-Hair: Ankoku's hair is black and cut short for a girl, cropped right at the middle of her neck. She's had it styled in a way that it naturally spikes up in the back, but, towards the front, stays relatively straight. Her bangs are cut to where they flow in thick spikes at the curves of her face.

-Eyes: Dark grey and shaped as typical for Uchiha decedents.

Typically, Ankoku will wear clothing of that style. Naturally, the Uchiha symbol has been sewn onto the back of her jacket to display of whom she hails from. If Ankoku is not wearing her typical mission wear (as shown above), other Konohagakure citizens see here wearing Bermuda style black shorts and a purple hoodie sweatshirt around town. As for her head protector, she typically wears it on her head or around her left thigh.

-Physical Description: Although still growing, Ankoku is about the average height for a female child of the Uchiha clan. She is one of the few that can say, however, that she's taller than her father, as the man was naturally quite short. Aside from her height, Ankoku is quite happy with her looks. She got her mother' high cheek bones, firm nose, and petite lips and her father's muscle mass and attractively pale skin tone. Disregarding promptings from her mother, Ankoku cut her hair short the day she graduated from the Academy for both practical and personal reasons. Long hair, she decided, would get in the way of her training, fighting, and missions and, because her face was slightly rounder than her mothers, short hair would look much nicer on her. Before the cut, one could barely glimpse her dark grey, almost black, eyes. Now, her grey eyes, occasionally red from her Sharingan, are visible to all.

~History~

Background: Uchiha Ankoku was the first child and only daughter to Uchiha Kurosai and Uchiha Nemari. For the most part, the girl was an ‘accident', as both parties were at the height of their own shinobi careers. However, this is not to say that the child was unloved, as her father proved to be a natural parent and soon spoiled the child. Nemari, on the other hand, was not the maternal figure anyone would have wanted. She was often cold and standoff-ish towards her daughter and, after careful consideration, it was decided that Nemari would farther her career while Kurosai took charge of the child.

While Nemari was away on missions, Kurosai raised his daughter the best he could, providing her with everything she could ever want and need. Although spoiled, Ankoku never tested the limits of her parents, as Nemari was swift with punishment. By the time she was six, her Kurosai had taught his daughter discipline, self respect, and, most importantly, the importance of hard work and concentration. Even Nemari saw that her daughter was on her way to the path of the shinobi. The year leading up to Ankoku's joining of the Ninja Academy was filled with training. Her father decided to take it into his own hands to teach his daughter the basis of ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. As typical for all members of the Uchiha clan, Kurosai began teaching his daughter how to perform the Grand Fireball skill and earn the right to have the Uchiha's symbol imprinted on the back of all her upper body clothing.

At first, lessons did not go well. It didn't seem that Ankoku had any disposition to control or mold her chakra. The child was not discouraged, however and pushed herself to learn the skill. After weeks of training with her father, Ankoku was finally able to produce a small ball of fire from her mouth, about six inches in diameter-a feat for the young child. Ecstatic with her success, Ankoku's training progressed and she was eventually able to master the ninjutsu and was looked upon as an adult in the clan. Taijutsu training came next and Ankoku seemed to take to hand-to-hand combat much more easily than she had with ninjutsu. However, her father refused to let her slack off with her chakra control and had the girl train both areas of combat with equal diligence. Because she had not the chakra control to produce genjutsu at all yet, Kurosai choose to merely expose the child to the art of illusions. She was taught how to possibly recognize genjutsu ‘attacks' and what she could do to get her out of such situations.

It was also around this time that her brothers were born. The two twins were also left in Kurosai's almost sole care, but the Hokage did cut Nemari's mission time so she could take a larger role in her childrens' upbringing. Despite the ‘competition' for care Ankoku now found herself dealing with, she was rarely downcast, as she had the Ninja Academy to look forward to. Although not number one of her class, Ankoku managed to remain in the top percentage of her group, commended for her in-battle strategics and use of Academy level ninjutsu combined with taijutsu to complete ‘missions'. In the Academy, she made friends left and right, having such a cheerful outlook on everything she did that people were attracted to her.

She graduated and was sorted into a typical three-manned genin team. She was usually the one with the plan, rather than the muscle behind any operation. Her jounin instructor believed her to be a genjutsu user, but she often proved him wrong with surprising demonstrations of her ninjutsu arsenal. Already, she was skilled at using Uchiha clan associated ninjutsu and taijutsu. A year of training passed with Ankoku's team and she still showed no signs of being able to awaken her Sharingan. For the most part, her jounin instructor believed she hadn't been gifted by the doujutsu, despite the fact that both of her parents could. Unbeknownst to her instructor, and anyone else for that matter, Ankoku had discovered how to awaken the legendary whirling eyes six months into her genin training.

