  1. You make chiatzou's self destruction into a tech and I'll crawl to Iwa to learn it. Seriously you make a technique were the user blows themself up, pm me <.<
  2. What did I say!? I knew you were a guy, is that a crime? ;-; Edit: Or atleast think you are
  3. Wow to think, I never had to ask if Rei was a guy... But Shizuki 17ish!? Blasphemy! Shizu-sama you'll always be an old fart to me!
  4. You are correct! Heres your cookie *hands cookie*
  5. Thats the point, I want it to be difficult. Also one must factor in that because of this you may only train one post per week.
  6. Dissatisfied Bloodline: No Description: Too often does one push themselves past their limits that such an activity becomes the norm for them. Anything less would be considered trash and a waste of the given person's time. Effect: The user gains no TXP unless they train for a bare minimum of 1000 lines per post. Post lowering skills\death bonuses nor anything else may lower this amount. Cost: +3 Requirement: Mein permission as usual Questions? Comments? Cost suggestions?
  7. Get rid of the Chuunin and Jounin ranks they are way too strong.

    Patriot

The concept is retarded... "Oh I'm a patriot I love my country. So much that I can do triple my normal damage with a jutsu based on my villages element while within the village!" Why the hell would they be able to do triple damage? Because they love their country? That just doesn't cut it. Your "restrictions" are really quite pointless and dont really restrict much at all. -Most clans base their elements off of the element of their village so the element restriction is quite weak. -The fact that you lose this if you go missing nin is extremely pointless because missing nin are so rare it isn't even worth mentioning. Let me just shorten this up, the only half ass restriction is that it may only be used when the user is at or below 25% Health which is still a bit lame because generally when you have low Health the opponent does too (IE: near the end of the battle). This is just a bad idea, not even a bad idea because atleast bad ideas make some form of sense.

    Aoe Genjutsu

Lemon quit crying over Genjutsu, it's been screwed over enough as it is. Why would a AoE Ninjutsu be an auto hit? "Oh I create an earthquake that hurts everyone but me and my butt buddies!" Um jump? AoE Genjutsu is an auto hit as well and should remain an auto hit for the sake of balancing. If Ninjutsu can, why can't Genjutsu? Because Ninjutsu is substance? Hell no, you can't tell me that it would be impossible to get out of the immediate area (taijutsu range) to avoid it, and if the jutsu were to be bigger than just the immediate area (both taijutsu and "ranged" range) then the cost for AoEs need to be updated for being horribly over powered in the first place. It comes down to this: "Don't like Genjutsu? Join the Hyuuga or some other Genjutsu slaughtering clan" Of all the things to whine about...Genjutsu....
  10. No way in hell, not even a frozen over nuclear hell. Cho by now you must have known that doubling a stat would be considered forbidden. In reality these are just curse seal knock offs no matter how you look at it. "Oh I have a sweet tattoo that doubles my strength but makes my command over ninjutsu non-existant!" It's retarded and easily abused. Honestly consider the following: A chracter takes sealed ninjutsu then the Seal of Yang, there isn't much of a negetive effect now is there?
  11. Actually the modifiers are limited to raising the jutsu up to 45. I did however fail to mention that by "modifiers" I mean modifiers in all shapes and forms (excluding bloodlines although I'm not aquainted with any Genjutsu bloodlines that are particularly potent.) Now the fiasco with stunning would be worked out like this: If you reduce the opponent to 0 Chakra\Stamina they are stunned. If they still have 0 Chakra\Stamina you can choose to "release" the technique or let it stun them for one additional turn by which time the opponent should have some chakra or stamina (unless they have a bloodline or skill that forfeits the recovery phase). Even if the opponent doesn't have Chakra\Stamin at the end of the third turn the stunning ends. The technique however could be used yet again. The next time however (if the stuns have been used up) the technique reduces the opponent to 1 Chakra\Stamina. For the record Kouta I hold no tension nor hatred toward you and I merely said what I thought was in the best interests of defending my techniques.
  12. I'm curious as to why the Hermit series techniques are limited to Genuises and above. Not that I dont like the idea, it limits the amount begging for them but I'm just looking for an explaination as to why (me and mein acursed curiousity)
  13. This is the part where I'm supposed to be a bigger man and ignore you, but I'm not one for backing down. Look in your own post for the words "refer" and\or "refered". Didn't find them? Don't be suprised, you never said it. Moreover I never mentioned anything about you saying I copied anything. I merely stated: Again you further my point that you read not a thing in the single statement of: If you dont know whats going on, dont post. Now back on topic, for those too blind to read the rules that were conveintly posted at the bottom of my first post here they are: Rules to these jutsus: -They would have half the damage cap for their rank. -Modifiers can only raise the jutsus to X1.5 the base drain. -Any use or recreation of these require my permission, if I am not available too bad.
  14. Ouch you made a big no no. Don't tell people if they'd based anything off of anyone's work, especially if you dont have the slightest clue as to whether or not they even based it on anyone's idea at all. These are in no shape or form based off of any jutsu Sako has made that I am aware of. Honestly consider thinking through an accusation before making it, blindly telling people where they get there ideas from makes you look foolish. No one really cares if you give a crap about anything, the truth is this: the jutsu is quite harmless. Consider these factors: the exact amount drained would be healed back (because it is an illusion of fatigue) so in reality all the user is doing would be stalling the opponent for time or perhaps a good single round stun (which can only affect the opponent once). As for the ruling that Genin cannot damage Stamina or Chakra, almost every single rule on the site has been approached at a case-by-case basis, it has always been that way. If thing weren't approached that way the site would be dull due to limitless restrictions as to what someone can and cannot do, haven't you ever played "Magic"? The reason to people asking my permission for a knock off of these techniques is because I dont like being copied. Oh yes it is copying if someone were to make a technique that drained Chakra for a limited period of time then healed it back as the exact amount drained. I never claimed to own any form of jutsu nor did I say people needed my permission to attack tank stats with their Genjutsus. Read more thoroughly next time, because you know the saying for assumptions "Every time you assume you make an a** of you and me"
  15. I believe Rei is refering to these: Heres the link just in case.
  16. Editted due to urge for flamming
  17. That makes no sense what so ever...
  18. Perhaps you dont quite understand, it doesn't stun unless it would kill the opponent. Honestly would you rather die or not have a turn hm? Kouta isn't quite right, look over a few custom techniques Sako made for his character, I believe they deal indirect damage to chakra and stamina. Guess what? The damage dealt in those doesn't come back like these. If a character has low stamina or chakra that is their own problem, perhaps they shouldn't be stacking? Wow I don't recall seeing "Ghost Damage" anywhere in the technique effect nor description, perhaps the reason is it doesn't do ghost damage to anything I was merely giving an example as to why someone would be stunned instead of dieing once reduced to 0 stamina\chakra.
  19. I believe the standard duration of genjutsus is two turns <__<
