Never again. Never again would she agree to treat Ashi to lunch after all of the trouble he had gotten her into. Sabi, maybe. But not Ashi. After being chased out of her home by her family like some kind of vagrant, Suika had been confused. Then, of course, she had seen her reflection in the the glass of the cafe that she had gotten breakfast at, fuming at the unreasonably angry - and all around generally unreasonable - treatment from her sisters, and the lack of support from her parents. What did they mean 'get out of here, you creeper!'? Or, rather, she had seen Ashi's reflection, and understood a little better why people had been treating her strangely. She had no idea what the darn boy had done, but she knew one thing for certain: she was going to find him...

And he was going to fix it. Wait.

That was two things!

Waking up this morning, it had been relatively peaceful with no rude pouncing by the little rust coloured ninken that could. It had been on his own time, by his own intentions and gods, was it such a nice change! He couldn’t remember the last time Sabimaru had allowed him to sleep in so late! Whatever the change of heart was, Ashi hoped it kept up, cause he could get used to this. As nice as his sleep had been though, the Inuzuka felt...off. He didn’t think it had anything to do with how he slept, but his body didn’t feel right, a weight on his chest. “Hope I’m not catchin’ a cold or nothin’.”

Wait. That didn’t sound right. For a second, he thought he sounded like Suika-chan. ‘Naaaw, that can’t be it. Must be that cold.’ He rose from his bed in a slow, but satisfying stretch, still feeling a bit odd. It was when he raised a hand to rub the back of his neck did he stop, panic settling in. There was more hair on his head than there should have been...and it was blonde. “What the?!” Ashi looked down to see a very confused Sabimaru. The poor pup didn’t know whether to be excited, or running about barking for assistance like he needed an adult. On one paw, his shinobi master and brother now looked like the pleasant Yamanaka girl, which was a great improvement, but on the other paw...what caused this abnormal change and was the actual Suika-chan alright?

Ashi did his best to calm himself down, not wanting the panic to get too out of hand. He looked for the nearest reflective surface in his room, a small mirror hanging up on the wall that his mom got him so he’d actually take care of his bedhead. As soon as he spotted the familiar face, his hand shot up to cover his mouth and prevent him from yelling. This wasn’t right...this wasn’t right at all! What the hell was he doing looking like Suika-chan?! “Awwww, this ain’t happening!” Suika’s voice hissed out lowly, so as not to alarm those who might have been home. Immediately the Inuzuka boy within a Yamanaka girl’s body turned and knelt down by the small, rust coloured pup, his, or rather, her holly green eyes sharpening ever so slightly in standard Ashi fashion.

“Listen, furball, we gotta find Suika-chan! What?! No! I’m not Suika-chan!” He grumbled, crossing his arms and then quickly stopped that because those were girl parts, and he was already uncomfortable enough as it was about this particular situation that he didn’t need to add to it. The small ninken tilted his head extremely to the left, his ears flopping a little. This was so confusing. When he awoke this morning, he had discovered that not Ashi, but Suika, had been sleeping in the Inuzuka’s bed, but Suika never called the pup ‘furball’ before. Only Ashi did. Which meant this was really Ashi, just...he looked and sounded like Suika-chan. He nodded his head slowly, still unsure of how this could have happened. “Gaaah!” Ashi rustled the long honey blonde hair atop his head in frustration, rising to Suika’s full height. “Just, raaah! C’mon! We gotta go find her and get this taken care of! It’s weirding me out!”

The duo sneaked out of the Inuzuka compound, doing their best to avoid getting caught. The last thing Ashi needed was hearing his mother spout 'Oh! I always wanted a daughter!' A dark grimace crossed his now feminine features, wanting absolutely nothing to do with that conversation. While the two had been on the lookout for, well, actually, Ashi wasn’t quite sure what or who. Sure, he was on the hunt for Suika, but now he looked like the Yamanaka girl. Would she still look like herself, or would she look like- “BARK!” Sabimaru sounded off, disrupting Ashi’s train of thought, though all for the better. When he turned to look in the direction the pup had barked out, he saw himself through the window of the cafe. He rushed over and slapped a hand on the glass to alert, himself, or rather, Suika in his body. “You. Out here. Now.” He growled, his tone softer than it should have been. Gods, he just wanted to be back in his own body again!