Ankoku had been alone training in the woods when she first prompted her dormant eyes into the surface. Earlier that day, Ankoku's genin team had been training to climb walls and trees with their feet and chakra alone. Ankoku was had been fairing the worst that day and had made the least progress of any of her other teammates. After she was dismissed, Ankoku had been determined to get better on her own. She'd been training for about an hour when she finally was able to scale the tree she'd been training with half way. However, she felt that her progress was moving too slowly and decided to try something to push her along. Unlike the previous attempts, Ankoku focused chakra not only to her feet, but also to her hands. Her hands would allow her to cling more easily to the tree when she started falling to give her more time to build up more chakra into her feet. It seemed as though she had gotten careless to where she was focusing her chakra, as Ankoku had inadvertently focused chakra into her eyes. She had been concentrating so hard onto seeing where she was actually starting to fall that she actually manipulated chakra into her eyes.

Ankoku put forth so much chakra into her eyes that it forced her Sharingan to awaken without herself actually knowing. Each time she now ran up her tree, she was steadily getting better as her Sharingan was actually copying how her teammates had scaled the tree during their training. The expense of her chakra was great and she'd been forced to stop her training much earlier than she had intended. When she went for her break, she flipped open a mirror she carried for random touch-ups during the day and shrieked in surprise: Her Sharingan eyes were still activated. At first, she thought she had contracted a horrible case of pink eye. Upon farther inspection of herself, she realized what had happened to her eyes and, instead of rushing home to tell her father, kept the secret to herself.

Not a soul found out until a practice spar with her team about eight months after her eye's awakening. In a tight spot, Ankoku had pushed her Sharingan to the surface to gain some sort of insight on how to avoid her opponent's strategy. Naturally, her teammate was stupefied and lost the bout. Her jounin couldn't decide whether to be angry or amused by Ankoku's decision not to inform him, or her parents for that matter, of the Sharingan. In the end, the fact that Ankoku could use the Sharingan became a light annoyance to everyone, save those of the Uchiha clan of course. Most people, including her teammates, didn't like the advantage that Ankoku now had with her Sharingan and was treated with cold indifference from then forward. In an ironic twist, Ankoku discovered, with training, that she was not able to activate her Sharingan at will, like her mother and father could. After a chat with her parents, Ankoku was surprised to see that neither of her parents were at all distraught by the news. Her mother admitted that the same thing had happened to her, but that with time and training, she'd master her Sharingan.

It seemed that occassionally in battle with her teammates, her Sharingan would activate, as it seemed to sense that Ankoku was in trouble, chakra- and health-wise. She was able to, during spars with her teammates, master genin level control over her doujutsu. Ankoku could see through oncomming genjutsu attacks and spot upcomming ninjutsu and taijutsu attacks; and had been able to copy another of teammate's fire jutsu.

Despite Ankoku's limited ability to use her Sharingan, her teammates were still on edge with her and things became increasingly strained. It was finally decided that Ankoku would be placed in a different genin team altogether.

It wasn't but a day after Ankoku got sorted onto a new three-manned genin team, her leader turning out to be her very own cousin, Uchiha Ichimaru, that she seemed to become stronger. She was able to prove to her father that even a genjutsu gimp like herself could use a genjutsu. She was able to copy one from her teammate Kiichigo and impressed her father so much that he decieded to get her a present. The girl had always been a cat lover and, since she'd never had a pet before, decided that a kitten would be the perfect gift for her. Of course, Ankoku's practical mother decided what kind of cat.

There were normal breeds, for those who wanted an everyday house cat, and then there were the ninjutsu modified specialized pets bred specifically for shinobi. Ankoku would get a specialized one. Ankoku's mother found a breeder and purchased the only, extremely rare, male calico cat the pet shop had. With an interesting bit of ninjutsu, the breeder created a seal on the kitten that would allow it to bond to the chakra and skills that Ankoku had. For the price Ankoku's mother was willing to pay, the breeder was able to allow the kitten to share almost fifty percent of Ankoku's attributes.

