-Physical Description-


Akane physically, is in A word. Rough. She rarely ever puts in effort into her appearance, most notably A lack of anything like makeup or accessories. She's tall and thin but rather toned and carries what weight she has as if it were all on her shoulders. Alabaster skin betrays all the time she's spent in the sun. Piercings litter the right side of her face A stud in her nose one in her lip and three in her ear running along the edge. Her generally disheveled and chaotic appearance really wouldn't inspire much confidence.

 

Her hair is a dark red, short, choppy and of varying lengths. It looks like she just takes a knife to it when it gets too long. it sits however it pleases and generally that means it's one giant mess. It looks like A comb or a brush has never even seen it.

 

Her clothes are in no better state than the rest of her, filled with rips and holes never having been repaired in all the time she's used them. She wears a long open robe that goes past her knees, the sleeves seemingly ripped or cut off, the inside of the robe having plenty of pockets for her equipment. Her chest, arms and hands are heavily wrapped with  bandages and stained with blood. she wears long baggy pants with her headband as a belt and her sword always on her hip. generally she is generally barefoot.

 

-Personality-

 

She's loud and rough, she's lives to have fun and share that fun with those around her. She comes off as crass and kind of dumb, mostly because she is. However she's also incredibly kind and warm, she'd give you the robe off her own back (not that you'd want it). She feels everything she does with all of her heart for better or for worse. She's decided to fight as a ninja to maintain peace and make sure others have days of laughing and joy to come.

 

She's an extrovert in the extreme, time spent without other people is time wasted. She's happy to be part of whatever teams she is, because she either gets to meet new people or she gets along with someone already within the team, almost guaranteed. She makes a point of reaching out to everyone, those who need a little understanding or kindness especially.

 

Just about the only that bothers her is arrogance, an inflated sense of self-worth and vanity. Her clothes and general look is intentional. destroyed clothes, bloody bandages, hair, all an obvious rejection of vanity and a constant reminder to stay humble.

-Backstory- 


She had a fairly normal upper middle class upbringing, Her family name is Bijin. If you asked her they're social climbers and hangers on with very little merit of their own. They're full of themselves right down to their inherited money or their shallow social standing. Ultimately she rejected her family in it's entirety and eventually made her way up to the leaf village. Trying to do something with some substance, something that might actually help the world. She practiced and studied what little she know or could figure out about the techniques of ninja, living on the outskirts of the leaf as a vagabond. She eventually joined the academy, later than most would and graduated with little difficulty. From that point on she's been a simple gennin going on simple missions, none of them being particularly difficult. She continues on, hoping that soon she'll make a mark good or bad. One thing is for certain, it will be earned. anything and everything that she has will based on her own merit and it'll never go to her head, she's sure of that much.

Transformation Technique | Henge no Jutsu

Description: The Transformation Technique is a time-honored staple of nearly every shinobi academy the world over. Its concept and execution are both extremely basic, making it a perfect training technique for young students. By molding chakra around their body, the user of the Transformation Jutsu is able to temporarily take on the physical characteristics of another person. Though the Henge no Jutsu rarely offers a perfect disguise, clever ninja have been using it for hundreds of years to confound their foes.

Clone Technique | Bunshin no Jutsu

Effect: This technique may be used in the Setup Phase or Main Phase. When determining the cost of this technique 'x' is considered to be the number of 'Clones' created by the user and may never be greater than 2. 'Clones' have 1 Health and 1% of the user's other statistics. 'Clones' are not physical and may not take any actions. The user of this technique gains +20 Evasion or +20 Accuracy for every 'Clone' of this type on the battlefield. The bonuses of 'Clones' of this type may be ignored by any character with heightened senses (i.e; Byakugan, Path of the Sensor, Inuzuka Smell Tracker, etc). This technique may be used in the Setup Phase 1 time per battle.
Description: A technique that most students are required to be proficient in before they can graduate from the academy, the Bunshin no Jutsu is the most basic of the myriad of clone techniques that exist in the world. By properly molding their chakra, the user is capable of creating near perfect replicas of themselves. Unlike most bunshinjutsu, the basic clone technique does not produce physical clones but creates something more akin to a projected image, which is a real image that has no form. The Clone Technique is considered an E-Ranked jutsu, and is not very powerful, but with practice and ingenuity many shinobi have come to use it in masterful ways. Most often stalling by hiding out among their clones, or setting themselves up for a strong offensive.

Effect: This technique may be performed as a Free Action in the Response Phase following a failed dodge roll. When determining the cost of this technique 'x' is equivalent to the cost of 1 Basic Unarmed Attack or Small Weapon Attack that the user failed to dodge. The damage and effects of that Basic Unarmed Attack or Small Weapon Attack are negated. The user may take no action in the Setup Phase or Main Phase on the turn this technique is used. This technique has a 5% chance to fail. This technique may be performed 1 time per battle.
Description: A life-saving technique for most young shinobi, the Body Replacement Jutsu has been a staple in academy learning for many years. By utilizing their ability to manipulate chakra, with quick movement, a skillful shinobi is capable of switching their position with another object to evade damage. By creating a simple optical illusion, the user of the Kawarimi no Jutsu can make it appear as though they were damaged or even killed by the opponent's attack. Some ninja become extremely adept in the usage of this technique, and have even been known to swap places with hazardous materials to trap their enemies.