Thud! A prompt sound of impact followed by a faint rattling drew Suikashi's attention from the bagel that had been just about the only thing keeping her sane that morning. The proof of her loss of sanity was the sight of herself in the window. Had she turned back? No, why would she have heard the window rattling? More importantly, she was definitely not holding her fist up like that. Yet.

Taking the bagel with her so that she could finish it on the way out, Suikashi briefly debated leaving without paying the tab - it would get back at Ashi once all of this trouble was over - but decided against it. Not only was it the wrong thing to do, but she had no idea how long she'd be stuck in this body. The last thing she needed was a lynch mob. Actually, a lynch mob would probably be a little overkill for Ashi, too. So she paid, and made her way outside, plugging in her earphones and turning on some music as she went.

"I don't know what the hell you did to get us stuck like this, but... Turn us back already, you bloody pervert!" Suika was, of course, being perfectly reasonable. An unreasonable person would have merely punched the idiot straight in the nose, first. That might have risked hurting Sabimaru, though, which would have also been unreasonable... so she was going to give him a reasonable amount of time to get down before decking his master, wearing her face. Actually, it was probably better if she avoided the face, and protected Ashi's own as well. Body blows it was, even if it would probably hurt like hell once they got this whole mess sorted out.

Bebop Style
Description: Some intimates of battle have described a fight as a dance, a clash of two highly trained opponents trading blows to the death. Their movements and flow creating a symphony of movement and skill. The Bebop Style is an extraction of this concept- albeit a very literal one. The disciple of this style uses the beats of their music to clear their mind and accent their movements in the heat of battle. While enveloping themselves in the beats of a song, they can move without thought and strike in an almost hypnotic style. The style is extremely unorthodox, but a student of it can become extremely deadly in their own right. Most people underestimate this style because the user of it looks as if they are beat dancing the entire time they are using it, from small movements of the shoulders to full out shuffle dancing in between blows.
Effect: A player must have a music playing item in their possession (minimum cost of ¥20). Music must be continually played while charges are active. If music is stopped at any point, or the user is rendered unable to hear the music, all charges are lost. User may use their Setup Phase to change the style of music they are listening too. Beat Charges are gained whenever a Bebop Style attack hits the opponent with an additional charge being generated the turn after a successful attack is landed. May never generate more than two (2) charges in a turn. The user may spend charges in the following ways and only when the associated type of music is playing...
• Breakbeat - The user may spend x Beat Charges in their Setup Phase in order to give themselves +40x Taijutsu for the next two turns. May never have a total bonus higher than 200 Taijutsu.
Dubstep - The user may spend x Beat Charge to give their next multi strike attack an additional x strikes. May only be used with techniques that have two or more strikes. The maximum value of each strike may not be more than 40 DP.
• Techno - The user may spend x Beat Charges to give their next attack +5x% chance to hit.
• Trance - The user may spend x Beat Charges in their Response Phase to raise their Concentration by 60x for that turn.

From outside the cafe, Ashi had watched Suika complete her transaction, his green eyes narrowing in wait. It was so nice of her to find the time to sit and have a bagel when they were obviously in a serious predicament. The amount of grump that was beginning to settle in was not well suited for Suika’s facial features, making her look like a leering delinquent. The Inuzuka boy’s panic and distaste for the situation was building up. His sleep may have gone undisturbed this morning, but this was not the price he was willing to pay for it! He cocked a thin eyebrow, Suika having plugged in her headphones. ‘Listening to music? At a time like this? Really?!’

That hadn’t been the last straw through. The accusation of this whole body swap being his fault? Hardly! His grumpy expression melted into one of insult, even Sabimaru’s mouth dropped open, appalled by such words. The rust coloured ninken was surprised to say the least to hear Suika, in Ashi’s body, just straight up say that this trickery was Ashi’s doing. Sabi knew better than that though, cause Ashi wasn’t as bright as Suika was thinking. There was no way he’d be able to pull off this switcheroo. “My fault?! The hell it is! Watch who you’re calling a pervert, blondy! I ain’t done nothin’!” He growled, lowering his stance to almost crouch on all fours. He didn’t know how well Suika’s body would handle the style, but he was too angry to think too deeply on it. Ashi’s gazed flicked to his ninken companion and narrowed. “Just because that’s Suika in there, doesn’t mean you gotta go all soft on her, just...avoid the important bits, got it?” The pup settled into his own stance, readying himself to pounce, though still a little unsure. How the heck did things turn out like this?

