PandaMattMatt
+Hanabi+ 花火一族 Clan Village: IwaClan Starter: UnknownClan Head: Hanabi HanaClan Age and Status: Unknown age. Only recently surfacing, commonly unknownClan Bloodline: The Colorful SoulClan Element: FireworkClan Emblem: None Clan History and Information The Hanabi clan is more like a close-knit family than a full blown clan. There is no supreme leader, nor is there a council. There is just the one person that every one just happens to turn to for advice and decision making. Hana, a wise old woman just happens to be that person.Aside from their bloodline, the Hanabi are somewhat average. They are not a rich clan and live like normal citizens within Iwagakure. They do not make their own special clothes that distinguish their clan, nor do they have an emblem to sport around. No, they are just like every other person on the street. Not many of the Hanabi are shinobi. Most work regular jobs, but hold no special career skills beyond that of an individual outside of the clan. Like with most families, they often get together to celebrate, but their numbers are modest compared to other clans. There isn’t even a common physical characteristic to be shared among the Hanabi members. They each look like their mother and father. For the few Hanabi that do decide to become a shinobi, they are prepared for a very long road ahead of them in order to fully master their bloodline. It is something that takes dedication and skill to accomplish and is not a journey that will be forgot. As a matter of fact, most Hanabi have not even unlocked their abilities, let alone begun to utilize them. The Firework Emotion and Color Guide -Any color with White will generally connote a positive emotion-Any color with Black will generally connote a negative emotion-Pure colored explosions will generally be the purest form of that emotion-The bigger the explosion of the firework, the more intense the feeling-A more complex and intricate explosion, will generally mean a deeper and complex emotion or the mix of several emotions.-Simple but intense fireworks are generally more straightforward.-An explosion with colors that do not normally go together (IE: White and Black) is almost always a confusion of emotions. What those emotions are, can be pretty much anything. When Roleplaying as a Hanabi, there is a Control Tic that every Hanabi learns to help keep in control of wild emotions. It can be literally anything, even chewing gum, but they all have one. Edited January 31, 2013 by PandaMattMatt
PandaMattMatt
The source of power for The Colorful Soul is unique chakra flowing through the bodies of the Hanabi. This chakra is very closely tied to emotion. Rage, Fear, and Desperation are strong emotions that will induce The Colorful Soul to begin shooting it's fireworks. However, Hope, Courage, Love, and Determination are the most powerful motivators in battle. It is not uncommon for the color of the sparks to reflect the emotion of the one who is producing them. When activated, the Hanabi becomes surrounded by a swirling, aura of dazzling color and light. This creates a powerful one-way barrier of beautiful fireworks. This chakra not only protects, but also increases the power of the Hanabi's ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques. It's never fun getting punched by a firecracker. This replaces Rank 3.Requirement: Level 60Cost: -1Explosive ColorDescription: By learning how to impart their own volatile chakra into objects, the User is able to cause powerful explosions without being the source. This can be placing chakra into the fists to cause powerful explosions on contact or even putting chakra into a kunai and throwing it to attack from far away.Rank 1:Effect: User may apply the [Firework] tag to any physical attack, but must pay an additional 10% of the attack’s cost as chakra.Requirement: Firework Progression Mastery Rank 1, Level 20Cost: -2Rank 2:Effect: User may apply the [Firework] tag to any physical attack with no additional chakra cost. If hit, the opponent will take an additional 3x unmodified damage on the following Response Phase. At the same time, bursts of volatile chakra erupt from the User's fist.Points: 4 Bleeding/Burning/Poison: User loses x HP every turn (x is determined in the technique that inflicts bleeding). Bleeding/Burning/Poison damage begins to take place on the turn after the attack hits. So if a technique hits an opponent for 20 bleed damage for two turns, the first turn they are hit, the second turn they take the damage and the third turn they take the damage again. The total bleed damage in a single technique cannot break the damage cap for that technique when added together with the regular damage that it deals.Max Duration: 3 turnsDP: 0.8x/turn (x = The normal DP (cost) of the damage that it is being applied to.) Not only the bright flash of light, but also the deafening sound is formidable.Points: 5Firework Release: Firework Step|Kabiton: Hanabi Ashimoto | 花火遁: 花火足元 | Type: Ninjutsu [Response Phase | Clan; Hanabi]Rank: ChuuninCost: x Chakra (x equals chakra/stamina cost of incoming technique)Damage: N/AEffect: Used in the response phase, if successful, the user dodges the next Chuunin (or below) level technique aimed at them. This technique has a 25% chance to fail. The user loses their Main Phase, but may still use their Setup Phase. This technique may not be used on techniques of a higher rank.Description: By channeling Firework chakra through the bottom of the feet, the Hanabi is granted a slight boost in their jumping capabilities.
