Duration: 1 turns DP: 30 Description: Genjutsu that focused on binding or restricitng the movements of the victim was one of the foundations of illusionary based combat, in this case Uchiha Shinji created an illusion that made the victim feel as if they were being trapped by a lightning charged chakra prison. Gathering lightning infused chakra at his fingertips, and then generating a large quantity into a flash of light, he manipulates the chakra into 6 rods of lightning, which forced themselves into his targets sides, limiting their movements while also providing a shock to their nervous system and motor skills. The target will find it much harder to move their body, as if there was almost a delay in the signals being sent to their brain. DP: 20 Description: Continuing with his series of techniques designed to play off of peoples worst fears of death or helplessness, Shinji developed this lightning based binding illusion to create openings for ninjutsu based attacks when the situation were necessary. In his illusion, Shinji mixes his chakra with a very high voltage amount of electricity, Uchiha Shinji is able to create a rope like energy that is used to bind and slowly eat away at his opponents. The chakra comes forth from his hands and is target seeking going right for their enemy and wrapping itself around them as much as possible to begin constricting and tightening its grip, slowly grinding their ribcage to dust. This is all of course an illusion that feels as if it is being dragged out over hours when in reality it is just several minutes. Also, try not to post more than 3 jutsu in a thread. 1.) Terrified says "Duration: 2" in the effects section where you outline each effect. Correct that so that it reads 1, and then Approved 2.) 210 cost is 5 JP, but I suppose 6 works for Evolving purposes. Approved 3.) Approved 4.) 290 cost is 7 JP. (Be sure to add Elemental Archetype to the tags so we cut down on a round of reviews, please. Shinji has that anyway, so it doesn't make a difference here.)