Jūjin Taijutsu | 獣人体術 | Beast-Human Taijutsu
Description: Jūjin Taijutsu is a fighting style developed uniquely by and for the members of the Inuzuka clan. Emphasizing teamwork and ferocity, this style centers around the user taking to all fours and utilizing their pet(s) to actively flank and pincer an opponent- always looking to attack from the blind side. Characters utilizing this style tend to emulate a pack-mentality in battle, practicing hunting tactics found commonly in wild dogs and wolves.
Effect: Allows the accumulation of [Howl] charges while this style is active. [Howl] Charges may be accumulated whenever this character successfully hits with a [Jūjin Tōitsu-Ryu] Taijutsu technique. [Howl] Charges may be utilized in the following ways:
X [Howl] Charges may be spent as a free action during the Main Phase to increase the base damage of a [Jūjin Taijutsu] coalescence technique by 5X%; this increased base damage may break damage caps.
X [Howl] Charges may be spent as a free action during the Main Phase to increase the chance to hit of a [Jūjin Taijutsu] coalescence technique by 4X%.
While this character possesses [Howl] Charges, their successful [Jūjin Taijutsu] techniques heal a single pet under their control(of their choice) by 2X% of the total damage dealt, where X is equal to the current number of [Howl] charges that the character possesses.
Requirements: Inuzuka Clan Membership or learned from a character possessing this skill.

Beast-Human Unity
Description: While a canine lacks the proper appendages to take full advantage of the Jūjin Taijutsu combat style, they are trained intensely alongside the style's users regardless. The canine companion feeds off of its partners' actions and augments them, providing potent support in the form of relentless attacks.
Effect: This pet may now utilize tricks with the [Jūjin Taijutsu] descriptor. [Jūjin Taijutsu] tricks grant the pet's owner a [Howl] charge whenever they successfully strike; this effect ignores the "charges may only be generated from a single source per turn" clause. This skill may not grant additional charges if the pet's owner has already gained two or more [Howl] charges during their turn.
Requirements: May only be taken by Inuzuka Clan Pets.
Cost: -1

Inuzuka Hierarchy: Alpha
Description: Among many Canine species, there is a distinctive social order consisting of Alpha, Beta, and Omega creatures. Though most common household dogs might consider their owners their "Alphas", the Inuzuka-bred canines are a mark above any others. Though they recognize their owner as their leader and trainer, they establish their own social order among their fellow canines. In this particular instance, this pet's natural strength and temperament has established it as the "Alpha" canine. Compared to other members of its pack, this 'Alpha' is particularly potent and known to fight at a level closest to its master.
Effect: A Canine Pet with this skill deals an additional 20% Base Damage on all Pet Tricks and Techniques. This may break damage caps on non-coalescence techniques.
Restrictions: This skill may not be taken by multiple pets owned by a single character and may not be taken with Inuzuka Hierarchy: Beta or Inuzuka Hierarchy: Omega.
Cost: -2

... Oh god, the look on her... his?... face was too good. If Suikashi had a camera on hand, she likely would have snapped a shot. Unfortunately, what that expression implied was unfortunate. If Ashi had not been behind this whole mess, then who had? It had certainly not been her work. Unfortunately, at this point it was probably too late to get out of a fight. Who would have known that the sleepyheaded Ashi had such a hair trigger temper? For example, taking issue with her hair. Such an unreasonable man. Unsurprisingly, it looked like Sabimaru would be siding with his master on this venture, so there really was little that she could do. Now that she thought of it, there was really no way that Ashi would have been able to think up this kind of twisted prank in the first place.

Still, unlike his pup, Ashi himself would probably prove more of a hindrance than a help in finding out who exactly had done this in his current state of obstinacy. Even if she did suggest finding whoever had done it together, the inevitable ensuing argument over whatever had happened that morning would probably take more time than just settling this with their fists. "Look, if you think fighting will solve all your problems, I'm not going to run away... but I really don't have time for this, so let's make it quick, okay?" Explaining her goals to someone who was already in a fighting stance would have been a waste. Instead, she'd have to beat him into submission and then they could go figure out how to get themselves turned back to normal.

