"Akilah" had its face snap back just like anyone struck by Kouta's attack would. And it seemed he struck true, because the beast moaned and flailed, unable to properly assault again. But the senin wasted no time. He started to drift towards the ground, his jump only a jump, after all. As he did he ripped the third gate open, feeling his muscles bulge as he flung his hand forward. Before he even hit the ground, he thrust his second hand right into the beast's gaping maw, hoping to break its jaw or stop it from chowing down. "Eat Shit and Die!"

III. Seimon | Gate Of Life | 生門
Located in the spine, the Third Gate presides over the flow of information within the body. By releasing neural inhibitors, the body is able to correlate it's motions flawlessly, each part of the body moving in perfect unison. The undamned highways of the nervous system cause damage to the body though, as the electrical impulses from the brain are magnified to a greater extent. At this gate, the coloration of the skin changes to a deep crimson, revealing the enhanced blood/oxygen levels within the body.
Effect: When activated, the user's Taijutsu, Speed, and Evasion stats are increased by 2x. The user's level being equivalent to x. The statistical bonus granted by this skill may never be less than +90 at any time. As an upkeep cost, the user must pay 3% of their total Health Points every turn. After a battle in which the user opens Seimon, a full day (RL) and no less 3 days (IC) must be spent in hospitalization and a recovery training of 1000 words must be fulfilled.

Type: Armor (Eyes)
Description: A pair of seemingly harmless goggles, bright metal frames a thin, visor like eye mask that covers the eyes. It contours to the face, gripping closely, and wraps behind the head with a thick strap made of kind of woven material. The glass covering the eyes is crystal clear, and has what looks like spirals on the glass. The spirals are located precisely where the eye would be, and they form a kind of visionary funnel that can aid the user’s vision.

Description: Often seen in the hands of desert-dwellers, these goggles are ideal for braving the rough storms of the rain-parched lands. Sand particles tend to bound off, and the spiral-patterns allow the target to see even through the fiercest of storms.
Effect: The wearer of these goggles does not suffer the negative effects of the Climate “Sandstorm.” If the user possesses the skill “Nomad; Desert Terrain Bonus” then the wearer also receives +10% Speed during “Climate: Sandstorm”.

Description: It is often boasted that the spiral patterns adorning these ultra-tough goggles are made to increase vision, as the spiral works to keep the eye focused at certain distances. This enhanced focus allows the user to strike down enemies with greater success.

ooc; This is technically an afterimage clone turn, but the way the effects work for afterimage clones, the clones main phase action is a pseudo MP action by Tetsuo, at the cost of his next main phase. 

 

The creature bellowed and thrashed its arms, Tetsuos small agile body was darting in between various spots on the battlefield, dodging and ducking out of the way of debris and rubble being shot in his direction. Having to use his swords to cleave through some of the larger sized projectiles that he didn't have time to get out of the way for. Seeing an opening, one of his afterimage clones was in a perfect position to carve a chunk out of the creatures side, tetsuo charged the soles of his feet with chakra as his body vanished as it took the place of his afterimage, he swung both sword towards his target

Charging towards the beast, zig zagging making his position harder for the creature to anticipate where the blows would be coming from, he sped around his target, the circle of dust that he was kicking up only aided him in concealing his bodies true location from the bursts of after images of his swiftly moving body jumped from one spot to another. Seeing his first potential opening, he broke the loop and cleaved with both of his swords in a spinning motion as he passed the abomination and continued his movements until he had a twenty meter gap between himself and the creature. Having his yokai chakra at the ready, he needed to time this combo perfectly to get maximum use out of it, the key would be compressing the yokai chakra quickly into the explosive yokaidama, after coming out of the backspin his body was in from pivoting his body off one thing or another keeping himself moving at a very fast speed he ducked behind a wall of rubble and debris as he readied the blast.

 

'Dont get used to be me being so generous and willing to help you out without question like this Tetsuo, the situation is something that needs swift immediate action, you remember the Nightmare Ghost Bomb technique I spoke to you about awhile back, I will take care of the seals for you in our mind, you just have a chunk of my chakra ready to form the attack which takes fifteen seconds exactly to be ready to fire. You got this kid, now bloe a limb off this mother fucker will you?'

 

'Damn Gakiyume, thanks bro, I wont forget you did this for me, best believe Imma get you a fat meal later tonight. Now lets melt some faces!' 

 

His body glowed with his dread feeling yokai chakra a skull forming shaking itself back and fort, the energy was so sinister it was likely making peoples hair stand on end, more and more of it was mixing into the ball shaped object before him, electricity crackling around it as it grew larger, and then Tetsuo pushed his hands together compressing his ball of pure death and destruction into the size of an orange, A swirling color storm of light dark purples of various shades, the electricity that was surging within it had taken an onyxian black hue to it, now the moment that would probably surprise and confuse everyone around,before making his move Tetsuo shouted to his comrades then enabled his comms and repeated it quickly wasting no time and putting himself with a clear shot at the creature with his attack, the violet orb was still within Tetsuos chest, he pooped it into his mouth gulping down and swallowing it, all he needed was his body in perfect strike distance and opening; which his flash step had accomplished perfectly. Tetsuos stage 1 yokai state had glowing golden eyes alongside his purple chakra aura, and his mouth had no depth to it, it was just a golden shaped replacement mouth that fit the more deranged blood drunk personalities the yokai had a famous reputation for. Tetsuos mouth opened before flying towards his target close to the speed of light, his blast radius expanded the further it got from Tetsuo, it must have been at least twenty meters in diameter when it was within a couple meters of the horde of enemies.

