Now that he has learned to use the third form of sharingan they can change to scarlet red with three semi-colon signs rotating around the outside of the pupil. -Clothing: Underneath all of his clothes he donns a skin tight black bodysuit that comes up to a facemask covering his nose and mouth. The extremity gear commonly given to ANBU is strapped above this on his forearms, elbows, knees, and calves. This is accompanied by pitch-black fingerless gloves with a square of steal plating on the back. His ANBU chestplate is the normal tannish gold but is pretty much unseeable due to the smoke-grey chuunin/jounin flak jacket he wears over it. Over all of this he has a royal blue combat cloak with an Uchiha clan crest his mother had stitched onto the back right after he had joined. His unadorned oval mask is hooked to the inside of the jacket, and he rarely wears it. His sword is strapped to his back in an ebony sheath. -Physical Description: He is extremly well built for a child of his age. His muscles are not very large but are very well toned and chiseled to perfection from his hours of training. His body is slightly tanned, and his hair is mussed up and sticks out a bit in various places. What most of his body looks like is hidden under the clothing he wears. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~History~ Background: After she was exiled from the Uchiha clan along with her son, the woman named Uchiha Sumizome moved to a village near kiri with her new husband, Uchiha Neru. They had a son together, and that son was Uchiha Mizujin. Neru trained his son in the Uchiha ways since the time he could walk. Mizujin had great potential as a shinobi weapon and would grow up to be the most powerful Uchiha to ever walk the earth. Atleast, this is what his father thought. When Mizujin was merely three years old the Konoha hunter nin had caught up with his family. Him and his mother were not missing nin, as Sumizome had been banished from her clan and free to leave. It was Neru they were after because he left with Sumizome and did not gain the permission of the kage. He fougth valiantly against the Konoha hunters, but lost in the end. They had his body destroyed and took his head with them back to the hokage, all while Sumizome and Mizujin hid in the basement. Months later, Mizujin asked his mother to train him where his father had stopped. His mother refused for she didn't want her son to follow the same path she had. He got very angry at this and left for Kirigakure village. He then enrolled in the Shinobi Academy and graduated on the top of his class at 5 years old. In that same year he finished in first place at the chuunin exams and was immediatly promoted. After his promotion to chuunin he trained even harder than before in order eventually surpass even the Mizukage in strength. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Persona~ Personality: His most obvious personality traits show when he isn't around figures of authority. He is cocky, arrogant, and a complete show off. He doesn't take to new people kindly, unless of course they're women. He is constantly trying to prove that he is better than everyone else. His attitude is less harsh when around his fellow kiri shinobi, but stays like this when around members of other villages. Likes: Girls, fighting, learning new things, water, mist, kirigakure, causing trouble, and himself. Is signified by red eyes with a varying number of swirls depending on the user's current rank of Sharingan. Requirements: Must be activated and costs 10% of your total chakra every turn it is open. Cost per rank: Varies Number of ranks: 25 Dokushinha Sharingan First level of Sharingan that can be obtained by an especially gifted Uchiha, it is astoundingly weak compared to the higher forms of the Sharingan, but is quite potent when used by someone who can think on their feet. Not capable of extraordinary things at this level, can still instill fear in those who have heard of it. Has one swirl in both eyes. May be opened in the Main Phase. (-2) II Toripuruha Sharingan Third level of Sharingan that is granted only when the owner of the Ninjuuha Sharingan is put through a great deal of anguish or an incredible ordeal that taxes both mind and body. Should they succeed, the Sharingan's power is nearly doubled yet again and becomes fearsomely powerful. Capable of only the most powerful abilities, it is most common in jounins, but is said that some chuunin can obtain it as well. Has three swirls in both eyes. May be opened in the Response Phase. (-3) Requirements: -Must have mastered all Ninjuuha Sharingan skills. -Must have used all Ninjuuha Sharingan abilities successfully at least thrice. -Must have had at least one team member die during a battle. -Must be a jounin or a genius level chuunin Sharingan