Unfortunately for Suika, she was not using her own body, attuned as it was to moving to a rhythm. She was using Ashi's, who, as far as she could tell, couldn't dance. Of course, she knew all of the movements in her head, but that was nothing compared to the instinctual knowledge that could be attained in the body with constant practice. This was going to be awkward. Knowing full well that her chances were pretty bad if she let Sabimaru and Ashi gain the initiative while teaming up, the... Inuzuka? Yamanaka? What was he/she now? Fuck this was confusing... advanced, reluctantly surrendering to the flow of the music as she snapped a pair of rapid low kicks at her crouching opponent. Geez. Would it be as awkward for Ashi to fight someone who looked like him but fought nothing alike as it was for her?

“That’s fine by me!” The boy growled, cursing under his breath at hearing his own words not sounding as they should. Seeing as Suika was raring to get this show on the road, the Inuzuka couldn’t help but agree in a sense. The quicker they got this little bout over with, the better. By the sounds of it, she had insinuated that this switching of bodies had been his fault earlier, but he had thought likewise of her...so that didn’t make sense. This whole scenario was just too much for him to handle, the panic and in turn, over the top frustration had set in. Sometimes it was just better to work things out with his fists instead of words, not that he excelled much at that to begin with. First thing's first though, he’d duke it out with Suika and figure it out later.

Green eyes keen, Ashi watched as his body clumsily made an effort to dance, probably from lack of experience. If it was going to work like that for Suika, would it be the same for him? Either way, it was almost embarrassing watching himself dance so poorly. For but a moment he could see from the corner of his eyes the rust coloured pup with a glint in his eye, like he had been snickering, as if he could. ‘This isn’t the time to be getting a chuckle out of this, furball.’ Awkward stepping could be heard approaching, Ashi focusing his attention back on Suika in plenty enough time to move back from the first kick and to raise his arms up against the second, his prize nothing but a light scuff.

Now it was his turn. Just how would the exchanged body style of fighting affect him? He couldn’t be sure, but it wasn’t like he was gonna back down now! Ashi jumped back to put a little bit more distance between him and Suika, Sabimaru watching from the sidelines as he prowled for a better vantage point to get in on the action later. Stumbling, Ashi could guess this wasn’t going to go well. Suika was taller than he was, so he almost landed flat on his face with his rear in the air as he misjudged the length of her legs. ‘Shit!’ He wouldn’t have time to collect his bearings if he wanted to keep on the offensive. Lunging forward with as much strength as he could muster with Suika’s form, her body spun and surged with a roar in the general direction of ‘Suikashi’. This was not a familiar feeling when he had used the Tsūga previously, the added weight to his chest making him feel off kilter and awkward. ‘If this friggin’ hits, it’ll be a goddamn miracle! How the hell does she fight with these things, anyways?!?’

If nothing else could be said about pupperboy, his enthusiasm when it came to brawling could be relied upon. Of course, it was not quite as reliable as his enthusiasm for barbecue, but that sort of fanatical zeal would probably have lead directly to war, so it was probably for the best. ”Glad one of us is going to have a good time, at least.” Suika was beginning to understand why Ashi was so tired all the time. Moving around in his body was a pain in the arse. All of the ratios were off; her limbs were shorter than she was used to, his body’s rhythm was… well, admittedly, passable for someone without special training, but still kind of all over the place…  and she almost felt like her[his?] facial muscles were being compressed into a frown against her will.

Unsurprisingly, with all of these obstacles in her way, it was little surprise that her intial attack was primarily unsuccessful, the first of it’s kicks coming up short and the second being easily deflected. Of course, it looked like Ashi was having his own problems - providing onlookers some free fanservice in the process -, but all in all she seemed to be the one having the greater difficulty adjusting. After Ashi recovered from his failed attempt at assuming a crouching position, Suika was almost immediately struck by a spinning tackle of some variety. Was that the Inuzuka clan’s favoured technique? It was the first time she’d seen it, and it had been so fast that she hadn’t had time to properly respond before being hit.

