Liquid Steel Beast Style (Ekitai Kinzoku Yajuu 液体金属野獣) Resrictions: Personal; [inuzuka Fuun] Description: Inuzuka Fuun's style of choice, originating from the visions of her mother she witnessed, extending the feel and flow of Aragane Kasumi's bloodline into a dextrous display of fluid motion that translates seamlessly into incredibly stable stances. The user of the style seems to move in a subtle blur, moving around and encircling attacks aimed at her. Effect: The user gains one (1) Ascendance Charge each time they hit an opponent with a basic attack or Liquid Steel Beast Style Taijutsu technique. When a user is in Fluid Stance and successfully dodges an attack, they gain an Ascendance charge or lose an Ascendance charge when hit with an attack. When a user is in Solid Stance and is hit with an attack, they gain an Ascendance Charge but lost an Ascendance Charge when dodging an attack. Only one Ascendance Charge may be gained or lost this way per turn. Ascendance Charges may only be gained in one way per turn. Ascendance charges may be spent in the following ways: 1.) In the Setup Phase the user may enter a "Fluid Stance" wherein they lose 3x% of their base Defense and gain an additional 5x% base Evasion, where x is equal to their current Ascendance Charges. 2.) In the Setup Phase the user may enter a "Solid Stance" wherein they lose 3x% of their base Evasion and gain an additional 5x% base Defense, where x is equal to their current Ascendance Charges. 3.) While in the "Fluid Stance", the user may spend two Ascendance Charges in their Response Phase to add +20% success rate to their next Response Phase technique this turn. 4.) While in the "Solid Stance", the user may spend two Ascendance Charges in their Response Phase to add +20 to their Block Range for that turn. If the user has not spent any Ascendance Charges this turn they may opt to return to a "Neutral Stance" as a free action in any phase. The "Neutral Stance" reverts all stat additions and subtracts made by this skill. A user cannot spend Ascendance Charges for the rest of the turn when they enter the "Neutral Stance". When in Neutral stance, a user may only gain charges when successfully hitting with a technique of the Liquid Steel Beast Style. A user may not be in more than one stance at a time. Cost: -1
