Looking over the jutsu this is OBVIOUSLY ripping off of:

Revolution (Kakumei)

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 30

Damage: 15

Effect: Leaves opponent vulnerable to Houfuku.

Description: An eddy of water moves up behind the opponent and slams into them, forcing them forward.

Retribution (Houfuku)

Type: Taijutsu

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 30

Damage: 60

Effect: Only usable after opponent is struck with Kakumei. Can not be dodged by evasion.

Description: The user thrusts forward, miniscule traces of water forming around their hand into razor blades of force that slice the opponent's body for far more damage than a standard punch would.

Not only that you are making it much more powerful by adding the Tired effect.

So..... Vetoed

Revamp this please.

And Altas, and Dope..... dont go Approving random things. Thank you.

Wait, these techniques have been used against me in the practice arena like, a month ago. Thats foul man, real foul....i thought it was odd how they were so powerful (bloodline or no bloodline)

Name: Chill of Winter (Okanfuyu)

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 40

Damage: 60

Effects: Cannot miss. Requires Sub-freeze to be used before. Opponent is Tired for 2 turns.

Description: By controlling the shards of ice left behind from Sub-freeze, the user is able to raise them and mercilessly cut the opponent up from behind.

This is taken from post 18 of this battle. (sigh) when they were used i thought they were the ones Fu Xi just showed.

EDIT: Also shouldn't that ice needle move's cost be 75, as it grants 75 DoT.

I should get compensation (( )) for that incident :(

They allready resolved this through a huge conversation somewhere...

Nope it was never resolved, its a rip off of the mist ones and even more powerful.

With the Hisame ones the first jutsu doesn't even need to hit for the second to be used, whereas the mists ones the first must hit.

I don't like the Mist ones either, these jutsu are just for spammers and someone who lacks any strategy in battle.

Well I can tell you one thing we deffinently need to raise the cost of the second tech.

Agreed. Come up with a suitable damage ratio that will still permit the after effect, OR raise the cost substantially so that people wont think your BSing them.

Further more. Dont be using these justus untill they are reapproved. Thank you.

Idea

This is my idea for jutsus like this, first jutsu should be a 2:1 like it is (for all ranks), and HAS to hit for the second to be used.

The second jutsu I think should be like at least 2:1 ratio and not be allowed to infict status effects.