”Alright, I think that’s just about enough fumbling around....” she mumbled to herself beneath her breath, her expression, wearing Ashi’s face, not far from that of an irritable yakuza, though she had no way of knowing. If she couldn’t rely on properly judging the distance of kicks with their difference in height, Suika would have to rely on punches, and so she did, throwing two short jabs in Ashi’s direction as she shuffled her weight back and forth between her feet to solidify her sense of balance and timing. It might take a little more warming up than she was used to, but Suika had no intention of simply turning into a punching bag.

Recovering from the spinning of the Tsūga, Ashi straightened himself out. Everything felt askew in clothes he wasn’t used to, not to mention all of this blonde hair in his face. He blew at it frantically and flung his head back to get the golden locks out of his eyes. Despite the boy’s original shaggy brown hair always looking to be in his eyes, Ashi had perfected the art of shaggy hair with no effort. Less work getting ready whenever he woke up meant more time sleeping after all, but this, this golden hair of Suika’s demanded effort to brush and maintain. Just another thing about girls he just wouldn’t understand.

In the midst of getting the gold spun strands untangled from his face though, he could see Suika fast approaching. She must been getting used to his body, as the look in her feral eyes told him that she had had enough of this as she began throwing punches. Ashi juked around the first punch easily enough, but the movement undid all his work in getting his mess of hair out of his eyes and prevented him from seeing the second. It collided fully with his torso, striking his solar plexus. It didn’t hurt as much as he thought it might, but it certainly caught him off guard, a surprised noise escaping him.

“Gettin’ serious, huh?” He grumbled, jumping back to rub at where she had punched him briefly. That was perfectly fine with him. He lowered his stance once again, his green eyes darkening. Across the way, Sabimaru was on the other side of their opponent, ready to flank. The little ninken was still very unsure about all this, but the sooner the two of them...well, really, as soon as Ashi got this out of his system, they could all try and figure out what the cause of this predicament was. His ears bent back, not liking what he was going to have to do, but surely Suika would understand...wouldn’t she? The rust coloured pup readied himself, his body dropping low and ready to pounce. As if on a silent cue, the two lunged in time with one another at Suikashi, their bodies spinning at an aggressive speed.

Suika’s attempts at attacking were ineffective, again. Suika wasn’t sure what exactly was going on here, but either Ashi’s body was a lot weaker than she had thought, hers was a lot tougher than she’d thought, or… well, maybe something else was going on here. Had only their appearances been reversed? It wouldn’t quite explain the foreign feeling of moving around like this, but… actually, it was probably possible if this was some kind of weird genjutsu, wasn’t it?

While pondering the manner, Ashi had struck again in her moment of distraction. Before she knew it, the spinning Inuzuka had spiralled past her once again, gauging open an injury on his(her?) torso on the way past. A similarly rotating Sabimaru swept past her shoulder without incident, having apparently either missed after Ashi’s blow had thrown her off his course or… had merely made a show of attacking in the first place. While she was grateful for the slight reprieve, it didn’t help her current situation much. Losing this much blood certainly couldn’t be good.

Though the situation was far from optimal and her preparations not yet complete, it was already too late to continue holding back when she still had cards in reserve. Surrendering to the flow of the music, Suika’s movements began to change, becoming shorter and sharper as her footing shifted rapidly and her shoulders rolled erratically with the swaying of her(his?) torso. It looked ridiculous, she knew, but self-consciousness when it came to things like fighting were what would be really ridiculous.

”Serious? I guess I’m warmed up a little now.” With how fast Ashi’s spinning was, there was really only one opportunity to strike back - the interval between it’s completion and his returning to a crouching position where he could launch himself again. In that interval, she shuffled across the distance between them. Dropping sharply and catching her height on her right hand, Suika span once, shifting her balance to her left hand as her legs rotated around to sweep in a pair of spinning kicks towards Ashi again. Though it still might not be enough, there was still a not-insignificant difference to the force of each of these blows compared to what had come before.

”Spinning’s your gig, right? Like I thought, this is a bit easier.”

“Pull yerself together, Sabi!” The Inuzuka warned, having skidded to a stop on the other side of Suika. His Tsūga had stricken the girl dancing around in his body, but the ninken’s own attempt at the jutsu had not gone so well. The question was, had he just plainly missed, or was his heart just not into it. Sure, underneath the skin was Suika, but that outer shell she was wearing now seemed very much all Ashi. The corner of his mouth quivered into a frown, something dawning on him for the first time since this whole fiasco started. If Suika was in his body and likewise he in hers, what did that mean for him considering he probably just Tsūga’d his own chest? Was he going to feel all of this later?

