Effect: Allows user to see further into the enemy. Each rank lets the user see a little bit more of the enemy. Each time this is taken though it halves your health. Cost: -2, [5 post] Requires: Shinizokonai Rank [One]: Health Rank [Two]: Stamina Rank [Three]: Chakra Skill Name: Shikei Bloodline: No Description: A blessing from the god of death. Effect: Enemy's soul and body can never be brought back if they are killed by you, allows user to learn certain jutsus. Cost: -1, [5 post] Requires: Shinizokonai Skill Name: Shiniisogu Bloodline: No Description: User instills fear into the opponet, causing them to be more reckless thus making them expend more energy. Mugendai: Certain skills from the person, or unlocks other skills you plan to make? Koumatjutsu: This, like the name says, is a jutsu, a tech, not a skill
Rei Posted May 14, 2005 Posted May 14, 2005 Shinigami Eyes- It would have to be explained how the user gain a demon's eye. Koumajutsu: Is infact a justu or it would follow the justu format.
Guest Laguna Posted May 14, 2005 Posted May 14, 2005 Ok the last one I deleted, so yeah I changed the negative effect on the first one so that it cuts your health in half at the time. So 100 Health at the time then it goes down to 50. Also yeah the second one I meant techs. not skills. Also for the first one yeah the 5 post is how you get the eyes.
