Description: Through intense focus the user of this involkes the target's own chakra system to recycle the waste that it would normally allow to escape the body. In this process the chakra points around the body get a surge of chakra at their tips. This surge stimulates the cells around the points and greatly increases cell reproduction, thus healing the target.

So then this cant be used on yourself? Otherwise I think its still kind of cheap I mean then you would gain 300 health for 200 chakra on yourself . . . If its not for yourself then might want to add that in the restirctions or effects area.

it can be used on yourself. It is priced first off with 180 chakra for the 180 chakra, and then you +200 chakra for the 300 healing at jounin rank.