The pet was a surprise for Ankoku and the genin was given the kitten at a dinner. Ankoku was, to say the least, over joyed. The ninjutsu the breeder put on the fitten was activated as soon as Ankoku touched the pet. Instantly, a chakra bond was forged between them and made the kitten permanently Ankoku's, or at least until either of them died. Overjoyed, she named the cat Bashi, after her favorite cousin.

~Persona~

Personality: Ankoku is hard working, determined, and absolutely HATES to lose. It is part of the reason why she pushed herself so hard to master the ‘wall climbing' skills her former jounin commander taught her and her old team. She hated the fact that she wasn't able to keep up with two people she'd gone to school with and had already known for several years. Being looked down upon and disregarded incites her and the harsh indifferent attitude displayed by most members of Konohagakure are what drives her to become better than what she is. Now, this isn't to say that she's cold an embittered, just driven. In fact, she's got a rather optimistic outlook on life, as her determined spirit allows her to believe that the glass is always half full. She's also extremely cheerful for an Uchiha and has a rather sarcastic sense of humor. Easy going to a point, Ankoku finds that she can't stand people who are lazy and won't live up to their potential.

In battle, her determination shines, as it is mostly her through her will power that she finds that she can come up with strategies and think quick in a fix to win. All and all, she's a bad sportsman, as, when she loses, she sometimes refuses to acknowledge the winner (thus earning her an air of hypocrisy). As a victor, she finds that boasting doesn't quite work with her and is generally more inclined to wait for someone to congratulate her rather than screaming her victory to the world. Because of her father's teaching in battle customs, Ankoku would be the type to render fallen opponents a mercy kill, rather than leaving them to die slowly. She's also the type to help a fallen opponent if they promise an alliance. Really, Ankoku can be naively trustworthy for a ninja.

Name: Sharingan Eyes

Description: The Sharingan is the exclusive trademark of the Uchiha Clan and one of the more notorious doujutsus. Is able to both copy techniques and hypnotize unlucky opponents, it runs a close race to being as powerful if not more than the Byakugan of the Hyuuga Clan. Is signified by red eyes with a varying number of swirls depending on the user's current rank of Sharingan.

Requirements: Must be activated and costs 10% of your total chakra every turn it is open.

Dokushinha Sharingan

First level of Sharingan that can be obtained by an especially gifted Uchiha, it is astoundingly weak compared to the higher forms of the Sharingan, but is quite potent when used by someone who can think on their feet. Not capable of extraordinary things at this level, can still instill fear in those who have heard of it. Has one swirl in both eyes. May be opened in the Main Phase. (-1)

Requirements:

-Approval from at least 2 admins

-Must be a member of Uchiha

-Cannot have sealed Ninjutsu or Genjutsu

Sharingan Copy – Rank 1

If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 10% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to copy the technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 3, you learn the technique; any other number is failure. Cannot copy clan techniques. May not be used to learn techniques from Ninja Ranks that are higher than your own. May be used twice a battle. (-1)

Sharingan Sight - Rank 1

If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique's effects are cut drastically. When repeated Taijutsu techniques are used the user's defense is raised by 15%, when repeated ninjutsu techniques are used the user's resistence is raised by 20%, when repeated genjutsu techniques are used the user's concentration is raised by 30%. Skill Name: Fast Trainer

Bloodline: Uchiha

Description: The posessor is able to use the natural enhanced memory facilities which the Sharingan grants to its user to absorb and process information faster (as the Sharingan is able to apply the visual cortex's function of "completion" - filling in the blanks - to any information).

Effect: Reduces amount of training needed by 2 standard posts (a standard post is 10 lines, which is 200 words). Minimum required posts is 4.

Skill Name: Dormant Sharingan

Description: The user was not born with the power of the sharingan, thought it is still locked away inside him/her. It will be activated only in a time of peril, or when the user is of sufficent level.

Effect: The user can only open the sharingan when they are below 10% health, or are level 20 or above. They may spend skill points on it, but will not be able to use it right away. Cannot be romved by the effect of any skill; all normal Uchiha must have this.

Skill Name: Mesmerize

Bloodline: Uchiha

Description: When the skill Sharingan Copy is activated and the user's opponent attacks with a custom technique, the user is mesmerized by the display and finds themself stunned and unable to attack, as the Copy skill is so enthralled in doing its job that the user becomes immobile. Occassionally, the uniqueness of the technique used against the user is so great that the user will never be able to learn the said attack with the 'Copy' method.

