  1. Concentrated Breathing Style Elemental Breathing Style was created by the first Disciples of Shoki. The style was created in order to combat Yokai that wandered the earth causing destruction, along with Jinchūriki being used as weapons to wage war. Historically, it has been best used with swords such as Katana’s to help prevent opponents from accessing their stamina and chakra. Effects: The user may learn and perform Concentrated Breathing Style Taijutsu Weapon techniques and may generate ‘Breath Charges.’ Twice per battle, the user may spend four (4) Breath Charges to add the following effect to the first strike of any Concentrated Breathing Style technique they perform: "For one turn after being hit by this attack, the target may not pay any X costs. X is equal to a tank stat selected by the user when this attack is performed. If the target cannot pay upkeep costs due to this effect, the relevant abilities are deactivated." The user may spend x ‘Concentrated Breathing Style’ charges when performing a Concentrated Breathing Style Technique to add the following effect to their next strike: “For one turn after being hit by this attack, the target has all of their regeneration cut by 3x%, where x is the number of charges spent.   5. Disciples of Shoki The hunting of yokai is not for the faint of heart. Nor is it for those who feel bound by such trivial doctrines as law or national borders. Region: Worldwide Base of Operation: Anbaenkai Outskirts (Hi no Kuni) Status: Active; Unrecognized By The Major Villages Organizational Goals: Eradicate All Yokai Organization Entry: Successfully pass the Disciples of Shoki admission exam or receive an invitation by one of the Legendary Disciples. Invitees may be subject to testing as they increase their rank within the Disciples of Shoki. Organization History: It is unknown how long the Disciples of Shoki have been working towards eradicating Yokai and Jinchuuriki. However, legends state that the Disciples of Shoki originated after an individual named Shoki lost his family due to a Yokai attack. After the death of their family, Shoki dedicated his life to studying Yokai. Learning their strengths and weaknesses. While training his mind, he also trained his body in the hopes of killing the Yokai that killed his family. After years of studying and training, Shoki created his own Kenjutsu. One that would allow him to fight and destroy Yokai. Additionally, Shoki learned a special form of breathing which he coined as ‘Total Concentration Breathing.’ His new form of breathing would allow him to increase the flow of oxygen within his bloodstream, allowing him to match a Yokai’s strength and speed. After years of training, he was ready to track down and kill the Yokai that killed his family. Following his difficult fight with the Yokai, he emerged victorious. After his fight, Shoki realized other Yokai still roamed the earth, and he knew he would not be able to fight and kill every Yokai on his own. Shoki then decided to take on Disciples. Each Disciple was taught Shoki’s new way of fighting so they too could protect innocent lives. Ever since, Shoki’s skills have been passed down to every generation of Disciples in the hopes that one day the Disciples of Shoki will eventually remove Yokai and Jinchuuriki from the planet. Ranks: Disciple: An entry level position in the Disciples of Shoki, Disciples are known to have promise in their swordsmanship, and have taken their first vow to track down and hunt yokai. Cultivator: Cultivators are the frontline position within the organization. Cultivators are known within the organization as skilled shinobi who have taken their vow to hunt down yokai to another level. (Requirement to advance: 50 RP) Successor: Successors are exceptional yokai hunters and known to be apprentices to Pillars. Due to their talents, they are frequently tasked with hunting down power yokai. (Requirement to advance: 150 RP) Pillar: The highest and most respected rank within the Disciples of Shoki. Successors are known as the pillars that hold up the organization. They each possess extraordinary skills in a specific Kenjutsu due to their dedication and are tasked with hunting down the most powerful yokai. (Requirement to advance: 300 RP)

Distracting Chirp Rank: Genin Cost: 80 Chakra Type: Ninjutsu [Sound l Hijutsu; Grasshoppers] Damage: 40 Effect: Target is inflicted with one (2) turns of ‘Distracted.’ Description: After rubbing its back legs together at high speeds, the user creates a chip that distracts their target. Cost: 4 JP Distracted = 20cp/turn
  10. This is a remake of this bloodline. Here is the element and permission to resub the bloodline. Now for the math/reasoning Activation/Upkeep Costs: I looked into other various Advanced Systems. From what I saw, it was common to have a 5% Activation/Upkeep for systems that provide up to 1440 stats. This one only provides 600 total Evasion at level 120, so I thought 5% for each might be a good start. Additionally, this AS has skills that require the use of additional chakra, so you end up likely spending more than that percentage over time. I also saw others that were a 10% Activation/5% Upkeep, so I’m happy to up it as well if I need to. Flight of the Shikigami: Evasion caps out at 600 Evasion at level 120. This is on par with other AS’s with 1SP per rank. Since it only provides about 50% of the stat bonuses that other AS’s do. Regarding the terrain, per the rules on becoming immune to terrain, I think it was 1 SP per 100 CP. The highest costing terrain is 340, so I rounded up to 4 SP. Insight of the Shikigami: Assuming a PC has 2000 Evasion at 120, that’s only stopping a 400 Evasion drop from AoE’s. 1SP per felt reasonable since it’s extremely situational. Regarding the multi-strike piece of this skill, I’ve only ever seen five strikes in a single technique. Assuming a strike has 5 strikes, that only adds +200 to Evasion. This will likely see more use than the AoE part of the skill. However, it’s still situational. GIfts of the Shikigami: The numbers are roughly based on ninjutsu ratios and intentionally kept neat as the user progresses in rank. The rest is based on feeling. Dance of the Shikigami: At jounin, Opening would roughly be 100 CP or 2 SP, so I doubled that for twice per battle. Additionally, if I'm ever gone and unreachable, almondsAndRain is in charge of this advanced system because she helped make it.
