Description: A customized vest which Sato had specifically made for him. A black version of the kumogakure vest.  Specially made for defensive purposes, this vest reduces the amount of damage one takes and the lightweight material allows for slightly faster movement. In order to ensure that this vest provided an all around defense, Sato had this vest imprinted with chakra that flowed around his body in order to provide a better mental defense against genjutsu.

Description: Similar to most forearm guards in design, the spatial vambrace is crafted of both leather and metal. The inner material is crafted out of a hard leather material, which wraps around the user's forearm. On the outer portion of the vambrace, is a metal layering, which is separated into four different parts, each over-lapping each other. Infused with chakra, the vambrace is designed to function in particular with the Enclosing seal. Instead of going through the hassle of removing and applying the seal, to draw a weapon or grab an item, the user is able to utilize chakra to summon the weapon or item to their hand or on the battlefield. This allows for the seal to remain intact as well as creates an efficient and fluid combat strategy.

Those whom are more skilled within the lightning element can straighten the stimulation and power of the ability, allowing for a greater increase in agility and mobility.
Effect: While Lightning Release Chakra Mode is activated: For each rank the wielder has in Ninjutsu Mastery [Lightning], the wielder reduces their speed percentile by 2%, rounded up.

In addition, to the immense agility one gains from the Lightning Release Chakra Mode, their reflexes and reaction time have also been seen as extraordinary. While few have seen it's abilities with their own eyes, those who have recount tales of Lightning Release Chakra Mode user's capable of dodging powerful techniques at point blank range. Their reflexes are attuned to the point where even the slightest bit of aggression from an opponent and it's users are able to dodge any incoming attack without much effort. 
Effect: While Lightning Release Chakra Mode is activated: For each rank in this skill: The user may add +2 to their dodge roll when dodging non-genjutsu techniques, weapon attacks, or basic attacks.

Effects: This technique has two modes:

 

Response Phase: The cost of this technique is x chakra (x = base cost of incoming technique). The user may negate a single taijutsu incoming taijutsu or weapon attack. Main Phase: This attack cost 350 stamina and deals 400 damage. This attack inflicts the status effects 'Bound [Paired Arms]' for three turns. 


Description: A simple, yet effective attack that has offensive and defensive options. A common move which has origins from several different martial arts, the shinobi touches their target's wrist and pivots their body to be almost parallel to the opponent. With their shoulder underneath the target's armpit, they wrap their other arm around the target's arm. While this may look like an upper body throw, this throw is done with the shinobi's momentum and hips. The target is then slammed onto the ground, either onto their arm or their back. In the mean time, this can act as a break or several damage the arm that the target is being thrown with.

Black Lightning - Assimilation | -2sp

Black Lightning is a unique form of Lightning Release has been closely guarded by Kumogakure no Sato for over a century. Given only to those whom are considered to be next Raikage or 'the right hand man' of the Raikage. While only known by a small number of users, those who use it have been able to expand their usage of Black Lightning, being able to convert normal lightning techniques to it's obsidian counterpart. The haunting obsidian sheen is matched by the power of the techniques, severely damaging the body to a point where the expenditure of any amount of energy can cause damage. 

Effect: A character with this skill may choose to have any 'Lightning' technique they perform be considered a 'Black Lightning' technique. In addition, if a 'Black Lightning' technique successfully deals critical damage to a target, the target is inflicted with the following effect for x turns: "For every 20 chakra or stamina paid as part of a technique or skill, the user takes 5 damage." The value of x is based on the user's ninja rank with gennin/chuunin being 1 and jounin/sennin being 2. This effect does not stack with itself.

