Description: The ninja heightens the bioelectrical output throughout their body and to their tendrils, allowing the tendrils to flow out of the seams and wrap around their limbs. The ninja then launches a series of kicks which attacks the hips and thighs, allowing the tendrils on contact to drive into their skin and deeply into their muscles then detaching. The although the contact damage is not great, the residual electricity within the tendrils wrecks havoc not only with the prey’s bioelectrical output, freezing the legs temporarily, but also burning the muscles from the inside out. Points: 9 Gen: 100 acc = 60 chakra 300 bleed x .8 = 240 x .67 = 160 Haste: You get +20% to Speed. Max Duration: 4 turns CP: 35/turn Bleeding/Burning/Poison: You take x damage every turn (x is determined in the technique that inflicts bleeding). Bleeding/Burning/Poison damage begins to take place on the turn after the attack hits. So if a technique hits a target for 20 Bleed damage for two turns- the first turn they are hit, the second turn they take Bleed damage, and the third turn they take Bleed damage again. The total Bleed/Burn/Poison damage in a single technique cannot break the damage cap for that technique when added together with the regular damage that it deals. This can stack with itself. The ninja launches a series of punches to the chest and sternum area, with each punch the tendrils are driven into their flesh and races under while bursting through other soft tissue areas until they reach the arms. The tendrils knit the arms at the side of the target into place while continuing to pulse the remaining electricity through the prey, making primarily their chest cavity softened from the trauma. They allow their bioelectrical system to flow through the tendrils to ensure a considerable shock upon contact. The ninja then launches a series of blows along the face and chest area. Points: 9 Numb: You get -10% to Defense. You cannot hold any non-weapon item. All total weapon damage you deal is halved. "Burn" and "Bleed" effects that are applied to you while afflicted by "Numb" last one post longer. Max Duration: 4 turns CP: 30/turn Clobbered: You may only use Jutsu with a CP value less than or equal to twice your level, or basic attacks. Max Duration: 2 turns CP: 40/turn Confused: You have a 50% chance to target yourself every time you use an offensive attack. Max Duration: 3 turns CP: 30/turn Dizzy: You get -50% to Concentration.
