  1. Switched Hamstrung for Unbalanced.
  2. Updated/fixed. Immobilized switched out for Shackled (Paired Legs).
  3. Bumping. Added a clear, concise little blurb at the bottom ala Cntr of Quarantine, Dojutsum
  4. In which case it should have the cost of an upkeep for a technique rolled in, but not the full cost over and over again. Also, for the record, any one using the surgical blade would have to have 2000 Ninjutsu to make it level 100. So the cost shouldn't be based on a level 100 weapon and what it heals. Even the maxed out chars of the site rarely have 2000 ninjutsu.
  5. Just nixing the last two from review but leaving them there coding wise so I can swipe the wording later and redo them.
  6. So from what I am seeing this is a standards run of the mill weaponizing chakra as a weapon technique. It doesn't even stop a status effect fully, while reducing it by 1 turn means at max it costs 70CP (negating 70CP). 300 CP +70CP =370 CP. 350 is probably reasonable given there is only like 1 status effect that costs that much, but then again. It is all variable, but that pays for everything - though I don't see where 3 heals would be applied in one turn. like ever so 150 would be a more reasonable number.
  7. Let's try this again. It's technically kind of a revamp entirely but I wanted to keep the coding. The design philosophy was basically "trim the fat and make there room for more variety amongst the Umikoi" while allowing for the capstone of the bloodline's base form, "Kaijin Mizushin" to stand out in a demonstrable way from its predecessor. I am not against Kaijin Mizushin requiring all 4 ranks of Junsui Mizushin before it can be gained, but if I do that I may very well make the level requirement between ranks something like 10 a pop. The idea is that when you gain more mastery over the bloodline, you gain more defensive ability and actual mastery over what the bloodline can do when it comes to sensing and defense - and thus make it do less actual water ninjutsu pumping up until the point that one gains all of the ranks and thus masters it. With a 'once every 20 levels' requirement it'd take hitting level 120 to do it (meaning Warrusu wouldn't even have it capped out), so I'm kind of debating making it like 15 levels per rank. Scion of the Sea I tried to make more useful, given 'immunity to choking by one type of ninjutsu' is pretty well, unuseful, so I made it a way to show that Umikoi really /are/ masters of Suiton techniques even without the bloodline activated, and to show their speed in the water. If it's needed to be clarified, I'll say it doesn't stack with activated Mizushin forms, but I wasn't sure that it really needed that. Sealless ninjutsu for 3 types of ninjutsu for 1 SP base seems to me to be a reasonable price, but I am fine with bumping it as well.
  8. Yeah, I agree with Azure, especially if all ranks are main site.
  9. Creator preference, AFIAK. This is still approved.
  10. These are simple enough, and as such are approvable. Given the +20 stat is locked and requires the Hatake clan skill to be 'awakened' I'm okay with these technically not costing the amount they should based on their other functions. As the large one should be 370$ and the small one should be 330$ based on weapons pricing rules, +1 stat point on a weapon is 5$, not the $4 that 1 stat point on armor is. However, given the circumstances, I don't see that as an issue here. Approved.
  11. I honestly feel given it's a clan skill, and thus precludes a person being able to get a bloodline else where, -1SP for this might be better, even if it gives you an 'upkept path skill' (which flavor only or not, none the less still has counter play added because of the upkeep), and which unlike the path skill's passive, requires you to put it -all- in one item, which adds even more counter play, given if it's destroyed you can't get those extra stats any time later in the battle. Other than the chance to have an inferior version of the path of the engineer's skill (which could be combined with the path of the engineer, yes), you get 310$ to 350$ worth of equipment, which isn't a lot for 1SP.
  12. Okay. That honestly sounds good to me, and I'd rather split the difference, because by actual rolls I could have gained it from first try (the first try 25% option) and it'd fit within that. You're right in that I'm not trying to gain anything particular extra into this, I'm just trying to make it have the 'feel' the sword had before. If they require 3K more words, I'd rather -not- do it, because of the fact that I have to already write plenty of words to catch up on lost EXP, but of all the options that's the best from a Ryo standpoint and as such I prefer it, because I'd rather not have to 'owe' 1187 Ryo under a buyback plan on top of the EXP I owe from the buyback plan, because this is going to be pretty costly from the standpoint of repair, and every bit of Ryo I get is better kept building up other defenses or saved for repairing it and my other gear when the inevitable item destroy effect comes.