Ashi shook his head to clear his meddling thoughts. They would only serve as a distraction and cause him to waver...which is exactly what happened. Too distracted to notice the full range of Suika’s spinning kicks, the both of them struck him across the chest and knocked him back on his rear. He quickly got up and brushed himself off. Was she pulling her punches, or rather, kicks? He was fighting in her body after all, right? Common sense began to make its rounds, hovering like a pesky fly. It would only make sense that Suika wouldn’t want to damage her own form for after they reverted back to normal, yet Ashi had charged in Tsūga spinning, marking up his own body, presumably. As cool as a scar over the chest probably was, would be better to go for a less drastic measure?

‘Dammit!’ One could probably see the steam spouting from his ears, like his brain working in overdrive and much harder than it probably should have been. It all made sense, but he was still just so frustrated. The seed had been planted though and it caused him to change his strategy. Instead of readying his crouch position for another Inuzuka famed technique, Ashi put up his dukes and charged at Suika on his own two feet. He threw a fury of blows at her, the introductory punch aiming for her stomach, followed by a swift kick raised at her ribs and finally a strong kick to the shoulder. Usually, he’d go for the jaw, but doubt had begun to affect him, not wanting to strike at his own jawline. ‘Jeez, maybe this is why Sabi couldn’t do it…’

Had something changed? It seemed like it had. While Ashi called for Sabimaru to assist him, something... Suika wasn't sure what, exactly... had changed in the Inuzuka's demeanour. She could see the onset of something that resembled maturity, but there wasn't time to think about what exactly it just might be. After all, the both of them were ninja now, and Ashi was proving to be hellishly quick. To lose focus because she was curious about what was going on through his head would just lead to another injury like the one she'd experienced before. Renewing her focus, Suika's hand slipped to her player and adjusted the track. She would need to approach this differently if she wanted to keep up with Ashi, she would need to change gears.

Releasing a slow breath, Suika's movements began to change again. From the high speed erratic shuffling, her steps began to flow as if their entirety was instead a single movement. When Ashi drove forward on foot, one eyebrow rose inquisitively in response. What was he going to do this time? Well, it wouldn't change what needed to be done too much.

As Ashi drove his fist towards her stomach at a pace that she knew she wouldn't be able to avoid, Suika's own left hand struck at his shoulder in kind, hoping to even things out through the exchange of blows. His follow up kick whiffed as she swayed backwards, nearly doubling over to avoid it - her right hand planted on the ground, she responded with a sharp low kick aimed at Ashi's right leg with Suika's left. Unfortunately, this left her open for another kick of Ashi's own, pushing her down towards the ground with it's force. Using her planted right hand as a spring, she shot herself right back up to launch a headbutt for Ashi's torso, following up with a quick right jab before dancing outside of immediate range.

Her hands folding through a series of familiar handseals, black ink followed her hands' movements as they danced lightly through the air, forming a series of words with her fingertips. She had been a little worried that she might not have been able to use this technique while in Ashi's body, but it seemed like the skills had remained even if his chakra wasn't ordinarily attuned to it. While Suika probably couldn't exchange blows with Ashi indefinitely, it was a lot less taxing than dealing with the constantly spiraling Tsuga. Hopefully she'd be able to knock some sense into him before she ran out of momentum.

Don't you get it yet?

This is just a waste of time

Even Sabi knows.

Words flew like arrows towards her Inuzuka opponent. Luckily, this was water soluble ink, so it would be possible to clean it out later. Otherwise, she'd probably have to beat up Ashi again later for forcing her to resort to this to get it through his head that if neither of them was the culprit, whoever had done this was probably busy laughing it up while they fought. While the boy seemed to be a genius at fighting, she wasn't so sure if he was all that sharp otherwise. Or maybe he just liked things simpler. She couldn't blame him for that.

