable: You lose your next Response Phase. You are not affected by this Status Effect if you were "Vulnerable" in the previous post. A character may only be afflicted with "Vulnerable" for three (3) total turns per battle. [50 DP] Distracted: You get -25% to Evasion. Major Posted September 13, 2014 Share Posted September 13, 2014 Fury of Odin: This should cost 138 chakra. 90 for the effects and 48 for the damage. [60 * 4/5 ratio = 48] Odin’s Devastation: This should cost 260 chakra. 180 for the effects and 80 for the damage. [120 * 2/3 ratio = 80] Also Vulnerable and Distracted don't mix well, since a character's evasion won't matter if they have no response phase. Changed cost, and yeah I know they dont mix well thats wy the distracted lasts for 1 turn longer then vulnerable with genjutsu shaper it would be 2 and def worth the extra chakra.
