It is now currently trying to heigten its members, but proves to be a slow process Clan Bloodline: The Sharingan (The Wheel Eye) Clan Element: None (Technically Fire) Coat of Arms: The Uchiwa; a Red and white fan Clan Info: The Uchiha clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself was said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo. Since the destruction of the Uchiha Clan by Uchiha Itachi whilst he attempted to evolve his Sharingan, Sasuke (One of the last surviving Uchiha) led his life aiming to slay his older brother. Nonetheless, he eventually found a significant other in his life, and settled down with her for some time before leaving on his hunt once again. During the time he had settled down with his wife, he was gifted with twin children, one was a boy, and the other was a girl. The boy's name was Uchiha Youkai, and the girl's was Uchiha Takumi. They, like their father, were gifted with the incredible strength of the sharingan. A fw years after he left on his journey they left on their own. They were determined to find other member's of their clan. After a long time of searching, they were finally beginning to tire, even to give up hope. They had stopped in at a small village one night to rest, and had found a family with a few users of the sharingan. They asked the family where they were from and they told the two siblings that their deceased ancestors had been missing nin from a shinobi village. They had given up the shinobi way of life and settled in this small village. The siblings joined up with this family and they travelled back to the Hidden Leaf Village. The children of Sasuke went to the Hokage's tower, where they were told that they would find the village's leader. The Hokage of that time allowed them to join his village and start the clan anew. Ever since then a few Uchiha shinobi from times long past would join the newly formed clan, it was said that even Itachi had children, and they had joined this new formed clan. The names of Uchiha Youkai and Uchiha Takumi were now heroes to the Uchiha. Whenever a new leader arised within the clan they would take one of those names as their own from then on. Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye. The founders of the new clan also created a tradition that would attempt to cut down on the number of Mangekyou sharingan users. Every time a new shinobi in the clan got strong enough, they would arise to the rank of clan leader by assassinating the current leader. This, in turn, would grant them the strength of the Mangekyou sharingan. It would also insure that the most powerful always led the clan, so that it would not be corrupt by weakness. The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member ______________________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________ Clan Specific Techniques: To be created Clan skills: Skill Name: Arrogant Shopper Bloodline: Uchiha Clan Description: a character with this skill tends to be rather arrogant, and gets in alot of arguements with shopkeepers. Therefore they get charged higher prices than others. Effect: user must pay 5% more when buying things ranks: 10 Cost: +1(cannot be taken with any other market skills) Skill Name: Dormant Sharingan Bloodline: Sharingan(duh...) Description: The user was not born with the power of the sharingan, thought it is still locked away inside him/her. It will be activated only in a time of peril, or when the user is of sufficent level. Effect: The user can only open the sharingan when they are below 10% health, or are level 20 or above. They may spend skill points on it, but will not be able to use it right away. Cost: +3 Skill Name: Fast Trainer Bloodline: Uchiha Description: The posessor is able to use the natural enhanced memory facilities which the Sharingan grants to its user to absorb and process information faster (as the Sharingan is able to apply the visual cortex's function of "completion" - filling in the blanks - to any information). Effect: Reduces amount of training needed by 2 standard posts (a standard post is 10 lines, which is 200 words). Minimum required posts is 4. Requirements: Member of the Uchiha clan. Sharingan. Cost: -2 Ranks: 3 Bloodline: Name: Sharingan Eyes Description: The Sharingan is the exclusive trademark of the Uchiha Clan and one of the more notorious doujutsus. Is able to both copy techniques and hypnotize unlucky opponents, it runs a close race to being as powerful if not more than the Byakugan of the Hyuuga Clan. Is signified by red eyes with a varying number of swirls depending on the user's current rank of Sharingan. Requirements: Must be activated and costs 10% of your total chakra every turn it is open. Cost per rank: Varies Number of ranks: 25 Dokushinha Sharingan First level of Sharingan that can be obtained by an especially gifted Uchiha, it is astoundingly weak compared to the higher forms of the Sharingan, but is quite potent when used by someone who can think on their feet. Not capable of extraordinary things at this level, can still instill fear in those who have heard of it. Has one swirl in both eyes. May be opened in the Main Phase. (-1) Requirements: -Approval from at least 2 admins -Must be a member of Uchiha -Cannot have sealed Ninjutsu or Genjutsu Sharingan Sight - Rank 1 If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique's effects are cut drastically. When repeated Taijutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 15%, when repeated ninjutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 20%, when repeated genjutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 30%. (-1) Sharingan Copy – Rank 1 If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 10% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to copy the technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 3, you learn the technique; any other number is failure. Cannot copy clan techniques. May not be used to learn techniques from Ninja Ranks that are higher than your own. May be used twice a battle. (-1) Sharingan Hypnotism – Rank 1 If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may choose to spend 15% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to spin the Sharingan and hypnotize the opponent into using a different technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 or 2, then they must choose to use a different technique; any other number is failure. May be used twice a battle. (-1) Ninjuuha Sharingan Second level of Sharingan that is granted only when the owner of the Dokushinha Sharingan is put through an extraordinary amount of training. Should they succeed, the Sharingan's power is nearly doubled and becomes much more