Sight - Rank 3 If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique's effects are cut drastically. When repeated Taijutsu techniques are used the user's defense is raised by 40%, when repeated ninjutsu techniques are used their damage and effects are cut by 50%, when repeated genjutsu techniques are used their damage and effects are cut 70%. (-2) Sharingan Copy – Rank 3 If the Toripuruha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 10% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to copy the technique. (-2) Mangekyou Sharingan The final level of the Sharingan it begins to show its roots from the Byakugan Eyes of the Hyuuga Clan. In order to obtain the ultimate doujutsu, the owner of the Toripuruha must kill their best friend, no small feat indeed since it can easily lead to the shinobi immediately becoming a missing-nin and become hunted by ANBU. While it grants nearly God-like powers, it can only be received by jounins alone, as no other shinobi rank can handle such power. Costs 10% chakra per turn.(-2) Requirements: -Must have mastered all Toripuruha Sharingan skills. -Must have used all Toripuruha Sharingan abilities successfully at least four times. -Must kill an extremely close team member or teacher. -Must be a jounin or Kage. Once a clone is hit it is destroyed, and the bonuses with it. Name: Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) Type: Genjutsu Rank: Academy Student Cost: 5 Genjutsu Description: Wrap chakra around your body to change your appearance. You can still use the features of the thing you can become, e.g use the claws of a clawed animal, but not to the extent of if you actually were that thing. Damage: None Effects: Change your appearance. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Academy Student Cost: 10 Ninjutsu Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. You can only use this 3 times per battle. Damage: None Effects:Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques. Other Jutsus: 7 SLOTS LEFT Name: Suiton: Awadateru (Water Type: Whiplash) lvl 2 Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 100 Damage: 100 Effect: If user misses the attack, skip their next response phase. If user hits, opponent may not use a Jutsu or a skill in their Response Phase. +10% to-hit when using this Jutsu. Description: The user creates a whip out of water and then lashes out against the opponent. A miss, however, spells doom against the user, who is left completely vulnerable to enemy attack. Name: Suiton: Supittobooru (Water Type: Spitball) lvl 2 Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 80 Damage: 30 Effect: Deactivates opponent's Doujutsu (eye-based bloodline) for 3 turns. Description: The user spits into their palm and then uses the chakra to manipulate it into a high velocity projectile, which is thrown into the opponent's eyes. Does not require hand seals to perform. Name: Rasengan Level 2 Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin, Level 10 Cost: 70 Chakra Damage: 70 Damage Effects: If dealing damage to anything aside from a person(i.e. a jutsu, puppet, etc.) does +20 damage. Description: The second level of the Rasengan is power. This level of the technique forces the ninja to apply order to chaos to harness the power of this jutsu. By focusing their chakra into a single point on their palm, instead of their entire palm, they produce a stronger concentration of chakra to add to the maelstrom of their chakra flow. This creates the powerful outward force of the Rasengan, like a hurricane. Powerful, but uncontrollable, this is the second level of this technique. Name: Rasengan Level 3 Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Level 20 Cost: 70 Chakra Damage: 90 Damage Effects: If dealing damage to anything aside from a person(i.e. a jutsu, puppet, etc.) does +20 damage, throws hit target into ranged distance.. Description: The third level of the Rasengan is control. The ninja has to be able to use one hundred percent of their spinning chakra and one hundred percent of their powering chakra and keep them firmly within the palm of their hand, creating the small and controlled ball the Rasengan is typically seen as. In this state, the Rasengan becomes more focused and powerful, and as it meets friction, it becomes faster, creating even more power as the attack is in motion. Controlling the maelstrom of spinning and flowing chakra is the third step of this technique. Name: Fire Type-Talon of the Phoenix(Katon-Tsume no Fenikkusu) Level 2 Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 50 chakra/86 Stamina Damage: 120 Effects: Add 50% of the ninjutsu modifier, 50% of the taijutsu modifier, and the accuracy modifier to this attacks damage. If used without the Sharingan or Byakugan activated, you lose your response phase if this