Tendril Technique: Spine Snapper

Type: Taijutsu [clan: Karitegaki]

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 75 chakra and 75 stamina

Description: The user quickly wraps tendrils around the opponent's midsection, rapidly pulling them towards the user. The user then sends forth two more sets of tendrils, one to push the opponent's head and neck backwards and another to push their feet. The end result is a painful and dehabilitating blow that leaves the opponent unable to fight with taijutsu for a short while, and leaves them bloodied for an even shorter time. Can only be used once per battle if the attack hits, and can't be used in the same battle with techniques that cause any other Quarantine effects if the attack hits.

Effect: Opponent is affected by 'Quarantine; Taijutsu' for three turns, and is bleeding for 2 turns for 28 damage.

Cost: -5

Quarantine; Taijutsu: The target cannot use Taijutsu. A character may only be affected by any 'Quarantine' effects for a maximum of three turns throughout the entire battle. Using multiple 'Quarantine' effects at a time takes up multiple turn uses.

Tendril Technique: Chakra Halt

Type: Taijutsu [clan: Karitegaki]

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 75 chakra and 75 stamina

Description: The user quickly wraps tendrils around the opponent's neck and feet, rapidly pulling them towards the user. The user then sends forth two more sets of tendrils, both to hit the opponent in multiple places in their chest and stomach. The end result is a painful and dehabilitating blow that leaves the opponent unable to fight with ninjutsu for a short while as the blows target their core chakra system, and leaves them bloodied for an even shorter time.

Effect: Opponent is affected by 'Quarantine; Ninjutsu' for three turns, and is bleeding for 2 turns for 28 damage.

Tendril Technique: Leg Bind

Type: Taijutsu [clan: Karitegaki]

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 75 chakra and 75 stamina

Description: The user pierces the ground around the opponent with their tendrils, usually attacking from above. While the opponent is looking up, the harvester uses a few of the tendrils they originally attacked with to curve back up towards the opponent, wrapping tightly around their legs and locking in place by piercing the skin. This leaves the opponent caught in the user's tendrils, as well as bloodied from the attack.

Effect: Opponent is affected by 'Ensnared' and 'Distracted' for two turns each, and is bleeding for 2 turns for 56 damage.

Cost: -5

Ensnared: Uses Taijutsu with a 50% failure chance. Speed is set at 75%, target cannot move around. May only be used once a battle per enemy by Gennin, three times by Chuunin and six times by Jounin.

Max Duration: 3 turns

DP: 25/turn

Distracted: -25% penalty to evasion.

Max Duration: 2 turns

DP: 20/turn