Description: A mask forged from Hayashi Tetsuos worst nightmares, he wanted something that would strike fear into the hearts of his opponents, something that would make a demon from the depths of hell turn and run home scared at the sight of his mask, and something that would blend in well enough in the darkness, the element of surprise was key for an assassin after all. The Mask itself had a white X going through the center of it, almost around the nose features, the eye slots are glossed over in a bright golden yellow, and the mouth, rows of white sharp razor teeth lining the upper and lower portions of it, put off a terrifying grimacing look.

The red thread of fate is an old belief that the gods tie a thread between two individuals who are destined to be together. Though often interpreted as lovers, the red thread of fate may connect friends of deep bonds or others that will have significant impact on each other's lives. 
Effect: Once per lifetime this character may choose to bond with another character, adding their name to this skill below. If the user has a bonded character they gain [chosen bonus]. In addition, when the user is in a thread with the bonded character, triple this bonus. Once per lifetime the user may allow their bonded character a re-roll on any die as long as they are in the same thread.

Chakra Shield - You gain +660 Defense against void damage. This is a triggered effect. Replaces "Chakra Defense". Does not stack with Chakra Resistance, Defense or Shield of the same element.

Description: An over-vest worn by Shinobi of the Chunnin rank. Tetsuo had his modified to have all black material and thread used throughout, being more of an assassin style shinobi, being able to blend in with the shadows was a handy trick when surprise attacking an enemy, the last thing he needed was a bright orange neon like sign saying where he is at all times. Usability over aesthetic.

With a gurgling roar, the beast's abdominal mouth stretched wide, it's oozing tongue lolling out as Tane's searing blast of lightning flew into its nightmarish maw and vanished into the depths within. The leering skull emerging from its shoulders chuckled with a fiendish joy, with their first barrage of attacks the creature had lured the fools into a false sense of achievement, and now its devilish malevolence shone through as their greatest efforts fell to naught before its insatiable hunger. A cold intelligence lurked in its dead eyes, and it continued to shamble forth even as Kouta launched a ferocious blow to its head and Tetsuo's blades snaked out to lacerate its diseased form. 

Even the mighty yokai-dama infused with Gakiyume's nightmarish chakra was sucked into the monstrous maw, black energised steam issuing forth between its bestial fangs. With his proximity to it, Kouta would be the first to sense the strange gravitational pull that dragged ever so slightly towards the beast. The brief second of notice wouldn't be enough though, as the sudden redirection of all direction towards the monster's jaws threw all the warriors gathered flying through the air towards it. For all their efforts, little they could do would stop their approach, and the sickening laughter of the skeletal head warned them all of impending doom.

One by one, the shinobi gathered flew into the beast's mouth, the sickening warmth of its digestive pit encompassing them on all sides. It wouldn't take them long to notice that something, however, was wrong. Though all had been consumed, the influx of detritus was yet to stop. The area that held them was expanding, ever so slightly, but nonetheless it was growing. Outside, it was clear where the problem sat. The earlier attacks, though they looked to have had done nothing, dislodged a tooth from the nightmarish mouth. That tooth was now lodged in the jaw cavity, pulled into its new position by the sudden gravitic pull. This was preventing the monster from shutting its mouth and ceasing to inhale, a fact that the rapidly shuddering demonic form was surely starting to dread.

Fear, in part from the presence of Gakiyume's chakra, in part from its impending fate, soared through the monster, which began to claw aggressively at its chest, trying to dislodge the obstruction and tearing huge gouges in its own flesh as it did so. The rate of its expansion left only one outcome possible, it was set to burst soon, but not before the intrepid warriors found their way to its treasure chamber. Despite the acrid slime coating everything, the tempting scents of forbidden candy would prove an irresistible lure to those who had the stomach for such a thing.

When their pockets were good and stuffed, all those trapped within would need to do was wait. Within moments, the bulging terror achieved critical mass and, for a single moment, the world stood still. Then it burst in a shower of gore, viscera and mighty shinobi. They were all unscathed (albeit stinking and sodden) surprisingly, and a quick survey of the battlefield would show no opponent left to face them. The only task left before them was the clean up, both of the festival grounds and hopefully before too long themselves.

Sorry this took a while to close guys, man oh man life has been cruel to me. Feel free to make a follow up post if it pleases you, I took control of characters with the assumption you wouldn't, but if you want to contradict this post a little and have some fun, props to you. Those of you who have posted thus far in this thread at any stage can loot the treasure chamber of the beast, and in doing so you get everything in the spoiler below:

4 Milk Chocolate Shuriken
-A four pronged piece of chocolate shaped to look like a Shuriken. A classic treat for children dressed as ninjas.
Effect: Gain 1 JP when this candy is eaten.
Value: $25
 
2 Pumpkin Juice 
-A small wax bottle containing a sweet orange liquid. Even the small amount in the bottle packs a punch of flavor including cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and just a little hint of something spicy.
Effect: This candy may be eaten when your character receives experience. When you eat this candy, you gain +100 EXP. Only one "Pumpkin Juice" may be eaten per thread.

Value: $50
 
2 Black Licorice Bats
-Only psychopaths like this candy. The unforgettable flavor of the licorice root in the shape of a hairy bat, complete with little strands that get caught in your teeth. Makes a squeaking sound when you eat it.
Effect: When this candy is eaten, you may increase the word-count of the post that this candy was consumed in by +200 Words. Eating multiple 'Black Licorice Bats' may stack this effect to a maximum of +400 words.
Value: $50

 

2 Dark Chocolate Kunai
Effect: When this candy is consumed, the user's Chakra and Stamina Regeneration is doubled for 1 turn. Only 1 of this type of item may be used per battle.
Description: A candy made of rich dark chocolate that melts in your mouth the instant it touches your tongue. The luscious creamy texture is complimented by a slightly sweet taste, but ends with a satisfying, slightly bitter, finish. Oh, and it's shaped like a Kunai, cause ninjas.