attack misses. Description: A very powerful technique developed by Uchiha Mizujin, it is based partially off of the Chidori. The user grabs onto their dominant hand with their non dominant one, and focuses chakra into it. The chakra can be seen as a flaming red aura. This chakra is all quickly focused in the users hand as he vanishes in a blur of speed, then proceeds to attack the opponent at their vital points. Name: Fire Type- Binding Chains(Katon- Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 60 chakra on the first turn, 20 every turn after that(maximum of 5 turns) Damage: 20 burning damage each turn. Effects: Target loses his/her response phase while trapped by this jutsu. They cannot move from their position to attack with taijutsu or ranged weapons. They may perform ninjutsu or genjutsu if they have one handed seals. The chains will break once the target is attacked. Every turn the target will attempt to break free by attempting to dodge like normal, only using their taijutsu stat against the user's ninjutsu stat. Description: Another powerful technique developed by Uchiha Mizujin, this one is used to bind the opponent. The user summons flaming chain from the ground underneath the opponent's feet and surrounds him with them. The chains will then bind the opponent, burning him while forcing him to stay still and be attacked by another jutsu. Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu (Sly Mind Affect Technique) Element N/A Type: Genjutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 200 Chakra Damage: N/A Effects: Enemy must roll a d100 for three posts; 1-50 means they can do as they please normally, while 51-100 means they spend 10% Stamina (may not reach 0) wandering around ceaselessly; once per battle Description: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over Kokohi no Jutsu (False Place Technique) Element: N/A Type: Genjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 100 Chakra Damage: N/A Effects: -150 to chosen non-tank stat Description: Simple technique used to change the appearance of something. However, this technique has been modified to have a large-scale effect, capable of causing an enemy to hallucinate a certain area, such as new terrain or the like, hindering one of their strong points significantly Shadow Clone Skill (Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 40 Per Clone Damage: N/A Effect: Creates multiple clones. All clones and the original have stats equal to the original's stats divided by the number of clones+original created. The original retains full HP, but all clones are destroyed in one hit. Clones attack on the same round as the original. Description: The trademark Uzumaki Naruto move, this is much like the Bunshin no Jutsu only the clones do real damage. Fear an expert of this technique! Water Type; Water Barrier Wall (Suiton Suijinheki) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 50 Effect: Used as an "in response" technique. Stops any one ninjutsu attack. Doesn't stop the damage taken from Taijutsu techniques, but deals 20 damage to the opponent who is attacking with the Taijutsu attack. Description: A barrier made out of water from the surrounding area. This barrier is effective with blocking incoming Ninjutsu techniques and stops them from reaching the user. Unfortunately, it cannot fully stop Taijutsu techniques...but makes it harder on the opponent using the Taijutsu by damaging them a little. Name: Blossoming Lotus Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 60 Stamina Damage: 35 Effects: Enemy is launched into the air; they may only attack on their next turn with ranged weaponry Description: User will seemingly disappear, only to re-appear in front of the enemy. Whether by means of a heavy kick, elbow, or punch to the jaw, the enemy is launched straight up in the air. This is usually used before the Shadow Leaf Dance, as it is just one step of many in a series of attacks Name: Rising Lotus Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 60/100/180/400 Stamina (Gennin/Chuunin/Jounin/Kage) Damage: 30/70/130/500(Gennin/Chuunin/Jounin/Kage) Effects: Enemy is attacked in such a manner that their defense is cut with each ninja rank Gennin-Enemy takes damage as if their defense was at 90% Chuunin-Enemy takes damage as if their defense was at 75% Jounin-Enemy takes damage as if their defense was at 50% Kage-Enemy takes damage as if their defense was negated Description: The user will suddenly bring his/her leg into a 90degree angle kick to the chin/general head of the enemy, whilst pure raw energy is exerted with it; the action is performed unexpectedly fast and powerfully, making it very difficult to defend against [Must-be very close] Name: Sea of Fire Type: Genjutsu Cost: 30, 8 chakra upkeep per turn after activation to keep