Mantra Engravements?

Bloodline Sheet

Bloodlines that give a certain ability or supernatural power (like Hyuuga chakra-sight or Haku's change water to ice) will follow this format.

The user of this bloodline can only pick 1 style which is either from Defensive or Offensive.

DEFENSIVE STYLE

Name: Hibun: Defensive Style

Description: The inscription that is gained by every member through birth rites. When activated, it gives a unique chakra flow to the user . The user must state where the emblem is inscribed(which body part) and what is the link( can either be right or left hand). Upon activation, mantra engravings will slowly appear on the link which is stated. Initially glowing orange when activated, the mantra engraving will turn black after it has cover up the whole link.

Requirements: Clan Membership (and sometimes a special skill, your choice)

Rank Requirements: 1 - Membership, 2 - Rank 1, 3 - Rank 2 and Chunnin, 4 - Jounin Rank and Rank 3

Restrictions: Members of the clan cannot have other skills that regenerates the chakra. After taking a rank, the user can only take the next rank after 7 levels instead of 5. The cost do not stack( must pay the new Skill points everytime taken.)

Rank 1: Chakra will regenerate 13% every other turn. Can only be activated during the Main phase.-3

Rank 2: Chakra will regenerate 15% every other turn. Can be activated during the Main phase or the Setup phase.-4

Rank 3: Chakra will regenerate 15% every turn. Can be activated during the Main phase and Setup phase.-5

Rank 4: Chakra will regenerate 18% every turn. Can be activated during the Main Phase and Setup phase.-6

OFFENSIVE

Name: Hibun: Offensive Style

Description: The inscription that is gained by every member through birth rites. When activated, it gives a unique increase in taijutsu and ninjutsu to the user . The user must state where the emblem is inscribed(which body part) and what is the link( can either be right or left hand). Upon activation, mantra engravings will slowly appear on the link which is stated. Initially glowing orange when activated, the mantra engraving will turn black after it has cover up the whole link.

Rank Requirements: 1- membership, 2- Rank 1, 3- Rank 2 and Chunnin, 4- Rank 3 and Jounin

Restrictions: The cost do not stack( must pay the new Skill points everytime taken.). And the skill Martial artist cannot be taken.

Rank 1: The user will gains 1/6 of his taijutsu as stat bonuses for his taijutsu and 1/6 of his ninjutsu as stat bonuses for his ninjutsu . This is all at the cost of 20 chakra and stamina to activate and an upkeep of 5 of both per turn.

Rank 2: The user will gains 1/5 of his taijutsu as stats bonuses for his taijutsu and 1/5 of his ninjutsu as stat bonuses for his ninjutsu. This is all at the cost of

60 chakra and stamina to activate and an upkeep of 25 of both per turn.

Rank 3: The user will gains 1/4 of his taijutsu as stat for his taijutsu and 1/4 of his ninjutsu as stat bonuses for his ninjutsu. This is all at the cost of 140 chakra and stamina to activate and an upkeep of 80 of both per turn.

Rank 4: The user will gains 1/3 of his taijutsu as stat bonuses for his taijutsu and 1/3 of his ninjutsu as stat bonuses for his ninjutsu. This is all at the cost of 300 chakra and stamina to activate and an upkeep of 200 of both per turn.

I think -2 for Rank 3 and 4 is to low for 15% regen everyturn, Sako's 10% skill is -5.

Edited it and please note that the character that chooses the defensive style is at a disadvantage and the cost for the Hibun: Defensive Style do not stack:

Rank 1: -3

Rank 2: -4

Rank 3: -5

Rank 4: -6

Total cost to go to rank 4: -18

Ahh, I see your point, the -points stack, I missed that. I was like umm -6 for like almost 20% regen, geez, but they make sense now lol.

I kind of like don't understand your question but i'll try to explain.
