Ravage Nocturne Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Updated from This (After revamping the Clan, I decided to start re-organizing skills and jutsu. Although these were lingering on approval, I wanted to make them more concise, simple, and alter them slightly for 7.0) Integument Mastery- Reduces the cost of Nankan Clan "Skin" jutsu by 5% and increases the effect by 10%, exclusive of values pending the cost of another technique, such as a response jutsu (-2) Description: As the Nankan continue to unlock each sealed valve of their tenketsu, it becomes more natural to produce their unique 'skin' jutsu, allowing them to more efficiently craft and alter their existing jutsu -adapting to their heightening control and mastery- Multiple Layer Formation- Allows for the activation of multiple skins, increasing by rank. Each skin must be activated during a separate Set-Up Phase or turn Rank One: Two skins may be active at one time (-2) Rank Two: (Chuunin+) Up to three skins may be active at one time (-2) Description: A Nankan is limited by their malformed tenketsu and creativity alone, and as they begin to bypass these barriers they are able to apply multiple layers of their unique 'skin' jutsu at a time, benefiting from the various tactical advantages for doing so Multiple Layer Maintenance- Reduces the cost of activating multiple skins more efficiently per rank. Stacks with Integument Mastery Rank One: (Chuunin) First skin's cost is reduced by 15% (-2) Rank Two: (Jounin+) First skin's cost is reduced by 25%, and the second skin by 15% (-2) Description: The more practice a Nankan takes with applying and maintaining multiple layers of their unique jutsu, the more efficiently they handle doing so. Eventually, they are able to not only overcome the natural exhausting consequence of doing so, but actually lower the Chakra expenditure for doing so, making the process more fluid and effortless than it once was
Nappers Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 I find these Acceptable. [That's just me though.]
Nappers Posted August 22, 2009 Posted August 22, 2009 Mastery - does this stack with other cost reduction skills and the new effects to Concentration stat? Formation - Acceptable. Maintenance - Acceptable.
Ravage Nocturne Posted August 22, 2009 Author Posted August 22, 2009 Mastery - does this stack with other cost reduction skills and the new effects to Concentration stat?Formation - Acceptable. Maintenance - Acceptable. Will only stack with bloodline abilities that reduce skin costs; nothing else (Ignores Concentration bonus entirely)