in effect. Effects: Opponent has -20 evasion as long as the genjutsu is active. Target must roll 10 d, if result is above five the target is stunned. Description: Opponent imagines they are engulfed in a sea of fire. Name: Katon; Konoha Shunshin {Flame Release; Leaf Body Flicker} Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Hybrid Rank: Genin Requirements: 40 Ninjutsu, 40 Taijutsu Cost: 50 Chakra + X Stamina; whereas X = User's level Damage: N/A Restrictions: Does not work if the attacker's Speed is higher than the user's; May ONLY be used in Setup and/or Response phases Effects: Change from long range to close range or vice-versa; Dodge one Taijutsu/Ninjutsu technique that is equal or lower to that of the user's rank; next turn, if hit, user takes 1.5x damage from first attack user is hit by Description: The basic dodging-skill of the ninja from Konohagakure, the Hidden Village of Leaves. The user forms a basic hand seal, the O-hitsuji, and focuses Chakra around him/her/it. The Chakra creates a large blur where the user is. While the blur distracts spectators, the user quickly moves away. Name: Katon: Shounetsujigoku (Fire Type: Burning Hell) lvl 2 Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 200 Damage: 100 Effect: Area Effect Jutsu. Damage is dealt on the following turn. Apply 80% Resistance to calculate damage. Description: By drawing in a deep breath, the Ninja shoots fireballs high into the sky, which will pick up velocity and then rain down on everyone on the battlefield. This is a truly deadly attack. Four Man Purple Flame Array (Shishienjin) Type: Ninjustu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 40 Ninjutsu too activate, 5 per turn afterwards. Effects: Requires 4 people who know this technique to perform. This creates a large box where no one can exit or enter. The box stays until one of the users stops, either from an attack or from lack of chakra. Description: This Jutsu, which is done in co-operation with four people, creates a large cube shaped shield; a barrier which can surrond a person or battle. Any person who touches this barrier will burst into a purple flame. Body Freeze Skill (Kanashibari no Jutsu) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 50 Ninjutsu Effects: Cannot be dodged. Opponent rolls 1d100. If they roll higher than 25, then they skip their next response and main phase. Description: Used to cause ones opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this Jutsu creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. Most Anbu Ninjas seem to know this technique. Name: Full-Body Disguise Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Lvl 20 Cost: 50 Chakra, 10 per turn afterwards. This cost doubles when facing a ninja of a higher rank. Damage: N/A Effects: Jutsu breaks if user is hit. User cannot be identified by friend nor foe unless they get told otherwise. Jutsu can be maintained after a hit if he/she pays an additional 20 chakra. When transforming into a ninja on the battlefield, whether friend or foe, anyone besides the person you change into must roll a D100 when attempting to hit you or that person. If a 1-50 is rolled, then they attack the person as normal. If a 51-100 is rolled, then they attack the other duplicate that was not targeted. Description: The user, having studied the arts of Henge no Jutsu, has developed a more useful form. Using memory to create a false image, the user casts a chakra form around them, which, to others, looks like the person they have mimiced by reflecting the user's own memory onto the mirrior-like surface of the chakra form. This form can waver and break upon a hit, being fragile, but with extra chakra the jutsu can be maintained and therefore continue to hide the user's identity. However, since more epxerienced ninja can see through the jutsu, more chakra is needed to make the chakra mold firm so that, although the user may openly be known as a fraud under the disguise, the form will not reveal him, keeping identity a secret. If forced to confront the object of fear, the ninja has a -5% to damage and -5% to accuracy to hit chance against target (ie. not the stat itself). [if the enemy dodges] (Lasts for two posts) Description: User will rush towards the enemy, before launching off his/her dominant leg. While in the air, a horizontal spin will be undergone, and a heavy kick towards the neck will be thrown. Other: Valermos, a blade forged in the Uchiha clan, holds a special property that makes use of the Uchiha clan's special interest: Fire. During combat, the wielder may use x1.5 extra of his/her Chakra when using a fire jutsu. When this happens the weapon is Surrounded with flames, allowing for greater manipulation of fire. Doing so will enhance the Fires-based Ninjutsus in which the user uses by 1.5x extra power.
