History: Born to the Sato family of Iwagakure Nyssa was, and remains, the only child of the Sato family. A relatively well known, by most standards, within the village for being a family of military lifers. Since nearly the beginning of the village's recorded history the Sato family had watched over the village as shinobi living and giving their lives over to the village from a young age. Nyssa was expected to do just the same. 'Trained' in the Ninja way from the time she could walk and talk. It never quite clicked with the girl. As she grew up she had less and less interest in throwing Kunai, Shuriken, and using explosive tags than she did in wondering how they were created. So long as it remained idle curiousity her parents didn't mind allowing their daughter's free time to be wasted on such an act. Whenever she would spend 'too much time' (as dictated by her parents or uncles) then she would be punished and put right back onto 'proper' training. It wasn't as if they knew that shinobi Engineer's weren't an existing thing, especially in their home village, it was simply that they believed it to be a deviating path along the true way to become a shinobi. One they were strictly and vehemently against. So, she grew up, or at least she let them believe she did. Learning rather quickly and at a young age that it was best to 'fake it' rather than let her parent's continue punishing her with grueling laps around the family home into the dead of night. She quickly became just another 'soldier' in the family line. Discarding her given name of Nyssa for most matters. She no longer felt like that girl around her family... no longer felt like they deserved to call her it. So, why would she encourage it? Rather, she alienated herself from her family and preferred to spend as little time at home as she could. Graduating from the academy at a typical and standard age of twelve she managed to get herself out of a team assignement with her families minimal connections. Preferring to be a more 'administration' based gennin. Rarely leaving out on a mission and instead fulfilling her duties to the village in other ways. Ways that let her develop as "Nyssa". The rather new and local shop keeper who'd popped up after the war to help the village with it's odds and ends level repairs. When many were worried about other grander things Nyssa would work as a local blacksmith and crafter with a knack for metals, wood, and the occasional scroll when the right type of customer came to the shop and knew what to ask for.

Personality: Nyssa is an unnecessarily complicated girl. Having, intentionally, developed two separate identities to keep her habits and professional career apart from one another. Her most commonly seen public persona is that of ‘Sato’ the slightly unmotivated Shinobi of Iwagakure. One who barely spoke and when he did was often rude and annoyed to have to do so. It was a side that showed just how annoyed she was with having been almost forced into the career choice by her family. The much more open, and much more inline with her own identity, Nyssa on the other hand is a young woman that can get herself caught up in discussions quickly. Outgoing, charismatic, and a general ‘people’ person her customers often linger in the shop she runs just to be around her and talk with her while she works. Although when it comes to business she’s a completely serious and consummate professional. Likes: Working with her hands. Creating/Crafting items. Dislikes: ‘Working’ as a Shinobi. Her parents. Although she sells traditional, and easy to craft, Shinobi gear there it isn’t purchased much in the Iwagakure community. Rather she makes most of her money, and spends most of her time, completing odd jobs and repair work for the average citizen of the village. Nyssa Sato -Height: 5’2 -Weight: 110 -Hair Color: Black -Eye Color: White -Clothing: In line with her dual persona her clothing can drastically differ between what she is doing. As her everyday 'Sato’ side she goes casual. Her Shinobi gear consisting largely of slacks or pants and a long sleeve shirt. Occasionally opting to pair it with a light coat on the cooler days. Often times in such a situation she will keep herself ‘bound up’ to soften up her burgeoning curves and further disguise herself. As her 'true self’ Nyssa; her clothing is much more in line with the feminine girl that she, can at times, be. She opts for one piece dresses, stockings, and sweaters whenever she can if she chooses to leave the shop that she runs. When remaining in the shop she will go for a much more ‘business’ type outfit. A black Qipao, stockings, and a semi-transparent white veil covering her face to obscure her features while she does business. -Physical Description: A rather skinny girl by nature, rather than choice, Nyssa has barely a speck of fat on her body. In fact, she’s so skinny that with just a bit of effort she can pull off the ‘flat chest’ look that most girl’s would despise. In fact, she does as well, but it’s a ‘perk’ that she takes advantage of from time to time as she leaves her family home to partake in her ‘job’ as a Shinobi. A job that her body doesn’t seem to be overly designed for even when she’s dressed for it. Thick black hair cut short frames her features perfectly and contrasts her silver eyes. Smooth white skin hiding not a single scar, pockmark, or blemish of any kind. Despite all of this she has her own ‘womanly’ features. Able to accent what little curves she does have when she decides to be ‘herself’ rather than the shell that she often shows to the outside world.

Aria had been conned into coming to this festival. Her family had a tendency to drag her into such things even if it wasn’t up her aisle. At the very least the kunoichi was lucky that her ‘costume’, her bastard Furousha genes, was seemingly going over well with everyone present. It was a perk of this holiday she supposed. Even if something like this was a holiday she would rather avoid on any other given instance. It was just one day a year, she could give herself a break for that much right? Reducing the max number you can have on the jutsu... Does reduce the cost. If this allowed something to reduce from a previous cap of 50, to 40 in cost, you're reducing 10 more. Regardless of if you need a method to get there with a skill. Was this trying to do a % increase or static tank cost? Because... 55cp for just a 5 reduction to chakra or stamina (you also didn't specify how this applied to hybrid costs) makes this cost more than it would give, no?

Alright, I'm back. My brother has kids back and they're not in my hair unless they're visiting, thank freaking god, so that's off my plate. I'm also not acting manager for a whopping three departments anymore like I had been until a bit ago. And the holidays are gone and done with so dreaded retail life is calming down. (To all of you that WERENT assholes to retail workers during this season thank you.. because I dealt with way too many of them.) So, I'll be trying to resurrect and move some threads along to catch up in the timeline... Totally said that there would be a reason. Been working a lot lately and.. as of Thursday I'm now apparrently sharing custody of my nieces with my brother.. as in the last month or so.. and now every weekend for the next few months. (Until January when we hear back on the permanent arrangement.) #Courtisfun But basically, I've been really busy with work the last few weeks and when not it's been with the 9 and 7 year old. Did I mention I hate kids and never want them of my own? Also, we can blame Overwatch for the two days I have off a week not being spent on NA but my love of it, still enjoy it, is dying down at least until Sombra. So until FFXV Comes out HAHAHA Fuck you Squeenix guess I don't want those days I requested off at the start of October after all. As far as I can tell I only owe Paul a post.. and need to move Kasumi to Konoha still. Will do that ASAP then reply more frequently I hope. TL;DR Maybe not reply Wed-Sun but I'll be around on skype otherwise and I always have Mon/Tue off so harass me then, 'kay?
