This effect may only apply to a Target once per turn. This technique may be used three (3) times per battle. Description: Originally developed as a psychologically supportive technique, the user assumes a cute pose and forms a ‘beam’ of energizing power towards a target. This ‘Do Your Best Beam’ grants the target an uplifting feeling of being emotionally supported and enables them with a sensation like they can accomplish anything if they put their minds to. Notably, this is not cost reduction, nor is it transferring chakra - I'm paying 100 chakra here to help pay for 80 chakra of something else.