  11. Shikigami no Mai l Dance of the Shikigami l 式紙の舞 Shikigami no Mai is no ordinary ability. It is a work of art. Through hours of practice and chakra manipulation, the user learns how to convert the chakra flowing throughout their body into paper. Once their chakra has been transformed into paper, their entire body, clothing and all, transforms into millions of sheets of paper. Said paper can then be used both offensively and defensively. As an offensive tactic, the user can create and hide Paper Bombs in their attacks in order to cause immense amounts of damage. Defensively, the user becomes more difficult to hit as they dematerialize briefly into paper. If their opponents are lucky, they’ll end up walking away with a story of witnessing a paper angel in flight. ~~~ Requirements: Activation/Upkeep Cost: 5% Total Chakra. This is an Advanced System Shikigami no Mai may be activated as a Setup Phase action and may be deactivated during any phase as a Free Action. Activation/Upkeep costs are paid at the end of the Setup Phase. All advanced Chakra & Stamina regeneration abilities are suspended ~~~ Flight of the Shikigami Effects: While Shikigami no Mai is active, the user's total Evasion is increased by 1.25x per level, rounded down, per rank of this skill. Additionally, when the user would be affected by a terrain, they roll a 4-sided die. On a result of Y or below, the user is immune to the effects of the terrain. When the user has four ranks in this skill, they are immune to all terrain while Shikigami no Mai is active. Y is equal to the user's rank in this skill.. Requirements: One rank may be purchased every 25 levels. Ranks: 4. Cost: -1 SP Insight of the Shikigami Effects: While Shikigami no Mai is active, the user’s Evasion is now only 20%-5X% lower when targeted by Area of Effect strikes. Additionally, the user’s chance to dodge against an attack is increased by X% per strike that attack has. X is equal to the user’s rank in this skill. Requirements: One rank may be purchased every 25 levels. Ranks: 4. Cost: -1 SP GIfts of the Shikigami Effects: As a Setup Phase action while Shikigami no Mai is active, the user may spend X Chakra to create one Paper Bomb; Y consumable item. X is equal to 20 / 40 / 60 / 100 and Y is equal to 20 / 50 / 100 / 150, depending on the user’s ninja rank. The user may treat themselves as if they were any rank lower than their own when using this skill. Paper Bombs created in this way are removed at the end of the battle. Any number of Paper Bombs may be consumed at one time as a Setup Phase action. When Paper Bombs are consumed, they increase the total damage of one Paper Element technique the user performs that turn. Every Paper Bomb consumed in one action must be applied to the same technique. Paper Bombs may only be consumed while Shikigami no Mai is active. Requirements: Level 25 Cost: -3 Dance of the Shikigami Effect: While Shikigami no Mai is active, the user may, as a Setup Phase action, add one turn of Opening; X to one Paper technique they perform this turn. X must be one Paper technique that the user knows. This may be activated once per battle at Chuunin rank, and twice per battle at Jounin and Sennin. Requirements: Level 50. Cost: -3 SP

  15. Heating Element: Approved Weighted Appendages: Approved Intuitive Chakra Receptors: I’d like to see this costs 2 Part Slots since this takes your chance to intercept from 75% to 85%, which is quite strong.
  16. Big Things Come in Small Packages: Approved Master Puppeteer: This can actually be buffed a bit. "Effect: All puppet attacks have a +15% to critically strike."
