Effect: The target is afflicted with 1 turn of Fazed, 1 turn of Exposed, 1 turn of Clobbered, 1 turn of Staggered.  

Fazed -  Your Turn Order is increased by 60 - 10x, where x is your ninja rank. You may only be Fazed once per attack.

Exposed -  Your total Defense is reduced by 50%.
Staggered- You take +15% total damage from all physical attacks. Shares stacks with 'Bruised'.
Clobbered - You may not use Jutsu with a base Chakra and Stamina cost greater than twice your level.

Description: The key of this technique is the speed at which the user manifests fire chakra and is able to essentially rapid launch one flaming prohjectile after another, because of the speed that the attack comes at the enemy they are given little time to respond or attempt to get out of the way. The flames that this tehcnique generates are hot enough to turn steel into butter,  imagine what it can do to unshielded human skin, needless to say unless the target of this technique puts up a barrier or dodges his onslaught by the time he is finished hurling fiery chakra blasts the user will likely collide with another force to rip right through someone, and leave them burnt to cinders in the process.

Description:  The elder technique to the Wicked Queen Incineration Flicker, this jutsu takes it one step further, and instead of many smaller shots bombarded quickly and powerfully, the target of this technique is enveloped in an inferno of flames as hot as the pits of hell, someone that is hit with this jutsu leaves nothing behind other than a silhouette of ash and dust, it is so hot that it turnsa bone to dust.  This technique isnt quite forbidden, but its closely treading that line, the power needed for this jutsu means the average shinobi was incapable of pulling off, however some of the leaf villages most advancewd fire users is said to possess the technique, and moreover can use it.

The math checks out, however, you forgot to list in the effect of the Sennin version that this inflicts two turns of Clobbered. Also, if you want the Jonin to evolve into the Sennin version, you should update that.
