  1. Combinatorial; Decay Decomposition and growth are necessary to one another. Where one wanes, the other waxes. Balance, in this cycle, is not found in the middle but rather in its timely procession through all its stages. Effect: Treat Combinatorial; Decay as an extension of Combinatorial; Plant in all applications including techniques, skills, and equipment. Upon purchase of this skill, the user loses access to Combinatorial; Plant’s effect on medical techniques. Combinatorial; Plant becomes Combinatorial; Decay, which reads: “May use Decay Element techniques. Decay Element techniques inflict the hindering skill Chakra Leak [Rank 3] as a 1 turn status effect on the opponent. If the opponent has ranks in this hindering skill, this effect allows the skill to break its maximum rank. Multiple afflictions of Decay in one turn on one target do not stack. In addition, the user may choose to apply the bonus from one of the Subtle Elements skills required to learn this element if they own it.” Requirements: Combinatorial; Plant Cost: -1 SP

  6. With damage and effects on hybrid techs that can split between the physical (Nin or Tai) and the non-physical (Gen), there are essentially four options: Physical Damage & Physical Effects: Hit is determined by one combined roll of Accuracy vs. Evasion Physical Damage & Non-Physical Effects: Hit is determined by one Accuracy vs. Evasion roll for the physical damage, and one Concentration vs. Concentration roll for the non-physical effects Non-Physical Damage [aka Ghost Damage] & Non-Physical Effects: Hit is determined by one combined roll of Concentration vs. Concentration Non-Physical Damage [aka Ghost Damage] & Non-Physical Effects: Hit is determined by one Concentration vs. Concentration roll for the ghost damage, and one Accuracy vs. Evasion roll for the physical effects. Anything dealing physical damage must use Accuracy vs. Evasion, and anything dealing ghost damage must us Concentration vs. Concentration. Effects that don't deal physical or ghost damage float in the middle where you can determine which stat it hits with. I hope that helps! Let me know if you want to keep it as is or change it up.
  7. The to-hit option is up to you! If you want the Hypothermia effect to also be Accuracy/Evasion based, the damage and effect will be on one roll. The ability for a genjutsu-ninjutsu hybrid tech to go against an opponent's Evasion and Concentration at the same time is one of the hybrid perks. Just switch the effects line with this verbatim, and you'll be all set: Effects: Induces Hypothermia: 10% for two turns, this effect uses Concentration to hit. 'Requires concentration to apply' is a little wiggly with how things are defined. Hit's a keyword to have for if/how the opponent will respond to the technique.
  8. The top post has been changed to the Chakra Leak version!