* Bebop Style

In turn with Ashi’s blows, Suika was obviously not going to just stand there and take it. While he had went in and punched her in the stomach, she had responded with her own punch to his shoulder, hitting it spot on. The Inuzuka’s (Yamanaka’s) nose twitched into a snarl momentarily, his focus back on his combo. His following kick, despite the reach of his Suika legs, whooshed past Suikashi as she avoided it all together, the girl once again exchanging likewise blows. Shifting his right leg, he dodged it as he went in for his third and final kick, the heel of his foot connecting well with his opponent’s body and striking her to the ground. She had been quick to spring back up though, leading with her, or rather Ashi’s stubborn head into a headbutt directed at his torso. A headbutt was a surprising tactic from Suika, seeing as it was more so something Ashi’s would have done, but maybe she was channeling her inner grumpy Inuzuka. Either way, the bold move had been easily evaded, though the lightning quick right punch that came afterwards...not so much. He felt the contact between Suikashi’s fist and his stomach well enough, the punch avenging the miss of the headbutt.

Both of them pulled back from each other, Ashi rubbing at his shoulder more than his stomach, the joint proving more important for the time being. He eyed her carefully, all the while beginning to circle around her with Sabimaru on the opposite side, much like a pack of wild dogs. She was making handseals and it caused him to be on edge, not that it had done him any good in the end. Once again, it was weird to see his own body performing actions it didn’t normally, so when words of black ink came shooting at him, he was more than a little distracted by their content. If they were meant to get him to stop and think about his actions, they would have been considered easier if they hadn’t of directly hit him. “What the-!” The words had stung as they pelted him, physically and a little mentally while they were at it. The splash back from the inky words had gotten in his eyes, causing a feminine sounding snarl to escape him. It was akin to getting shampoo in your eyes while in the shower, and it sucked.

“Ah, balls!” Splattered with ink, the Inuzuka did his best to try and get the disturbance out of his green eyes. Blinking rapidly to try and relieve them, his vision was still a little blurry and spotty, but he’d have to make do. ‘Friggin’ fantastic!’  Sabimaru had been watching cautiously with his mellow-orange orbs, but even this was a bit of a surprise. His head tilted, ear twitching as he tried to read the jet black ink that had flew through the air. This quarrel was getting out of hand and he wasn’t sure if Ashi would be calming down anytime soon after that. With a small huff, the rust coloured pup would have to fully support his master and see him through this mess. His drive for battle would have to run out eventually.

Any sort of common sense that had taken root in the Inuzuka’s head was uprooted in a flash of ‘blind’ rage. If that was how she wanted to play, well, he’d go along with it. “Sabi!” Lowering his stance, Ashi’s lunged with great speed at the form of his own body, spiralling intensely for another Tsūga. He just hoped his aim wasn’t going to be too off from the ink in his eyes. On the other side of Suikashi, Sabimaru responded in time to Ashi’s growl of his name, shooting off the ground in his own Tsūga in order to back up the Inuzuka.

It was becoming increasingly obvious that attempting to avoid Ashi's attacks was pointless - it just wasn't working out. If anything, it was only serving to throw off her balance, preventing her attempts at counterattacking from firmly landing. Adjusting to someone else's body was harder than she had expected... and, unfortunately, she didn't have the kind of straightforward taijutsu that could disregard her build like her Inuzuka teammate did. Planting her feet, Suika swayed and was pushed back under the combined force of Ashi and the altogether too cute Sabimaru as they both resorted to spinning like mad dogs, slamming into her with a shocking amount of force.

Very very mad dogs.

However, standing her ground left her an opportunity, and Suika had no intention of missing it. In the span between being struck and Ashi recovering his balance, Suika threw a pair of punches for Ashi's... or was it hers? whatever... torso, taking the chance to push back a little as she regained her momentum and mentally prepared herself for her opportunity to try and turn the tables. Of course, with just how strong Ashi and Sabimaru were proving to be - and how shaky her feet were feeling after the beating she had been taking - there wouldn't be very many chances to do so before her strength gave out. It would have to be soon.

His spiraling having come to an end, Ashi began to try and steady himself for another attack, only to be greeted by two punches to his abdomen. It definitely felt like she wasn’t pulling anything this time, but maybe that was because he had disregarded his own defenses in his rage. Ashi coughed as he stumbled back to get away, eyes leering at his misplaced body. Suika seemed to have to forgotten all about her defenses as well, having taken the brunt of both his and Sabimaru’s attacks. Was she making a final stand? She had certainly fought against him with enough drive. Rubbing the remaining water soluble ink from his eyes, vision clearing, he raised a thin eyebrow at Suikashi.