powerful. Capable of some truly exquisite abilities, it is most common in chuunins, but is said that some genin can obtain it as well. Has two swirls in both eyes. May be opened in the Setup Phase. (-2) Requirements: -Must have mastered all Dokushinha Sharingan skills. -Must have used all Dokushinha Sharingan abilities successfully at least twice. -Must train for 40 posts each at least 10 lines of text long. -Must be a chuunin or a genius level genin Sharingan Sight – Rank 2 If the Ninjuuha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique's effects are cut drastically. When repeated Taijutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 25%, when repeated ninjutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 30%, when repeated genjutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 40%. Sharingan Copy – Rank 2 If the Ninjuuha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 10% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to copy the technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 6, you learn the technique; any other number is failure. You cannot copy clan techniques. May be used to learn techniques from Ninja Ranks that are one rank higher than your own, but they cost twice the amount of jutsu slots. You gain these slots back once you reach that ninja level. May be used three times a battle. (-2) Sharingan Hypnotism – Rank 2 If the Ninjuuha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may choose to spend 15% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to spin the Sharingan and hypnotize the opponent into using a different technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 4, then they must choose to use a different technique; any other number is failure. May be used three times a battle. (-2) Toripuruha Sharingan Third level of Sharingan that is granted only when the owner of the Ninjuuha Sharingan is put through a great deal of anguish or an incredible ordeal that taxes both mind and body. Should they succeed, the Sharingan's power is nearly doubled yet again and becomes fearsomely powerful. Capable of only the most powerful abilities, it is most common in jounins, but is said that some chuunin can obtain it as well. Has three swirls in both eyes. May be opened in the Response Phase. (-3) Requirements: -Must have mastered all Ninjuuha Sharingan skills. -Must have used all Ninjuuha Sharingan abilities successfully at least thrice. -Must have had at least one team member die during a battle. -Must be a jounin or a genius level chuunin Sharingan Sight - Rank 3 If the Toripuhura Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique's effects are cut drastically. When repeated Taijutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 40%, when repeated ninjutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 50%, when repeated genjutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 70%. (-2) Sharingan Hypnotism – Rank 3 If the Toripuruha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may choose to spend 15% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to spin the Sharingan and hypnotize the opponent into using a different technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 6, then they must choose to use a different technique; any other number is failure. May be used four times a battle. (-2) Mangekyou Sharingan The final level of the Sharingan it begins to show its roots from the Byakugan Eyes of the Hyuuga Clan. In order to obtain the ultimate doujutsu, the owner of the Toripuruha must kill their best friend, no small feat indeed since it can easily lead to the shinobi immediately becoming a missing-nin and become hunted by ANBU. While it grants nearly God-like powers, it can only be received by jounins alone, as no other shinobi rank can handle such power. Costs 10% chakra per turn.(-3) Requirements: -Must have mastered all Toripuruha Sharingan skills. -Must have used all Toripuruha Sharingan abilities successfully at least four times. -Must kill an extremely close team member or teacher. -Must be a jounin or Kage. Sharingan Sight - Rank 4 If the Mangekyou Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique's effects are cut drastically. When repeated Taijutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 60%, when repeated ninjutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 80%, when repeated genjutsu techniques are used the damage and effects are cut by 100%. (-3) Sharingan Copy – Rank 4 If the Mangekyou Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 10% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to copy the technique. If you choose to do so, you learn the technique. Cannot copy clan techniques. May not be used to learn techniques from Ninja Ranks that are higher than your own May be used five times a battle. (-3) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Sharingan Mastery The Branch of the Sharingan that offers many unique abilities that further improve the ability of Uchiha Clan members to fight off attacks and defeat the unknown, but at a costly price indeed. But those who can master this branch will soon become quite formidable shinobi quite quickly. -Sharingan Sight Mastery Sharingan Sight Mastery – Rank 1 Once per a battle you may completely negate the effects of one technique, regardless of what type of technique it is. May not be used against techniques that are of a higher Ninja Rank than your own. (-2) Sharingan Sight Mastery – Rank 2 Twice per a battle you may completely negate the effects of one technique, regardless of what type of technique it is. May not be used against techniques that are of a higher Ninja Rank than your own. (-3) Sharingan Sight Mastery – Rank 3 Thrice a battle you may completely negate the effects of one technique, regardless of what type of technique it is. May not be used against techniques that are of a higher Ninja Rank than your own. (-4) -Sharingan Copy Mastery Sharingan Copy Mastery – Rank 1 Should you fail a D10 roll to copy an opponent's technique they have used, then you may pay an additional 15% of your total amount of Chakra to reroll for the success of the copy. May be used as often as you have the Chakra to spend on it. (-2) Sharingan Copy Mastery – Rank 2 Should you fail a D10 roll to copy an opponent's technique they have used, then you may pay an additional 10% of your total amount of Chakra to reroll for the success of the copy. May be used as often as you have the Chakra to spend on it. (-3) Sharingan Copy Mastery – Rank 3 Should you fail a D10 roll to copy an opponent's technique they have used, then you may pay an additional 5% of your total amount of Chakra to reroll for the success of the copy.
