Enton: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu | 炎遁・影分身の術 | Blaze Release: Shadow Clone Technique

Effect: When performing this technique 'x' is equivalent to the number of 'Shadow Clones' created by this technique. 'Shadow Clones' have 50 Health and 60-10x% of the user's other statistics. The value of 'x' is chosen by the user when this technique is performed, and may be no greater than three (3). Fire elemental techniques used by ‘Shadow Clones’ created by this technique are treated instead as ‘Blaze’ element techniques. During the Setup Phase, as a Free Action, the user of this technique may choose to destroy a 'Shadow Clone' created by this technique to increase the turn duration of a single ‘Burning: x’ status effect found within a Blaze element technique, used during the same turn’s Main Phase, by one (1) turn. If a ‘Shadow Clone’ created by this technique is destroyed by an attack, the user of that attack has a 75% chance of being afflicted with one (1) turn of the status effect ‘Burning: 75'. 'Burning' afflicted by this technique's 'Shadow Clones' is treated as if it was afflicted by the technique 'Amaterasu'.
Description: Despite being an extremely powerful jutsu, the Shadow Clone Technique is basic in its function. When created by the Second Hokage, the original Kage Bunshin's ability to be molded with chakra natures of the user was never explored. Over the generations following, that legacy was left to other ninja, each with their own chakra natures. The Enton; Kage Bunshin is one of those natural enhancements to the original jutsu. By molding their clones using Blaze-natured chakra, a user is capable of producing shadow clones constructed of Amaterasu’s unquenchable flames. If destroyed, Blaze Release Kage Bunshin erupt into a powerful gout of flame, capable either of augmenting the original user’s normal Blaze Release techniques or engulfing their enemies in black fire.

Alright, so comparing this to Wind Release Shadow Clone, we'll have to analyze the 2 effects in relation to the other 2 effects cost.

Adding a turn of Burning: Like Wind Release's fail chance, this cannot be directly quantified, but if we take some worst case examples, we can see the difference in top-shelfs for what these two effects would be costed at. A Jonin technique that did 20 damage and afflicted Burning; 300 for one turn would cost a total of 170 Chakra. Not too shabby. The value you'd get from popping Wind Release Shadow Clone on 170 Chakra would be 51 CP of Fail chance boosting. While the Enton clone would give about triple that at 158 CP of benefit. This will need to be reigned in in a way to make it something that's more universally useful and also made less effective. Right now it's very much something that I just see as easily abuseable on big-burn techniques to shatter their cap.

Burning Effect Upon Destruction: This can be upped to about 75 damage. That would make it on par with the Clobbered that Wind Release deals cost-wise. I'm not really factoring in that the burning is treated as Amaterasu though. I dunno. That could be critical in the costing or it could not be. Right now it just looks like you can get Kagutsuchi off on them. Which... eh. Might be easier to just hit them with Amaterasu if that's what you're going for. So that's my reasoning on upping that damage.