“Little shit…? What, are you going to start lecturin’ me?” The Inuzuka scoffed with a snarl, his grumpiness evidently taken up a notch as he sassed the Yamanaka. This usually could have been solved with a good whack to the back of the head and a scolding, in the case of someone forcibly waking him from a nap, but they were well past that timeframe. They started this fight, might as well finish it! Coming in low, the Inuzuka began a flurry of blows at Suikashi, switching up between punches and kicks. This was more of a follow up technique, but seeing as how the Inuzuka was not in a stable mindset, he hadn’t really thought to properly set himself up. At this point, he probably didn’t give two shakes of a tail.

The small rust coloured ninken continued to prowl around the two, keeping an eye on the situation. He huffed and shook his head, disappointed a little in how Ashi was behaving. Yes, he’d need to get the fight out of his system so maybe he’d at least try and listen to reason, but he was just too riled and too much a dunce to figure out that, just maybe, it hadn’t been Suika behind the switcheroo. After all, why would she ever what to look like Ashi, feral looking grump that he was.

"Yeah, actually, I think you probably need it. Haven't you wondered for an instant... if you know you didn't do this, and you know that I didn't do it because I wondered if it might be you... who did it?" Suika released a slow breath, but it was interrupted by a cough. Wiping her mouth, her hand came out red. Must have bitten the inside of her cheek bracing herself against all of those Tsuuga... or she'd taken a lot more of a beating than she'd thought. Well, it was true that Ashi's family was traditionally talented in taijutsu, and he had Sabimaru on his side. It was inevitable that she would be pressured engaging them in their own native arena. In an instant, she burst into a flurry of movement, and the previously measured pace of the battle between the two burst into a furious flurry of blows from both sides.

"Who exactly do you think you should be taking your frustration out on, moron?"

Suika could feel it thoroughly, now. There wasn't much time left to handle this. If she couldn't knock some sense into Ashi, soon, she would probably be the one being knocked out, if not worse. "Is it A: The girl who's stuck in the same position as you are?" Geez, there were just so many of them now. So, Ashi knew how to fight with quick strikes, too... and not just that blitz of a bulldozer technique he had been using before? "B: Your dog? Or C: Some other asshole who's probably been laughing at us the whole time?"

Ashi narrowed his green eyes as sensible words were spoken at him, pelting the shell of frustration that had encased his mind. That, or he was too much of a dunce to actually stop and think for a moment that Suika was right. He let out a big growl of a huff as his eyes shifted around for something to look at other than Suika in order to figure this out, but to no avail. The quick movement of Suika unwillingly masquerading as Ashi was caught in the corner of his gaze, though he himself was not quick enough. In a flurry of strikes, she tried to beat some common sense into him, literally. Each strike hit their mark, causing the Inuzuka to skid back as he tried to defend himself.

Pulling his arm away from his face, the built up frustration and aggression from duking it out with Suika had hit its capacity. With a dangerous glint in his eyes, Ashi lowered himself into a familiar stance and lunged, all the while yelling, “I. Don’t. KNOW!” His body furiously spun toward Suika, like fury incarnate. Sabimaru was about to lunge himself, but stopped, his watchful eye noticing the state she was in. He doubly couldn’t bring himself to attack, seeing her not only look like Ashi, but on looking like she was on her last ropes. His ears bent back, not pleased about the outcome that was about to happen, either way.

It was becoming increasingly obvious that Ashi was worked up to an entirely unhealthy degree - his emotions getting the better of him to the point where he probably couldn't have reined them in even if he had wanted to do so. She really didn't want to be doing this any more than he did (probably...?), but her strength was quickly fading, and it wouldn't be long before it was gone completely. Suikashi's gaze softened slightly as it shifted towards Sabimaru, who seemed to be in a much better state than either of the two humans that he was unfortunately forced to deal with. Maybe dogs were just smarter than people. That was an idea she could get behind.

Ashi's outburst was, of course, far from unexpected. Suika's arms rose to block the incoming attack, but it simply wasn't enough. "Then... stop and think about it... for a minute." In an instant, the ferociously spinning Inuzuka struck and drove her into the ground, smashing into the street with a thunderous roar. Though she had been struggling to maintain her composure so far, this was simply too much. Without the strength to continue, her eyes slowly closed. The fight was over.