Kaminari Tainai - Living Battery
The body of a Senuskai clan shinobi is different than that of the average shinobi. The natural resistance towards the lightning element is not the only ability of the Kaminari Tainai, as the bloodline and the genetic make-up of the Senuskai extend further as it reacts with any lightning particles within the area. As lightning techniques are used throughout the battle, leftover lightning particles are broken down and absorbed by the body. These particles are stored separately within the body in specialized cells and similar to a battery, the wielder is able to release the stored lightning and utilize it in whatever manner they wish.
Effect: The wielder of this skill gains a separate stat known as 'Static Energy'. For each rank in this skill: Every time the wielder of this skill uses a [Lightning] tag ninjutsu or is hit by a [Lightning] tag ninjutsu, 10% of the ninjutsu's base chakra cost is added as Static Energy into the Static Energy stat. Static Energy gained this way can be used to pay for basic attacks, weapon attacks, and skills or techniques that would require either chakra or stamina to use. Ranks may only be taken every 20 levels. Static Energy statistic can not exceed 50% of the user's total chakra statistic.

Description: Historical records say that Daimyō Jimmu hailed from the Land of Hot Water, but there are few that would argue that he was not a man devoted to all peoples. Jimmu spent his life transforming Yu no Kuni into a booming tourist destination, and accumulating vast amounts of wealth. Like most of the coolest guys, be they royalty or not, he shared this wealth with his friends, and since he considered all people potential friends, Jimmu showered his wealth on his people in many ways. Like most really cool dudes, Jimmu wore sunglasses, the darker the better. This pair of exceptionally lucky shades are modeled after the pair that the historically awesome Daimyō wore.

Description: One of the basic techniques taught to most students during their time at the academy. The Body Flicker Technique is considered an extremely versatile ability, and is one of the most widely used general shinobi skills. The jutsu itself is a high-speed movement ability that uses chakra to temporarily vitalize the body, allowing movement that is nearly untraceable to the naked eye. The user often disappears from the field of their opponent’s vision in a puff of smoke, as a means to further distract their path of escape. Though Shunshin has many applications, its most common use is in evading hazardous attacks.

Description: A strike made to efficiently take down a target with a fluid and swift motion, developed by Sato for use in combat. Appearing behind the target a quick kick to the side of the knee is launched, in an attempt to shatter it. This also attempts to send the target's lower half of the body forward, as a palm strike to the throat is launched simultaneously to cause the target to lean backwards. Black Lightning - Assimilation | -2sp

Black Lightning is a unique form of Lightning Release has been closely guarded by Kumogakure no Sato for over a century. Given only to those whom are considered to be next Raikage or 'the right hand man' of the Raikage. While only known by a small number of users, those who use it have been able to expand their usage of Black Lightning, being able to convert normal lightning techniques to it's obsidian counterpart. The haunting obsidian sheen is matched by the power of the techniques, severely damaging the body to a point where the expenditure of any amount of energy can cause damage. 

Effect: A character with this skill may choose to have any 'Lightning' technique they perform be considered a 'Black Lightning' technique. In addition, if a 'Black Lightning' technique successfully deals critical damage to a target, the target is inflicted with the following effect for x turns: "For every 20 chakra or stamina paid as part of a technique or skill, the user takes 5 damage." The value of x is based on the user's ninja rank with gennin/chuunin being 1 and jounin/sennin being 2. This effect does not stack with itself.

Kaminari Tainai - Living Battery
The body of a Senuskai clan shinobi is different than that of the average shinobi. The natural resistance towards the lightning element is not the only ability of the Kaminari Tainai, as the bloodline and the genetic make-up of the Senuskai extend further as it reacts with any lightning particles within the area. As lightning techniques are used throughout the battle, leftover lightning particles are broken down and absorbed by the body. These particles are stored separately within the body in specialized cells and similar to a battery, the wielder is able to release the stored lightning and utilize it in whatever manner they wish.
Effect: The wielder of this skill gains a separate stat known as 'Static Energy'. For each rank in this skill: Every time the wielder of this skill uses a [Lightning] tag ninjutsu or is hit by a [Lightning] tag ninjutsu, 10% of the ninjutsu's base chakra cost is added as Static Energy into the Static Energy stat. Static Energy gained this way can be used to pay for basic attacks, weapon attacks, and skills or techniques that would require either chakra or stamina to use. Ranks may only be taken every 20 levels. Static Energy statistic can not exceed 50% of the user's total chakra statistic.
