Description: A jutsu created for effectiveness. After performing handsigns, lightning surrounds the user's hands. A lightning aura surrounds the user's dominant arm and hand. The aura is a yellowish color. Charging toward the opponent, lightning begins to circle around the user's dominant hand. Reaching the opponent, the user hits the opponent palm open with the attack. an explosion occurs and an electric shockwave is sent through the opponent's body. This attack stuns the opponent and leaves them feeling weak and lightheaded. Points: 5jp Requirments: Must be Kumo Shinobi or must have lightning specialty DenShogekiha Lvl.2(Lightning Shockwave) Type: Ninjutsu(Lightning) Rank: Jounin Cost: 350 chakra Damage: 200 damage Effects: Enemy evasion is lowered by 150. Description: After preforming Handsings, lightning surrounds the user's hands. An golden/yellow aura surrounds the user's dominant arm and Hand. Gold/yellow lightning violently surrounds the hand as the user charges toward the opponent. Hitting the opponent palm open an explosion occures, then a strong and violent electric shockwave is sent violently through the opponent. This stuns the opponent and causes them to feel light headed and weak. Points: 7jp Requirments: Must be Kumo Shinobi or must have lightning.
