Kite Shuriken    
The largest of all shuriken, kite shuriken are so large that they must be strapped to the user's back. While not as sharp as the windmill shuriken, the kite shuriken deals incredible damage because of its great weight.
Type: Small Weapon
Deals 50 damage. May only throw one (1) per turn at Genin+ and two (2) per turn at Jounin+.

Explosive Tag Ball    
Explosive tag balls are rather uncommon ninja tools created by wrapping multiple explosive tags together into a perfect sphere. The spheres, when detonated produce an explosion with a greater area than any single explosive tag. These highly versatile weapons are often thrown into large squadrons of enemies to maximize the damage they can deal.

Crafted from some of the most powerful stimulants and herbs available, shot run pills are very dangerous if used improperly. These pills are capable of greatly enhancing the physical movement speed and dexterity of the user.

Icha Icha Takutikusu [Make Out Tactics]

Those spending the equivalent of a 7,500 word quest reading the contents of Make Out Tactics benefit from as if having learned the skill 'Strategist' from a Jounin teacher. This skill is considered having been taught to the character and as such subtracts from the alloted four points of 'teachable' skills, however the cost of the technique is considered -1 rather than -3 for the purposes of teachable skills remaining. Furthermore, apon completion of the 7,500 word quest, the reader must then roll a one hundred sided dice. If the reader has only read a single volume of the Icha Icha Trilogy, then there is a 20% chance that they gain the 'Pervert [Choose Gender]' hindering skill and receive no SP bonus from having it. The chance of becoming a 'Pervert' is increased to 40% and 60% respectively for each book in the trilogy read. A reader may only be inflicted with one rank of the 'Pervert' skill by means of this book. This inflicted Perversion may be overcome for the standard -1 cost. After completion of the reading, the book may confer no more bonuses to the reader, but may be used in a similar manner by someone who has not recieved the benefits of it.
Description:
The third mature blockbuster by Jiraiya, and the last of the books written by the sannin before his death. Make Out Tactics is a novel with an underlying message. It teaches the need for strategy in all endeavors, including the art of love. Pervs across the world consider Make Out Tactics to be the culmination of Jiraiya's works. With it being released so close to his demise, it has become something of a holy manuscript to those who follow Jiraiya's skirt chasing legacy. Using this book, Uzumaki Naruto with the help of the master strategist Nara Shikamaru, was able to decode a secret message with the information needed to defeat the powerful S-Rank missing ninja known as Pain. While not as common as the first book in the trilogy, Make Out Tactics is nowhere near as rare as Make Out Violence and can be found at most used book stores.
