My topic up for debate is, would anyone wish to see this clan in the creation section? The Hozuki Clan is the clan in which Suigetsu comes from. IE. you can turn into water yatta yatta. If you would like to discuss, please, feel free. XD The Hozuki clan bloodline already exists.