Effect: When a custom attack is used against the user for the first time, the user rolls a 1d12. 1-5: the user is not only stunned, but they will also not be able to learn the jutsu/attack used against himself (this does not apply to bloodline techniques). 6: the user is not stunned and can learn the jutsu/attack later on. 7-12: the user is stunned, but will be able to learn the jutsu/attack later on.

If the opponent's level is ten greater than the user's, the user is automatically stunned and must roll a 1d4. 1-2: The user will not be able to learn the jutsu. 2-4: The user will be able to learn the jutsu.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Description: Wrap chakra around your body to change your appearance. You can still use the features of the thing you can become, e.g use the claws of a clawed animal, but not to the extent of if you actually were that thing.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique)

Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. You can only use this 3 times per battle.

Damage: None

Effects:Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques.

Powerful Fireball Skill (Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu)

Type: Ninjutsu (Fire)

Damage: 30

Effect: If performed by a member of the Uchiha clan this technique causes serious burning which will cause five additonal damage for the next five posts unless tended to. Non-Uchiha only burn for two posts. If this technique misses the user is left vulnerable for one post due to the awkward position they need to take to use the jutsu.

Description: The trademark fireball jutsu, this technique creates fire from the lungs and generates it through the mouth, funneling through a hand put in front of the mouth. Due to needing to stand still and putting the hands away from the defense this can be a risky move.

Mythical Fire Flower (Katon Housenka)

Type: Ninjutsu (Fire)

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 20 per fireball

Damage: 20 per fireball

Effect: This skill may be used to launch multiple fireballs in one action. Each fireball beyond the first becomes progressivly easier to dodge; add 20 to the relevant stat when attempting to dodge any fireball beyond the first. This skill may also be used to target multiple people. One fireball per target suffers no negative penalties, but if ever multi-targetting and striking any target with more than one fireball, that target receivs a bonus of 30 to the relevant stat to dodge each fireball.

Description: The ninja draws in a large breath of fire and shoots it out in many quite fast, small fireballs. Due to the nature the fireballs deal less damage than a single attack but may be used to hammer a target or strike multiple foes.

Description: Character will manipulate Chakra into a mental-bombardment, rendering the foe in the belief that he or she is ensnared within a thick, inescapable web. This web is non-existant, in all reality, but using psychosomatic visions, the enemy will imagine that it contains an acidic coating that penetrates their skin. Thusly, they actually feel weakened as it occurs, losing energy as it lasts. This costs 10 Chakra per turn after the initial two it lasts, and it may only be extended to a maximum of 4 turns, total.

My bad about Lemon's permission, but the whole Locked stuff really didn't say that Uchiha was locked. The last Uchiha lock was in July and in October Atlas said everything was open and Uchiha hadn't been locked again, so I wasn't sure...

REi: Oh...yeah that skill. I wasn't going to make her take it because this really is a superb character sheet but if you think she should, I'll tell her to add it.

Kura: You start with 2 skillpoints. You spent 1 on gifted and the other on quick learner(which you shouldn't take, Uchiha have a better skill). That lowers your skills to 0. Then you spent 2 more skillpoints on the sharingan, and you didn't have enough points to pay for them. instant message me if you want some help...

Lemon you cannot play favorites! For one that would give a good reason to take the clan head title away from you, which many would agree with. That's mandatory skill, not some bull shit you can hand out when you wish.

^^; It really is no problem adding/subtracting skills. If anything, I could change out the learning the Sharingan and do that through RP if all totally necessary.

Yes I know, I'll make her take it x_x. The real reason the whole thing started was because of sasuke's sub-par character sheet so I told him he had to take it if he wanted in.

You need to take this skill. It can only be payed off when you are level 10...you have to keep it till then.

Skill Name: Dormant Sharingan

Bloodline: Sharingan(duh...)

Description: The user was not born with the power of the sharingan, thought it is still locked away inside him/her. It will be activated only in a time of peril, or when the user is of sufficent level.

Effect: The user can only open the sharingan when they are below 10% health, or are level 20 or above. They may spend skill points on it, but will not be able to use it right away. Cannot be romved by the effect of any skill; all normal Uchiha must have this.

Cost: +3

Please don't tell me BS about Sasuke's sheet a lot of have told me you forced them to take this skill, a skill that was created after your character passed level 20. Many found it to be abuse of power and unfair on many levels, heck you should/could've been replaced as clan head for it. Don't flip-flop on rules you created or you'll be replaced.
